Bike broke down 4 times in 45 miles able to restart. Thankful had trailer in worse case scenario. Could of replaced transmission for total cost and got it returned in 2 - 3 weeks. Even test ride but bike was not even giving that ... Received box of parts we requested and discovered battery was removed and replaced with no authorization battery returned was 4 years old battery and bike when brought down there with 6 months old if that. Stay away safe your money and experience for a shop that quotes you the proper amount from the start not adding as you go month to month. Owner stated they do not have an attorney he's had these problems before tune in for more.

One year later bike has a stumble and almost stall when coming to a stop after driving a few miles. Went in and asked to talk to a tech and was told no you can't talk to a tech. The sales department is all about selling you a bike but the service department is a joke. My bike still has a warranty and I live 10 minutes from them but I'll take it 2 hours away to another dealership before going to them ever again.

Charged me for parts and labor on my ski, then tells me I need new carbs for it because mine are no…read moregood. I pay the $273 which is for 2.25 hours labor and 2 carb kits, and take my ski home. Pull the carbs off myself, find a check valve that is stuck open that was not replaced. This part is in the carb kit that my receipt and the owner both say i paid for, yet it was not put in my ski. I was lied too, plain and clear, and failed to receive the parts that i paid for. I do not recommend this place at all. Much more capable shops, and most of them will be honest. Last negative review I left them on this issue they ended up deleting the entire business page from facebook.
