Short version: Wicked West Harley good. Other Harley dealerships bad. Long version: I never thought I would be giving a Harley dealership a five star review based on their parts and service department, but these guys were totally amazing! I rode in from Florence, AZ on my Heritage Classic, stopping for a day to see my folks before heading on to Springfield, Missouri. I a dealer in Springfield scheduled to put new tires on my bike when I got there and was told it would be two weeks out before they could wrench, and then quoted over a thousand bucks for two tires. Wow. Just wow. Today I headed out to my ride to find I had a flat rear tire. What the actual f---? It couldn't wait until I hit Springfield? Well it's probably a good thing it happened here, as speed limits in Santa Fe are typically 35mph so I wasn't going very fast when it got squirrelly on me last night (I thought it was oil on the road). Imagine if I was doing 80 on the freeway when it blew. The other positive thing about it happening here was it put me in touch with Josh over at the Wicked West parts department. He said not only did they have it but they could put it on today. Then I met Adrian in service who told me that they could also do the front tire and the 10K service at the same time. Talk about blown away! Getting this all done on the same day without an appointment so I could get back on the road tomorrow really pulled me out of a tough situation. Oh, and the price on the tires here was almost $300 bucks less than the Springfield Harley shop was going to charge me. Super props to these guy for being straight up and caring about customers. Most shops are not set up that any, and don't care if you're on a road trip. It's typically wait until next week, sucks to be you. So a huge shout out to Josh, Adrian, the technician Andrew and Elmer in sales who spent time shooting the breeze with me while I waited. You guys are one Wicked team! read more

Overpriced bikes - as always, and junk on some bikes is. Oal, like smooth grips nobody wants - done intentionally so everyone wants to upgrade and many pay high labor prices to get them done. I'll NEVER buy another Harley, nor will I recommend d Wicked, Rip-off Santa Harley to anyone for any reason. Harley's are not worth it. This shop charges $100 for a tube, $250 for ONE back tire, and then a good chunk for labor. I'd rather have a Honda. read more

A nice young lady immediately asked if I needed help and helped me find a T-shirt for a gift but at checkout she asked to see my ID, said she needed to verify my identity, so what I walked in with a stolen credit card? I spend more than the cost of the T-shirt at the gas station, a restaurant or Albertsons and no one needs to see my ID! read more

