It is a shame that they would do this to customers. My only thought is they do not want repeat business. Took in a Chrysler product that had a 3.2 litre V6 and they charged us for 8 quarts of engine oil for the oil change. When I questioned them about it they swore that this is what they put in. He said they drain it extra long. Made a statement that it is the darndest thing every now and then they run into 6 cylinder motors that take extra oil. Though Owners manual and my neighbor who is a Mechanic at a Chrysler dealership says 6 qts.

My husband was hit by a deer late one night while driving home from Chicago. The windshield was…read moreshattered and basically the whole drivers side of the car damaged. The police called a local towing company who took the car back to their lot. When they didn't bring it to our area (a little over an hour away) the next day as we had scheduled, we looked for a body shop in that area on Yelp and Facebook and found one that looked promising. This is where Heartland comes in! I left a message on their machine since they were closed for the weekend. My first positive surprise was when the owner called me later that day. We decided to have them do the work and told him we'd contact the towing company to get the car over there. Unfortunately it took several days before it got there (which is why I won't be posting a positive review for the tow co.). Once it arrived they reviewed the estimate from our insurance company and started ordering parts. The car was completed sooner than we anticipated based on the length of time insurance estimated, plus thanksgiving week. My husband went to pick it up earlier this week and is thrilled with how it looks. There had been slivers of glass in the interior from the broken windshield, but the guys vacuumed and cleaned out everything...including, apparently, our change cup. They did say we may still find some here and there over time. Bottom line- my husband would recommend them based on the fantastic job they did putting our car back together ($9000+ damage). And I was thrilled with how friendly they were working over the phone. I called several times to see if the car had ever gotten there from the tow lot, and received updates from them once they had it. I've still never met them but wholeheartedly recommend them!

I first saw a 2006 Class C listed on RV trader and the price was extremely reasonable compared to others that were listed in my area. I live in NJ and flew out to Chicago and purchased the rv from Tom. Here is what I can tell you, if you want cheesy sales bs free coffee and someone making believe they give a crap this is not your place. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and is ok telling you the truth about what he is selling you without sugar coating then this is your place. Tom didnt try to oversell or act like something was great when it wasnt or made any attempt to hide anything. Not only that the price we agreed to over the phone is the exact price that I paid no extra surprises no bs and he got me in and out asap. He had his staff ready the RV for my long trip back to NJ they checked air pressure filled up all fluids etc he even filled up the water so I can use the bathroom on the ride. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and campers over my lifetime and this was the only time I showed up, everything was as described, I paid what was agreed to, and left happy with the outcome. I made it home without any issue, I thank Tom and his team for all their help. I know not all the reviews here say the same but I am absolutely real and my experience was fantastic.

WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS:…read more My husband and I recently tried to purchase a vehicle through Princeton Auto Group, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. We hope Princeton Auto Group takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated during the financing process. -- James & Marla Boyer If dealership management or ownership would like to review this situation or discuss what happened, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with someone who values respectful and transparent customer service. Our intention in sharing this experience is simply to ensure that future customers are treated with professionalism and dignity.
