The person who answered was one of the most helpful and professional people I have spoken to in a long time! He tried to tell what COULD be wrong with my frig and offered things that should be checked by a tech, even though he usually doesn't service my area. He told me how much to expect to pay for common repairs and offered to make a special trip to diagnose my situation. Such quality of service and customer assistance is very rare in today's world. Please give this guy your business if you ever can! Thanks again.