I went to Santa Fe Harley Davidson in search of help to find parts for I guess you can say vintage bike.   It's very hard to get parts for this year make and model unless you get them from a Harley store because they have all the tools to cross reference OEM parts. Between May 11th and June 4th, I went in and spoke with their service and parts department.  Marcos, and Joaquin are who I felt with the most.  Between those dates I ordered over $1,700 in parts from Santa Fe Harley Davidson Alone some of which I paid for overnight shipping.  I have also ordered other parts totaling well over $2500 that I was able to find on my own exhaust head lights, wiring, foot controls etc. On May 25th the owners of Santa Fe Harley sold their store to the owners and investors of Thunderbird Harley Davidson in Albuquerque. Concerned about this transition I went in on May 26th to speak with Joaquin to make sure that this transfer of ownership would not effect my current orders.  He told me no, and that my orders were processed and that they were actually in route to the dealership. Every time I ordered parts we would confirm availability to make sure they weren't on back order or obsolete.  All the parts at the time of order were showing available with the exception of one the Handlebar control housings. On June 4th I had also scheduled an appointment with their service department to have a new tank for my bike, to be sealed and pressure tested, I scheduled my appointment for June 11th.  On the 4th however I dropped off the tank and all the parts and supplies needed to do the work so I only had to pay for the labor. I came into the store every day they were open and sometimes twice a day to check and see if parts were in.  None of which ever showed up between the 4th and the 11th. On Saturday June 12th, Joaquin called me about my tank, the day after my appointment,  he was concerned the tank would not be done in time for my appointment with the body shop to have it painted that I had scheduled for that Tuesday the 15th.  He had explained to me that the the technician doing my tank said it had to have multiple coats done and had to dry between each coat.  He said that the tank would be done on Thursday June 17th, and by that time the parts I had ordered would be in as well. I had some concerns about the delays and was reassured that my tank would be ready as well as my parts.  So I waited until Thursday the 17th to go back in. I arrived on the 17th at 5:45pm to give them as much time as they needed, and went in to pick up my tank and parts.  When I arrived I waited around as their service manager Marcos went to the back shop when I walked in, and Ryan came out greeted me and I said I was there to pick up my tank and parts.  He said let me check on them and a few minutes later came out and said that my tank hadn't even been worked on yet and none of my parts were in.  I was told that he would get to the bottom of the problem of why my tank was not even started, especially when I had a scheduled appointment. I was then reassured that they would start working on my tank the very next day and that it would be done by the following week and they would call me to let me know it was done. Then a week and a half later I received a call saying my parts had come in, I believe it was the 29th, So I left work early to get to the store before they closed to go pick up my parts and my tank. When I arrived only a few of my parts had arrived, and come to find out my Tank that I was promised three times to be done, WAS NOT EVEN STARTED!   And was told that they apparently aren't able to do the work. Very upset I left without taking anything. Because their some of the orders on the tickets I had were missing and incomplete.  And I wasn't about to take "partial orders" and have to sign off on the ticket with missing items. After leaving and going home.  I am sitting at home now furious,  I decide to just go up and get my tank and parts to try and find someone else that can do it. When I arrive and explain that I'm going to just take my tank somewhere else. The advisor now tells me that they can do the tank.... So confused about what is going on I tell them I will just take it. And that I would like to cancel a few items on my orders.   They tell me that they can't just cancel them and refund it it because it is up to their distributor to allow the cancellations and refund. Completely distraught I take my tank and was told that I would receive a call the following morning before noon as to why things are going the way they are.  Never received a phone call.  I also went online and requested the owner to reach out to me. Never called me.  I ended up filing a complaint with the AG. Not until I posted a complaint on their Facebook page did the General Manager call me.  Explaining that she was never aware of the situation. Even though I had a discussion with her on the 4th about the parts orders and asked her why they were delayed. WORST DEALERSHIP read more

Absolutely terrible place now that the original owners sold the business. I bought a used bike that has a check engine light and 6 codes on it, all of which were not disclosed to me. They were also supposed to replace a sensor but it's been 3 weeks and they're "still waiting on the part." The best one though? I traded in a bike and now after nearly a month they still haven't paid it off!! I found this out because I had Auto pay setup and today I get an email saying it was pulled from my account! So I guess I have 2 motorcycle payments to worry about until they figure it out. Horrible customer service. Don't ever buy from here. read more

David and Tristen absolutely saved us !! We had a dead battery in the parking lot of our hotel. Supposed to head out on a ride to Taos. I called the shop (FYI, they were supposed to be close). David answered and arranged for Tristen to come to our hotel and switch out our battery. Not only kind, and professional, but prompt and efficient. Battery changed, slam dunk, easy peasy and we were on our way by noon. We went into the shop the next day (when they were actually opened) and found that the entire staff was equally as helpful and nice. Cannot say enough about this group! Awesome!!! read more

They would not Honor a MILITARY DISCOUNT on apparel. I've always received a 10 percent military discount at every other Harley shop throughout the country. 21 years of active duty service wasn't good enough for them. Will never shop at this Harley Dealer again. read more

My experience with Santa Fe Harley Davidson is far from a good one .Back in May of 2015 I went in with 7000.00 cash to purchase the dream bike I always wanted,I clearly wasn't going to get it with the 7k. So of course I found one of my likening for $12,995,well after the salesperson sale up I came out paying 21,000-the 7,000.00 Let me mention I bought the data dot, now that is a big ass scam,as I approve to have it installed. The service technician made a big mess with the paint that is a mix Formulated with a code that is in a registry.i paid over $ 500.00 .I did report it to numerous people like Chris.Nothing was done wasting time they just brushed it off. Super unhappy work order not saved 30 hours for a factory recall fix that didn't get fixed?

