We had used H&L at our previous home a few years back, and they had always been great to work with, quick to respond, and reasonably priced. We called after noon, and they came out first thing the next morning and had us running again in no time at all. Same great service! Wish we had not let our building contractor pick the other guy when we built the house.

Terrible service. They were seldom in office, left several messages on cell phones. No one wanted…read moreto show a listing unless it was theirs personally. They kept wanting me to talk to a different agent every time I called. Many times I was told they were out fishing/hunting and they didn't know when they would be back. I started out looking a property but through another very helpful agent with a different company, I ended up with much larger purchase than I'd originally planned. Pitts lost out on a large sale because they didn't take time for any customer service. I'd NEVER list anything with them, nor purchase any land. They own so much land themselves and the restrictions are ridiculous. Be sure to read their fine print!!
