Great! We just need an estimate for the parts and labor. We realized shortly after the tech left that our door that we use every day no longer opened fully. 3 months later, after multiple texts, calls and emails with zero response, including no estimate or invoice for the service call, we reached out to another company (Bulldog, for transparency). He told us that we'd been scammed: he greased the wheels AND removed some sort of lock from the door that DoorsPlus installed without our permission or knowledge. After we called to make a complaint to DoorsPlus leadership about their tech, we then received a $300 invoice (3 months later) and when we called and left messages to question what we were being billed for, we got no response except for broken promises to get a callback by employees, until we finally got a hateful, nasty email in response from the owner. Paid the service fee, but won't pay the rest until we get a detailed breakdown of why we're being charged for an incompetent at best, shady at worst, service that was never done.

Fast forward to May 2020 When we decided to have the house painted and had 3 companies come for estimates. One company noticed some unleveling on the front section of the roof. We didn't think much of it at the time. We did hire a roofing siding painting contractor to complete the job. On the last day the painters went up top on the front section to paint the siding and in walking on the roof to paint it was noted a large area of mushiness to the roof. We immediately called and their roofers came out removed the shingles and the plywood was soaking wet,the insulation wet. Upon further inspection of the roof from the inside attic there are areas of moisture noted and the shingles on the roof were incorrectly applied. Nails up too high on the shingle so it allowed rain snow to get under the shingles and wet the wood and insulation. Terrible workmanship. A new roof will have to be done!!

We are too busy... we don't have the supplies (I checked at Menard's each time and the product used was there)... we are short handed... it's too hot. The patio has broken and has sunk. The wrong drains were installed. The driveway has cracked because the drain that goes underneath DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A FULL LENGTH OF TUBING so any material has washed out making the entire slab weak. The design of a portion was tweaked without permission and now my dog can jump over the fence if we don't bring her out in a lead. The entire project is subpar.
