I returned the costume to the store today (10/13) and asked for a refund since there was not another costume in my size. I was told that I could not return the costume due to the store only has a 10 day return policy (bought 10/3). Well according to my calculations 10/3-10/13 is TEN DAYS!!! The employee had nothing to say other than, "I wasn't here when you bought it" I stated to her that that has nothing to do with selling a costume that is torn and not wearable. Some other guy that worked there stepped in and said we have signs all over that say no refunds or exchanges as he points to a sign that about 3ft. off of the ground behind glass. I replied to him by stating, "you expect me to be able to read a sign that is 3ft. off of the ground? that is at a child's height not at an adult level". I got no response from him. Once again I asked for a refund and was told that I would not be able to return the costume for a refund. The manager just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry in a cynical manner. Now I am out $64.94 and still don't have a costume. What a great way to do business. Well Done!!
