Another woman working there came out after she heard that I had exclaimed, oh my these are much longer than I expected. She spoke English as her first language and communicated to me that I had requested "sexy" and I told her I requested no such thing. She told me next time I should ask for cute and some other adjective that I'm not sure of. And she also said I should not go "longer than 11". They made me stand there while they replaced the paper. I was REPULSED. No Lysol no sanitation what so ever!!!!! If covid is such a concern thAt my well behaved and fully masked daughter had to sit in a corner alone in tears, yet you put your patients in filthy non disinfected rooms? ASIDE from that, yes it gets worse.. after then waiting in this dirty room another 10 mins... the dr finally comes in, with two assistants. I have a bunch of questions I needed answers to. I have purchased all of his over priced products that were PUSHED on me for about 2 years now and started noticing some issues, to all of my questions the " assistants " would cut him off and not let him explain/respond to me. Very annoying and at my 3rd question they then handed me a piece of paper and told me to refer to that, completely disregarding my questions!! Issues i am having with YOUR products. Why can't the dr speak for himself ? I couldn't believe that I couldn't even get a response from the doctor it's like he was there for show. And if you don't purchase his products they look at you like you are dumb. Meanwhile I'm having issues with my skin turning colors because of these products and his response was " wear a hat " .. like what? Not only is this office worse than the saddle brook office I figured being in ridgewood this would be a nicer office, boy was I WRONG. Never again will I go to this facility. Let's go one by one:…read more Dr. Kassir- the level of professionalism, bedside manner, care, expertise, love and patience you are getting with him is beyond what i have experienced with any of my previous plastic surgeons (4 others). I can genuinely say from the moment my mother and i booked with him we felt we were in good hands but when we met him we knew. All worries and concerns went away because he really listens and wants you to be happy with your results. I was disheartened to read the other reviews because he is far from a doctor that only cares about your money. Yes, he is pricey but that is directly correlated to the results I received and the level of care and importance he has placed on my desires in reference to my appearance and results. He has continually seen me to check my results, as he did with my mom and hers. For myself it has been a year and i have had 10-15 different appointments from checking up on results to little changes i wanted to try with injections and lasers or fixing scars from previous doctors. He even fixed mistakes from previous doctors without hesitation and without charging me a ridiculous amount or nothing at all because he is that caring. For my mom it's been 3 years and she has been there and done the same. Never once have they denied our requests or been dishonest about predicted results or costs. We always get honest care and instructions on their policies when booking. He is a wonderful family man that makes his patients feel like his extended family. You never leave them without him catching up with you and asking about your lovely family and life. You never feel rushed out. Lastly, a lot of times we think this is an all solving solution to your aesthetic needs and forget that he places instructions on lifestyle and after care to reach optimal result.
