Food is absolute garbage and service was mute. First and last time here such a disappoint

I love the 5 mix and match deal for regular corn dogs and chili dogs. Tonight I placed my ordered waited about 10 minutes behind a car only to be asked what did I order? They hadn't starters: 3 corn dogs and two chili dogs. NIce young man got my dogs mustard and napkins. Left around the corner and this was my chili dog!!!!! Are you fricking kidding me!!!! I was not happy and not dressed to go inside but I drove all around the block. It is not an easy location to get to. went in with my dog, showed the very unpleasant young lady. I quote "we put 1 paddle Of chili on each dog" I'm like really? She was so put out, if this is new management better take another look. I did get a regular chili dog as well. No excuse they where not busy. Both chili dog with chili and corn dog delicious. But hey come On now read more

I just want to take a moment to give props to a wonderful worker I experienced the other day, his name was Josh. My family and I love to eat here, but had stopped coming for a while because there was a very rude girl that was off putting and kind of turned us off. We decided to give this place another try and Josh was excellent. Food was fresh. He was even able to recommend items to me, and we just loved his charm! He is very professional and also very friendly. This company has got a good one on their hands, it's hard to come across such great fast food workers these days. I will be returning and continuing on our family tradition of eating at our favorite hot dog place! Good job Josh! read more

I went to visalia location, through drive through, after given cashier money, he turned to put fries into bag, without washing hands, after receiving money, spoke with the manager, who wasn't there, saying the cashier doesn't have to put on gloves after getting money, I told him, his hands touch my fries, to where he wiped his hands on his shirt, the manager replied he has been doing this for 20 years, he knows the employee didn't touch my fries, he began to state a law that as long as there's a washing station close by, the employee does not have to wash hands, I told I have over 30 years of food management, that's not how I want employees handling customers food, the manager said AND, then hung up, very unprofessional, needs hospitality training, unless I get a call from the franchisee, I encourage other's not to eat there, rude manager... read more

I could not remember why I didn't like Wienerschnitzel hotdogs as LOVE hotdogs. Their casing for the meat is too tough. I mean chewing it is a chore. It has no favor as so tough you concentrate on chewing and really miss anything else. And they do not put enough topping on the dogs either. Would NOT recommend. Sorry read more

Service has gone so far downhill I don't think this place is salvageable anymore. Fix the schedule guys, you got one overwhelmed employee trying to handle a dinner rush while the other one takes lunch? Come on. Arrange that better or just keep losing business. I'm only writing this review because I sat in this drive thru for over 25 minutes just to get food from an over stressed employee while everyone else is nowhere to be found in the kitchen. It wasn't his fault. That's not what you pay for with "fast" food. The shift schedule needs help and so does the guy trying to keep the whole place from burning down solo. If management is reading this, please address whatever the issue is. I won't waste my money here right now, if this gets fixed I'm happy to come through again. Don't take it out on the kid in the window either, he actually cares and it's not his fault y'all can't write a decent schedule. read more

Went in to order some food so I walked in . The three employees looked at me and kept talking and laughing amongst themselves . After waiting at the register for several minutes I started to walk out one employee started to walk over but still did not acknowledge me so I walked out . Generally the other female manager is very cordial these three employees were dismissive and unhelpful. Sorry as this hurts a business . I can take my business elsewhere as I guess they don't want it. Luis read more

Tried this place for the first time because I was craving chili like no other!! Customer service was excellent, they were extremely friendly, but the food was meh, and the prices too. The chili hamburger had a weird food texture, the chili dog smelled weird, along with my drink cup, but the chili fries were sooooooo good! Those fries...yes and yes!!! I use to go to this place like once a week way back like 20 years ago in Imperial Beach and I don't remember ever having any complaints. Will I be back?? Only for the chili fries my friend... read more

