Overall, the quality and presentation of their drinks and desserts are worth their price- it is so unique and delicious. Service is great, and prompt. During the Mississauga Waterfront Festival, I had the pleasure of meeting Leo and the team after being extremely intrigued by the name 'ribbon fries' - I was NOT disappointed. Seriously, we had the plate on our table for less than a minute before a passerby demanded to know what it was and went to order it right away. The portion of poutine was massive and the cheese curds were perfectly mixed throughout (which is actually an accomplishment since so many places just top their fries with cheese). I had been recommended the beef poutine but actually it didn't go well with the burger, since the beef was chopped up burger patty, so it was the same as the burger. The burger had fresh tasting toppings & patty. The poutine was a good size for one person, but the curds didn't squeak, the fries were not crispy despite being fresh (they were like home fries in the form of French fries). The gravy was good though & the beef was quite tasty. There's no option to upgrade the fries in your combo to a poutine. But basically the combo gives you a free drink anyway.
