Stair stepper never works, neither of the ellipticals worked last time, only one out of 3 treadmills works properly. The other 2 don't incline. Maybe you should invest in new equipment? I come in with a day pass when we are in town and have noticed for the past year at least that the tile is coming up on the carpet in the weight room. Are you ever going to fix it??? Or are you going to wait til someone trips over it with weights and gets seriously injured? I Will never come back here and am shocked they still have members when they're obviously not getting their money worth with working equipment and a safe workout room.

Right off the bat and from the very first day, I was welcomed by all of the trainers and athletes. I have some experience with global gyms. I am, however somewhat new to CF and I came in way out of shape. All of the Trainers are Great! Serena, Lanae, Kristi and Jesse. Every one of them are very knowledgeable and very patient with teaching this newbie the movements and range of motion. With that said, they are also very encouraging, motivating and sometimes tough and will push you farther than you think you can go while at the same time taking into consideration your abilities (or injuries) and scaling work outs to your fitness level. Both extremely welcoming, professional, and encouraging. The local athletes were friendly as well. Workouts : one day was full cardio ( elevation is no joke), and second was a full body with a barbell movement. This is a great little studio in 29 Palms, very clean, tidy, and welcoming. The hot yoga class was led by Larissa and was really well taught, beautifully cued, and was both encouraging and challenging. It's easy to tell that she's very well trained, and quite personable. The cool eucalyptus towels at the end were a welcome treat. They also offer filtered water, fresh lemon and Himalayan salt to refresh after class. A great little gem of a studio that I'll certainly visit again when I am back in town
