Not that I am an expert with hair brands or anything, but they definitely provide you with numerous options. Customer service: The people here are super nice! I am huge on Customer Service and I definitely will say that I would recommend asking them anything you need to. They seem to be very experienced and know their stuff! Prices: they seem to have reasonable prices when it comes to hair. I must say though that their clothing seems to be overpriced. Natasha, the owner and super cool lady, spent 45 MINUTES with my bra fitting, and finally found one that fits me like a glove -- FIRST TIME IN OVER 10 YEARS!!! The stylist had dirty clothes, the floor was dirty, complete with a disposable mask discarded on the floor as if no one had swept. He cut my hair dry and then wet it with cold water, barely washed it and proceeded to blow dry it even though I had only booked for a cut. Then she rings me up for $72! No warning when I booked that the stylist charged upwards of $65 for a cut. They are not upfront with their fees. I got a sloppy cut in a dirty establishment. When I complained I was told I could speak with the owner. Instead of being apologetic for the bad experience I had, the owner said that he had me on camera being violent and harrassing to the staff. I did no such thing! Then he doubled down and said if I left a bad review that he'd sue me for libel! What a joke! I said show me the tapes, I'd like to see what it is you think you have. I plan on leaving a bad review anywhere I can, I can't believe the way I was treated. Do not go here, they overcharged me and threatened to sue me when I complained.
