I've now had the bike a year and I've had 3 new chains, new back cog, new crank shaft, 2 full services and the chain is constantly rubbing against the derailer so people can here me from a mile away. I've spent at least £250 in 1 year. Every time I take the bike back they say I ride the bike too hard. I've only ever ride to work and back on the road, the same as with all the bikes i've had and never had these problems. Just today I took the bike in because the chain is rubbing so much and making so much noise. I was told it needs lubricating. When I tried to talk with the guy about it he was walking away from me as I talked to him. I left the shop and the chain was rubbing just the same, no change at all. I want people to know that this is a genuine review. I never write online reviews but I feel that I've been let down by these guys and not treated correctly. When questioned why the gears were still fouling (as this was something I had paid to have rectified) I was told by the resident hipster that his bike made that noise too so it must be fine. If businesses prospered on unjustified arrogence and a commission structure based on how many times you can drop words like "shred" into general conversation then I am sure they will do just fine. However they won't be getting my business again.