The food is about an 8/10. me and my husband went through the drive-through, and when they were back there preparing the food, they were not wearing gloves! their bare hands were all over our food and i do not appreciate that!!! Took 30 minutes for a drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. Finally get my food and half the order is missing. Have to wait in line AGAIN for another 15 min. An hour of my life wasted. And was denied any kind of compensation. All I wanted was a soda for the wait and they said no. Manager is incompetent for understaffing and the few people she does have are too stoned to do their job. Not to mention they never have mint ice cream despite it being on every damn poster on their establishment. "Fast food" my ass. read more

This place will be closed soon. Crappy service, under cooked food, and a bad location. Asked for fries to be extra crispy. Double checked at the window. It as usual, the fries are under cooked. The chili dogs were thrown together, and poorly wrapped. I won't be back. Taylor dogs rule! read more

These are NOT chili cheese dogs! I don't think you can even call them chili dogs!! Wienerschnitzel used to be a quality hot dog stand, and most locations are. But after the last three visits here, I will probably not be returning. I will drive to Hanford like I used to. read more

Took family last night at 6:45 pm planning on eating inside restaurant but lobby was of course closed even though the remodel is finished so we go through the drive-thru and start ordering our food, fyi my kids had never been to Wiener schnitzel. The young man working the drive-thru was very rude, you could tell he hates his job that's for sure. He cut off every sentence I spoke. I pulled up happy every considering the lobby was closed at 6:45pm but this employee ruined that and it definitely wasn't the first experience I wanted for my children at place I grew up eating at. I didn't make him get the job. read more

To echo other Yelpers comments, this location does not stay open according to posted hours. Specifically, workers will be in the restaurant but not offer the menu that's posted. We showed up about an hour before closing and when we tried to order items (one being ice cream) off the menu, the employee just stated, "Oh we aren't doing that right now." Ummm ok. Let's just say we went to another restaurant that offers root beer floats (if you catch my drift) and we received amazing service, yummy ice cream, and the FRESHEST French fries ever! Next time I know not to waste my time at Wienerschnitzel. read more

Never open at times that are posted on website. Fix your hours. Went to taco bell instead. Thanks dickschnitzel.

This place is horrible rude ass workers and the general manager is a absolute idiot when he calls people back on complaints he said to me well there's 3 sides to a story her side your side and the truth I was like what did he really just say that just remember don't forget a drink while ordering because they will not add one on at the window you would have to go through the whole line again absolute worst service ever if I could give a zero star that's what it would be very disappointed. Then he say what do you want I said nothing just making you aware he said oh ok I couldn't listen to this idiot any longer I hung up. read more

Wienerschnitzel on East Noble closes at 10 PM because I looked at their website and they're supposed to be open. I got here at 9:30 PM and I went to the drive-through and nobody asked for my order and then I went to the window to try to order it from the window and I was there for probably 20 minutes and then I was honking at the guy And he never looked over to see who I was or why I was there, so I called the phone number and some girl got on the phone and I asked her about it and she raised her voice and said we are closed and slammed the phone down on me! I have no idea why they're closing early because they shouldn't be but I would never ever come back to this place and I don't advise anybody to do so! That girl that's working on a Tuesday night April 12 at 9:30 PM was so rude and I don't know if she's a manager but I will be contacting the manager. There always is an issue here and we were so hungry but now I guess we'll go across the way to McDonald's or Taco Bell because they know how to handle customers nicely I just want to say that I was very nice I wasn't rude at all because I thought maybe something was wrong in there but she didn't want anything to do with any customers tonight nor did the guy that was working the grill because he never turned towards the window! read more

Made an order on Uber eats. Had no issue with my driver...... but I had order 6 chili cheese dogs and 2 specialty dog and some side. And ALL of my hot dogs were OLLLDDD shriveled old dark crunchy even with chili it couldn't mask how old there where very disappointed. I called and stated " they were fucking old" and all they said you want it made fresh or you want a refund ... no sorry or anything. Won't be returning. Posted a picture of the chili dog and you can see that dark nasty old hot crunchy ring. And I posted a picture of the freshly made ones they re did. What a a huge difference. Literally made my stomach turn after I took a bite. Check your food before leaving the parking lot. Not blaming Uber Eats at all. read more

