We visited first time this past Friday and was shocked to see how busy it was and got a nice spot at the bar because all other sections were taken right. The waitress was very nice and friendly and we ordered right away nice cold beers with a charcuterie board that was amazing! The charcuterie board had several different type of cheese and crackers! We will be back for the charcuterie board. We did order a flat bread pizza called something "Okie Dokie Artichoke?" was okay.... Missing the Artichoke flavor. The bacon or something over took the flavor of the artichoke. The place inside was very clean and nicely decorated and at 7am a good country singer started to sing with a packed house. One of the coolest themed taprooms in the valley! Wicked Rain has introduced one of my favorite beer regions to Arizona, the pacific northwest. This place is head to toe Seattle themed with a great logo, wall art, and of course beer from the PNW. We went on a Friday night when they had a tap takeover from Ecliptic brewing, which is based out of Portland. Now, I am a die-hard local craft beer fan, however, I am also a craft beer advocate. I love that they are showcasing some great beer out of state alongside local craft beer as well. So when you pop in, you can grab a pint or a flight of something local and/or something from the PNW. I of course grabbed a bit of both. To top it off, they have a great menu full of bites and snacks, and a lot of seating indoors and outdoors. Nice open space with a really good northwestern selection. Favorites included almost all the selections from Bend for some reason. The coffee beer was also very enjoyable. Staff was very informative and attentive. Flights were reasonably price with quite a few options - there were of course a few specially crafted brews not available but that's not surprising. This place was just ok. The food was pretty subpar. The pepperoni flatbread was good but for the price we paid I expected a little more. The boneless wings were very vinegar flavored and a bit rubbery. The clam chowder was delicious and the beers were pretty good. Large selection. The bartenders were pretty terrible. I really like this place. It's a chill brewery good to catch up and to watch sports. I find myself coming here by myself or with friends and it is always a good time. Friendly and prompt service. Caught a flight at Wicked Rain. We chose our seat at the bar, got some food with our flight, and enjoyed the journey into hoppy deliciousness. Not all flight brews were my style, but it was fun exploring and comparing what was on tap. We went to Wicked Rain to watch the Apple Cup and had a great time. Their beer selection is pretty wide for both tap and canned beer. The interior is spacious and it's open to the outside, which is nice in the winter time. I loved the cougar gold flat bread. Dropped in there yesterday afternoon, as my AC is on the fritz and I needed to get cooled off. It was early afternoon and the place was almost deserted. Really cool atmosphere absolutely spotless. Restrooms were perfect. Staff was super friendly and efficient and helpful. I ordered a wicked salad which comes with dry rubbed chicken and some chicken wings as well. The salad would've been enough, it was excellent the wings I got a mix of 50/50, dry rub and buffalo. They were awesome, perfectly cooked, not slimy, but still juicy. I had a Wren House IPA, and an OHSA stout, both off tap and both were great. They had a tremendous beer selection. I think there's something like 198 beers listed on Untappd I think they have 40 on tap and the rest are available in cans for there or to go. So now I have a place to go for excellent food and a huge beer selection, they just happens to have extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. read more

I have 3 different friends move to the Chandler / Gilbert area - all from the Seattle area. They said when I visit this is a must-see place. My bro and I decided to post up for the Super Wildcard Weekend - Seattle Seahawks vs San Francisco 49ers. I loved the incorporation of the Untappd app, billboard displays, and drink menus. The food choice was told was just the food truck - I believe I'm mistaken. All Cooped Up was a chicken themed food truck which was tasty. The remaining tables before kick off was outside on the patio. Unfortunately, it was unseasonably cold, and ... the propane fueled heaters were all out. Sadly, they were too busy to depart and fill up (I agreed with the statement) No servers were available to float - again hellaciously busy - so we grabbed our own beers. I'm not a huge fan of counter service. But you can sit at the bar. At 1300 on a Tuesday, it was wide opened. They have 40 beers on tap. They have 2 full pages of beers in cans. They offer Superstition Meadery. Strongly recommend changing that for Drinking Horn Meadery In Flagstaff. Less sugar. Still sweet and super flavorful. If y'all know of anywhere in the Valley that carries them, please let me know. Nu will frequent. Not a large food selection. We had truffle fries. They were good. Not the best. First time here. Having the Six Byrd Cider Prickly Pom. My bro had the Great Notion Peanut Butter stout. Can't wait to bring Jim here to try that one. It's delicious; but pretty sweet so probably could only do one. Also had the Okie Dokie Artichokie flatbread. It was really good. Seattles best in Arizona! As Foodies who love to travel we have discovered a brand new gem bringing the Pacific Northwest to Az. Where to begin.... Wings. Hubs is a Wings FREAK and I am a wings snob. I love them extra crispy as the skin makes me , cheap wings are at times a little bit more skin than meat. Not here!! They may not be giant wings but they are absolutely all meat, I didn't waste any of it or pick any skin off. We had the Marion Berry which is hand made by the lovely owner herself. We also had the Mac and cheese made with Beechers cheese from Seattle. They have A LOT more food but our stomachs are only so big. Tillamook cheese is also a staple within most foods here, honestly we can't say enough good about Wicked Rain. They also have games you can play with friends and/or family. Onto the items you care about the most The Beer Yep. GREAT options! New joint for some very special selections of beer. We did a flight and I was zero for five on what I liked. I didn't like any of mine, but that's okay, at least I tried something different. The food is a small selection but pretty tasty. We tried the flatbread pizza, sausage dog, and fries. The seasoned fries were great. It was nice of them to split our order of fries half seasoned half not, so we could try it. Also the clam chowder bread bowls. Everyone liked it. My only issues was there were no prices anywhere on the menu, not even for the drinks. Ya gotta have that so your customers know before they get a 126$ bill. Popped into this place. Awesome selection of non-AZ beer and nice staff! I got a few Seattle brews, a hot dog and the Mac-N-Cheese for the kiddo. All were good quality and tasted fantastic. For an appetizer, I got the bread bowl clam chowder. Also tasted very delicious. Service was excellent, although not really a sit down place because we had to order at the bar and sit where you wish. The staff was very nice while taking out order. Drinks cold, and hot fresh made food. Seating was pretty open, the outside doors were open because it was nice out. Asked if they could put the game on in front of us. We were told the game is on over there. Very few people we there. $15 for a glass of wine and will not even change the tv for us I can see why.
