I just want to take a moment to give props to a wonderful worker I experienced the other day, his name was Josh. My family and I love to eat here, but had stopped coming for a while because there was a very rude girl that was off putting and kind of turned us off. We decided to give this place another try and Josh was excellent. Food was fresh. He was even able to recommend items to me, and we just loved his charm! He is very professional and also very friendly. This company has got a good one on their hands, it's hard to come across such great fast food workers these days. I went to visalia location, through drive through, after given cashier money, he turned to put fries into bag, without washing hands, after receiving money, spoke with the manager, who wasn't there, saying the cashier doesn't have to put on gloves after getting money, I told him, his hands touch my fries, to where he wiped his hands on his shirt, the manager replied he has been doing this for 20 years, he knows the employee didn't touch my fries, he began to state a law that as long as there's a washing station close by, the employee does not have to wash hands, I told I have over 30 years of food management, that's not how I want employees handling customers food, the manager said AND, then hung up, very unprofessional, needs hospitality training, unless I get a call from the franchisee, I encourage other's not to eat there, rude manager... read more

I love the 5 mix and match deal for regular corn dogs and chili dogs. Tonight I placed my ordered waited about 10 minutes behind a car only to be asked what did I order? They hadn't starters: 3 corn dogs and two chili dogs. NIce young man got my dogs mustard and napkins. Left around the corner and this was my chili dog!!!!! Are you fricking kidding me!!!! I could not remember why I didn't like Wienerschnitzel hotdogs as LOVE hotdogs. Their casing for the meat is too tough. I mean chewing it is a chore. Service has gone so far downhill I don't think this place is salvageable anymore. Fix the schedule guys, you got one overwhelmed employee trying to handle a dinner rush while the other one takes lunch? Come on. Arrange that better or just keep losing business. I'm only writing this review because I sat in this drive thru for over 25 minutes just to get food from an over stressed employee while everyone else is nowhere to be found in the kitchen. Went in to order some food so I walked in . The three employees looked at me and kept talking and laughing amongst themselves . After waiting at the register for several minutes I started to walk out one employee started to walk over but still did not acknowledge me so I walked out . Took 30 minutes for a drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. Finally get my food and half the order is missing. Have to wait in line AGAIN for another 15 min. An hour of my life wasted. And was denied any kind of compensation. All I wanted was a soda for the wait and they said no. Took family last night at 6:45 pm planning on eating inside restaurant but lobby was of course closed even though the remodel is finished so we go through the drive-thru and start ordering our food, fyi my kids had never been to Wiener schnitzel. The young man working the drive-thru was very rude, you could tell he hates his job that's for sure. He cut off every sentence I spoke. To echo other Yelpers comments, this location does not stay open according to posted hours. Specifically, workers will be in the restaurant but not offer the menu that's posted. We showed up about an hour before closing and when we tried to order items (one being ice cream) off the menu, the employee just stated, "Oh we aren't doing that right now." Ummm ok. Let's just say we went to another restaurant that offers root beer floats (if you catch my drift) and we received amazing service, yummy ice cream, and the FRESHEST French fries ever! Wienerschnitzel on East Noble closes at 10 PM because I looked at their website and they're supposed to be open. I got here at 9:30 PM and I went to the drive-through and nobody asked for my order and then I went to the window to try to order it from the window and I was there for probably 20 minutes and then I was honking at the guy And he never looked over to see who I was or why I was there, so I called the phone number and some girl got on the phone and I asked her about it and she raised her voice and said we are closed and slammed the phone down on me! Made an order on Uber eats. Had no issue with my driver...... but I had order 6 chili cheese dogs and 2 specialty dog and some side. And ALL of my hot dogs were OLLLDDD shriveled old dark crunchy even with chili it couldn't mask how old there where very disappointed. I went to this place on a Tuesday night at around 9 pm, pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car ahead of me. We had waited at least about five minutes. During that time a few more cars pulled up behind me. Through my window I had asked the driver ahead of me if they knew he was there. He said he thought so because someone had spoken to him through the drive up speaker. I was closest to the front door, so I put it in park and knocked on the door. The employee there heard me a just turned around and made a slashing across his throat. That threw me off because I had no idea what he meant. So I motioned to come to the door and also pointing at the parking lot. He came to the door and opened it while I asked if he could see the cars in the drive up lane. He told me that they were closed. I told him that you have the lights on as if you were open, and that if you are closed, how about letting someone of us know that too. His response was that he doesn't have to let is know that they were closed. I told him that was just plan stupid. As I was telling him that about at least giving us the common courtesy to say something at least, the so called lead poked her head out the door to echo what he said about they were not obligated to tell us that they were closed. Nothing even posted of what their hours are for which I believe they had closed early for some unknown reason. I've finally been able to come to Visalia's Wienerschnitzel! I used the drive through since the facility seems too small to enjoy inside. The staff was extremely quick and friendly. I ordered and the person taking my order, came out through the back door (once closer to the paying window) and gave me my drink and took my payment. He came back out about 30 seconds later and gave me back my debit card. I pulled up to the payment window and was given the rest of my order. The burger was ok but the chili cheese fries were pretty good. The prices are a bit high for the kind of food being served. Overall it was a pleasant experience! read more

Don't ever work here even if your life depends on it. The general manager Tyon has no business being a manager. He's very unprofessional childish rude dishonest and disrespectful. I feel like I was working with a low budget pimp who has no control over his emotions. I told him how disrespectful a co worker was and he turned it on me and quit for me with me wanting to quit.
