Under new management the sign says. Based on my experience they are overpriced for what you get. Their soft serve ice cream should be half the price for what you get. Employees are more interested in their own conversation than helping customers. The manager needs additional training on how to train a new employee. Their swag is pretty tasteless. This place has the rudest service. A robot takes your order so all the person at the window has to do is take payment and pass food. The guy barely acknowledged me and just passed my food and shut the window. The service at this location has always been very bad and they do not like you using coupons. read more

We ordered food and it was so weird. The drive thru is now an AI computer thing. It wasn't very efficient and sort of rushed us. Not the end of the world but just different. I hope this makes things easier for the workers and isn't replacing someone's job. The girl that took our payment could not have been more unfriendly. No greeting, smile or thank you. We asked for napkins and ketchup. As we drove off I saw she didn't give us ketchup. Inside dining was closed so we had to wait in the drive thru again. No sorry about that or anything. Do not bother! I spent $20 for 2 chili cheese, chili cheese fries and a shake (I had to pay for Oreos in my shake just to get chocolate). Neither the hotdogs or the fries were even cooked, they threw chili and cheese on top of uncooked food and sent it out. I tried to call twice but even though I saw 7 people inside working, not a 1 could pick up the phone. I was meeting an associate in Tracy to do a transaction and was a little Hungry . So I stopped by Wienerschnitzel for a Snackie Snack. I went to the Register and ordered the 5 Chili dog special for $5.55 and a soda for $1.79 . The Cashier asked me for $15 . I questioned the amount ,Because $5.55 +1.79 does not = $15. LOL This confused the Cashier who also was the Crew Chief . So she called the Mgr over . The Mgr pulled a Calculator out and did the Math and came out with the right amount . which even more confused the Cashier . I then pulled out a Discover Card and the Cashier says We Don't Take Discover . The Mgr Laughs and says yes we do and finished the Transaction. Its pretty scary people don't know simple math now. The one star is for the whipped cream which was only about a tablespoon but tasted good. It was so thin...not thick like the picture. Even worse, it had a bitter undertaste.I threw it away when I got home and only consumed about 4 oz. Including the whipped cream...the good part. I'm sorry I can't recommend the candy shake. But the service was fast and friendly. They have daily specials and offer a free chili dog with your phone survey on the receipt. I would try the ice cream cone but not the shakes if I were in the neighborhood and maybe a corn dog. I ordered a medium strawberry lemonade that cost $5.00 and there was no fruit in it at all and it tasted like strawberry water. They put so much ice in it that you barely get any lemonade at all. This place is odd. Dine in is closed even though all Covid mandates have been lifted. The drive-thru is super slow. After finally getting our food we had to eat it in the car during 100 degree weather. Chili was not as tasty as other Wienerschitzels. Somewhat bland. Just enough for the two of us and our 1 1/2 year old.My honest opinion, $18 is a bit steep for an order for 2 adults and a toddler. I recently went here to order lunch the manager is so rude and treated me so poorly. I could not believe it. They gave my order to the car infront of me and tried to regive it to me.
