Vicki did an amazing job of helping me come to the self-realization of what I wanted out of my career, and then was able to suggest a specific path that is a better fit and more in-demand career than I could have possibly imagined. After spending the last two years or so critically thinking about what I wanted to do with my life, it only took two meetings with Vicki for me to put all that wavering aside and feel amazing about my path forward. Once we arrived at the job title I was shooting for, she helped me to put together a plan of attack, and I went out and got started! I'm now skilled up, marketable in the job market, and excited about what comes next!

Overall, the service is not worth the price tag. I purchased the $775 Mid-Level Associate package…read morethinking that I would get highly personalized industry-specific advice. To kick things off, it took two weeks after purchasing to get on our career coaching call. Little did I know that was actually one of the faster turnarounds through the process. After our first meeting, which I did find helpful and I wish there was more of, it took three weeks to receive my first version of a resume, which unfortunately contained a few mechanical errors as well as sections and bullet points that did not match. After some more back and forth over the next 12 days, I finally received a resume that I could use, though I ended up just making more a refined version on my own. The completed updates to my LinkedIn than took another month, though I will admit my own response slowed after essentially moving forward with the recruitment process on my own at this stage. Frankly, the revisions for LinkedIn also did not make a lot of sense for what I wanted in my target roles and lacked focus. From starting in early July to finishing in mid-October (4 months), we finally finished the process. I do not expect any follow-up from Resume Scripter based on how self-guided the experience was. If there were more opportunities to hop on calls to discuss feedback and strategy beyond the single 45 minute session at the beginning, then I think the experience would have gone more smoothly. But, frankly, I think this team is overworked and handling too many other projects to deliver the client experience suggested by the price tag.

First visit was awful!…read moreOne of the front desk staff was extremely rude and started an argument with me when I simply asked for clarification of some of their policies. I guarantee I was not aggressive or unreasonable. I waited there almost 4 hours to be seen. I was told to expect an hour or an hour and half for my visit, which was why I didn't bring a water bottle (not using their water fountain for obvious reasons), and didn't bring my meds. I was so wrong. And the mistreatment I received made it feel much much worse. I hated that place. The second visit, albeit against my will to ever step in that facility, was much better. The time it took was more like an hour as expected. The front desk person had much better professionalism and the process was fast and easy. Either way, I wish nobody will have to step in there and deal with the challenges that may come with the situation.