Apparently this location does not stay open to the hours they post on the door or online. Pulled into the drive thru @ 9:20pm and after a few minutes said "hello" and got no answer. Pulled up to the window where a young man was inside, waited a few seconds until he seen me and said they where closed. Easy to see why so few stars. I drove a long way to eat here and when I arrived the dining room was locked. Sign says trying to protect their employees. PLEASE JUST CALM DOWN .. THAT needed to be said and out the way. These fast food owners should be ASHAMED of THEMSELVES. Why? Because they hire excited to be hired people who soon realize that they have to do whatever they are told and smile while doing it. I'm not sure what exactly is going on but I think it's about time! The employees are pleasant but human. Two employees for an eight hour shift then having to do the closing of store to boot is why I believe the worker bees are closing early .. not smiling.. no napkins.. what straw? IF you must complain about your experience please read the beginning of my rant. Yes. I was told it was closed at 10:30 pm by a young lady who looked like she had HAD ENOUGH! STING BACK! I've finally been able to come to Visalia's Wienerschnitzel! I used the drive through since the facility seems too small to enjoy inside. The staff was extremely quick and friendly. I ordered and the person taking my order, came out through the back door (once closer to the paying window) and gave me my drink and took my payment. He came back out about 30 seconds later and gave me back my debit card. I pulled up to the payment window and was given the rest of my order. The burger was ok but the chili cheese fries were pretty good. The prices are a bit high for the kind of food being served. Overall it was a pleasant experience! read more

Came to pick up goodies for my dad who is on hospice care. The guy taking my order was a complete jerk. I think they could tell from my tone I wasn't happy with his smart a$$ games. They made me wait forever. Heard them laughing. Thanks for ruining my first chance to see my dad after a lockdown at the facility. You made me late. I didn't get to see him. most horrible experience tonight at the noble location in Visalia we will never eat at the place again.I called to talk to the manager & got laughed at and hung up on for making a complaint about our order. Please remember when going through the drive-thru always ask for anything you might need such as condiments napkins straws forks and check your food that it is cooked all the way & check that you get the right drink that you ordered! We got undercooked food no condiments even though requested mustard for our corn dogs we got the wrong drink which we ordered coke & got Dr Pepper. We got no for even though we ordered chilli fries. When I called to talk to the manager she said talk to the governor of California and hung up on me.How are you supposed to eat Chilli cheese fries in a car with no fork! The front door was locked and we were there at 8:11pm and I have met the owner when this location and he's a really nice man I hope he realizes his location has went downhill fast and I no longer wish to eat there anymore! I went to this place on a Tuesday night at around 9 pm, pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car ahead of me. We had waited at least about five minutes. During that time a few more cars pulled up behind me. Through my window I had asked the driver ahead of me if they knew he was there. He said he thought so because someone had spoken to him through the drive up speaker. I was closest to the front door, so I put it in park and knocked on the door. The employee there heard me a just turned around and made a slashing across his throat. That threw me off because I had no idea what he meant. So I motioned to come to the door and also pointing at the parking lot. He came to the door and opened it while I asked if he could see the cars in the drive up lane. He told me that they were closed. I told him that you have the lights on as if you were open, and that if you are closed, how about letting someone of us know that too. His response was that he doesn't have to let is know that they were closed. I told him that was just plan stupid. As I was telling him that about at least giving us the common courtesy to say something at least, the so called lead poked her head out the door to echo what he said about they were not obligated to tell us that they were closed. Nothing even posted of what their hours are for which I believe they had closed early for some unknown reason. Again I told them how stupid that was turned to my car the let everyone in line what they had said. Idiots! Wienerschnitzel in Visalia is dead to me, want a much better option, A&W all day long. I am quite sure that have lost a lot of customers especially through word of mouth from that night. . read more
