He installed a new drop in sink for us back in January as well as a filtration faucet and a main kitchen faucet. Good communication throughout his process and if he needed an extra part, he would give us a heads up ahead of time. Recently, our main faucet had begun leaking and flooded our countertops and under sink. Wenger plumbing helped us diagnose the problem and they took care of it within a timely manner despite their swamped schedules. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company. It can be hard to find a good plumber and these guys are very professional.

Most importantly, my mom is my world and Tito treated my her with the utmost kindness and care. We haven't had our vinyl siding professionally cleaned in over ten years and Shark was highly…read morerecommended by our neighbors. As requested, Hubs emailed pics of our house and received a quote (house, gutters & outside of windows) that afternoon. Thursday was (another) slightly damp day, so we were contacted that am to see if we wanted to proceed, which Hubs confirmed. Fred (owner) & Derrick arrived @30 minutes beforehand and let us know how they planned on getting tasks completed. (Note: they were very appreciative that we'd mostly cleared off front & back porch ourselves.) Derrick got onto our roof in front to access all our gutters (2+ stories in back) & it was incredible how much gunk blew out after so many years. Fred covered all outdoor sockets & removed screens (later cleaned & reinstalled) and then both alternated between soft washing a side & then cleaning windows. Three other young men arrived & finished up windows. Asked Fred about second story windows that were not dried off and he said solution they use prevents all water spots when dried and said if not "call us and we'll come out to fix it." (Next day: no spots anywhere.) Previous company had power washed our vinyl which left streaks on our (then 10-yr old) siding & windows, so were glad to find a company that uses a different, and very successful, technique. Highly recommend Shark Window & House Cleaning: very professional (&local) group and look forward to using their services again when needed. Rates were very reasonable and well-worth the outcome!

Grace Plumbing and Drain Cleaning LLC Plumber…read moreCentertown, MO We had Cole from Grace Plumbing come in May of 2024 to fix a toilet problem. We had very slow flushing and daily clogging. We thought it was a venting problem causing the core issue. Cole was very professional and understood our concern to get to the root problem instead of just installing a new toilet. He replaced the toilet, which was very heavily calcified and clogged with mineral deposits. He also fixed a leak in the back of the toilet line. He used his camera equipment to investigate the entire septic line to see if there were any occlusions or issues. He felt confident that the problem was down to an old, calcified toilet. He was absolutely right. He chose a new toilet model for us, one that he uses in his own house. It flushed like a champ and had a ton of power and force with low water usage per flush. He also informed us that our septic system badly needed to be pumped...it had been over ten years since last done. He doesn't perform septic pumping, but we looked online to find a local business for this. Overall, we were incredibly happy with Cole's service. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He was prompt, yet flexible with our schedule and kept in contact with us through texting every step of the way. We highly recommend his services.

RAISING SOLUTIONS--A COMPANY THAT RAISES THE BAR…read more *****A Truly Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!***** 3 concepts capture this company: Honesty, Professionalism, Outstanding workmanship! As a homeowner who has dealt with many contractors through the years, only a few has received this reviewer's measure of excellence. RAISING SOLUTIONS is one company I have now added to our short list. From the beginning, from the very first phone call to the final day of the project, every person we interacted with demonstrated honesty, integrity, and customer respect. I'll start with our first contact: The ladies in the office--Carrie and Audrey. I call them "Command Central". They were friendly, organized and quick to answer my questions or get an answer for me with a quick return call--no ghosting here!. Keeping me up to date with scheduling, who will be on our property doing the work, who will be the lead crew member, their time of arrival etc.-- all was accomplished without me having to call. Even the introduction and photo of the lead member was emailed before the work began. I have never had that information given ever! Homeowners need to know who will be working on their property and who is responsible for the project. I didn't have to ask for that information! Next is Nick--the project manager: He is incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about the entire process which seems like a given but in my experience (and during our vetting process for this project) this was not always the case. We asked very detailed questions from drilling pressure, to who produces the piers they use and then to final clean up plans. Nick took the time to detail the procedure and answer all of our many questions and never did I hear the little huff/puff of irritation (if you have vetted people, you know the sound and you know what is being communicated to you). Nor was there ever that smug little sort of laugh that speaks volumes of "you-dummy" to customers asking a lot of the questions. And a big, big plus--there was no selling pressure--no "sign up now or you will miss the deal of a life-time". Last but not least--the installation crew--the muscles: These guys are the nuts and bolts of the project--the dirt diggers, the "sweat-sters", the mudslingers and really the "muscle" of the process. Our project was during an extreme heat wave with temps over 100 many days. We never heard complaining or a "griping-whiner". They had a right to whine--it was hot! These guys were with us every day for almost two weeks. They worked very hard and sweated a lot especially when they were in the trenches. And then the one thing we didn't want to happen, happened--it rained--only on one day for a short time but we knew the dirt diggers would become the mudslingers. It was a "Missouri-clay-mud-hole-mess"! "No problem" I was told, when I called to check if they needed to let the dirt dry out for a day or two. They came the next day with nice clean clothes and left with the muddiest mess all over themselves. I found myself apologizing for all of the mud everywhere but what I heard back was, "No problem--we'll see you tomorrow". Our crew first started with Ed, Gavin, Owen, Austin, Dawson (in no specific order) and later Waylen. Other team members joined during the process and all were very nice, worked hard--no goofing off. The next day and the next was the same--a "good morning", answering our questions, unloading equipment and off to work. It was a pleasure to watch them work--a "well oiled machine". They were an impressive crew especially when lifting the steel pipe sections like they were boxes of cotton. NOW TO THE REVIEW RECOMMENDATION: In a world where quality and honesty is becoming more and more a figment of our imaginations, RAISING SOLUTIONS stands out above the rest. I highly recommend them as a first company to consider if you are in need of any of their services--especially foundation piers for your home stabilization. Finally, an important "Note" to conclude with this review as it could sound like a "paid advertisement". I am in no way related to anyone in this company nor have I received any compensation or discount for my review. What I did receive was a solution to my potential problem from a company worthy of your consideration should you find yourself with foundation issues. I was not disappointed, in fact, I am very pleased that such high quality still exists. They are the exception!
