The car is driving like new, and I would totally recommend Import Specialists to anyone with a BMW whose free factory service has expired and looking for a solid alternative. Once we picked up the car it ran terrible, not trusting this shop I had it towed to Ed Martin who stated they used cheap eBay parts, adjusted the valves wrong and set the timing belt one tooth off.......ED Martins cost to fix everything And replace the inferior parts with OEM was $1400 $300 less than what Bob charged us to do it incorrectly. Fortunately we were able to get a complete and full refund through our credit card company Since Bob would never return my calls to remedy the situation. Anyway if the sharpest on business or the owner has set up any other businesses stay far far away!

I have towing through my dealership and once I made the call, it was less than 15 minutes of sweat and stress until I was in a huge air conditioned tow truck and my car in the hands of Robert. He drove my teen and I to the dealership, a good 10+ miles away and was pleasant to talk with. He shared his car knowledge and I appreciated his humor and realness on what could've been a bummer of a day. These towing folks see customers on their worst days and he made it better by being quick, efficient and so so kind.

I knew that didn't sound right since Audi Indianapolis quoted me $800. So I kept looking and calling and found this Hidden Gem!! I took my car in they inspected it, took me in to see the actual damage and why the issue is happening, he quoted me wayyyy lower than any of the other companies. I had to come back the next day just to get all my money sorted, and the final prove was about $30 below his original quote. He probably didn't know it but that $30 was about all I had left in my account after paying rent and for this repair. They are fast fast fast was able to drop it off and get it back before the end of the day. I understand that the paint will not match 100% however, the match was probably less than 70%. I brought my car in to install a trim for my bumper and to correct a previous paint job from another body shop -Maaco. It looked a tad bit darker but the shade was not worth the price. They also painted over some trim, that was not supposed to be painted (black rubber). And not only was that upsetting, but my tail light had a chip in it. I took pictures of my car before, and I know where all the flaws in my car are, so when the owner denied it and said it was like that, I had to prove to him that the damage was not there before. I think any car owner would know where their cars defects are. The owner said he didn't know the cost of a taillight and offered to discount my invoice ~$90. How does a body shop not know the price of a tail light?!? I accepted only because the situation was already awkward. Nonetheless, a tail light is not $90... and I have to take time out of my day to install it. Hope this helps anyone decide to use this shop. Take pics of before and after.

The shop has a spacious, open waiting area with comfy chairs if you're planning to wait while your vehicle is serviced. For brake & rotor service, I was called within a few hours of drop-off and informed that they had the parts, would be able to repair that same day, and given an exact cost. Service was quick and prices were fair- what else do you really look for in a mechanic? Auto repairs usually feel like a hassle, but Greene's excellent customer service made for a no-headache situation.