We always stop at HD dealerships while on vacation...usually really hard to find women's items that i like....i usually just buy mens items...i was looking for a zip-up hoodie...and didn't find one that i liked....Justina Rodriguez went totally out of her way to go in back and find me an awesome zip-up hoodie...the staff at this dealership is very friendly and amazing!! They do have a bunch of great items for womens apparel....better than most of the HD dealerships!! A big shout out to D-Rod as well....he babysat my husband and showed him the bikes on the floor while i shopped...lol...i wish all HD dealerships had employees like they do at Santa Fe Harley!!! As for Terry A's review...anyone who has ever bought anything at a HD dealership knows you're going to be spending more for the apparel because it is higher quality and you're buying the name...just like if you go to Abercrombie and Fitch...you're going to pay more for the item...if he says he has never paid more that $25 for a shirt at any dealership anywhere in the world then he probably always buys off the sale rack...as for the girl "intentionally" distracting him...i think he's full of shit!!! read more

Although we had a very nice man showing us a bike we were interested in, I am very disappointed in this Harley Davidson store who apparently doesn't respect our Veterans, we were told 15% off ANY purchase as today is Veteran's Day, get back to hotel and notice we didn't get the discount even though I asked the cashier if she applied the discount and was told yes, I called Wayne the Manager and explained this to him and he told me because some of our items were already on sale we didn't get the discount! WOW REALLY, way to go Harley Davidson, great customer service, NOT! Guess we won't be purchasing the bike here when ready to purchase. read more

I visited their website and found a bike I was interested in. I am 95 miles away from Santa Fe, and I let the guy know how far I was traveling, so I wanted an accurate account of what the cost would be. The sales person gave me a number that seemed OK and allowed for some negotiation. I got their, liked the bike and made an offer. The sales manager came out with another offer sheet. This offer had $1,000 added .. I was told that is what the dealership charges to go through the bike and make sure everything works. I walked out, I will never set foot in that dealership again. In all fairness, I am sure that is a money maker scheme that many Harley dealerships pull, HOWEVER I traveled 190 miles round trip and was blindsided by a $1,000 bump in price..... read more

Terrible price gouging! We were visiting from Arizona and went in to purchase a couple of t-shirts. I didn't pay close attention to the total amount when checking out because while one woman was completing the transaction the other one was talking with me. (Maybe intentional to distract me) When we got back to the hotel, I looked at the receipt and was shocked at the $98 price for two t-shirts. Unfortunately, the place had already closed or I would have returned the shirts. And since we were leaving the following Sunday morning I still didn't have any opportunity to return them. So I was stuck with the most expensive Harley t-shirts ever. I realize that it was my fault for not looking at the prices beforehand, but the most I have ever paid for a Harley t-shirt is $25, and I have bought them all over the world. Also, these were not anything special, just regular Harley T's. If they are gouging customers on merchandise, then I bet they are really sticking it to the customers on bikes, as well as parts and service. It appears that they are the only Harley dealer in town, so maybe they think they can charge whatever they want. I will never be back here and I hope that some new Harley dealers show up and put these thieves out of business. read more

My wife and I visited the Santa Fe Harley dealership on the morning of 10-19-17 while on vacation from Texas and took advantage of the buy three shirts get one free sale they were running. Sheyla greeted us at the door with a big smile and asked how can I help? We bought 4 shirts and in the process of trying on shirts my wife lost a necklace. I think Cree (another motorclothes sales assc.) found the necklace and they called to let us know. We were several hundred miles away by then and Sheyla offered to mail it to us FREE OF CHARGE!
