It's a small shop with minimal waiting room so if your car is going to take more than 45 minutes - you might consider waiting at a coffee shop or something. I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

So I took the car back and find it is still pulling the same way. I was talking about steering wheel pulling to the right, he was talking about wheels pulling to the left. I told him it is still pulling the same as before, but he refuses to honor his work. I would be cautious bring vehicles for him to service.
