I've only driven the vehicle 1,700 miles. I paid $2,000 dollars to have the issue fixed, not bandaged with no real fix causing it to be a recurring issue!! I called & they were extremely rude and defensive & I was told if i want them to look at the issue & check if they are the ones who made the mistake (obviously they did) that i can go pay a $175 diagnostic fee!! I live hours away and had my not running vehicle towed here…read more Repairs needed were to replace transmission, brakes, battery and spark plugs and repair catalytic converter. Charged $2250 for transmission which I don't know would have needed replacing if they had repaired the catalytic converter and replaced the spark plugs first. Very vague about what was specifically wrong with it. Charged $1700 for front and rear brakes rotors and calipers parts and labor. I decided not to let them do the spark plugs and had my truck shipped to where I live because it still wasn't running properly and I didn't want to give them any more money. Greedy and dishonest. Save your money and go somewhere else. Receipts in profile.

Then they try to tell me it will be $800. Pure trash. It's cheaper and easier to get a hotel and wait until a decent mechanic is available. Red is a POS. When I told him it was an outrageous price he informed me he didn't care, he'd just take whatever I wouldn't pay out of his installers cut... just unbelievable business. NEVER USE THEM.

It was more complicated, so I had BAM come out. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly after being able to look at the plumbing system. They were able to repair it with new parts that they went and picked up and made sure we were satisfied with. Professional, proficient, and treated us like we were friends they were trying to help. The owner is a U.S.M.C. veteran, and he offers a veteran's discount. Great service! Mobile RV service and repair is kind of expensive, but having used other services and having compared their prices, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was considerably less than what I would have paid with other services. I have BAM's phone number in my contacts and will call them every time I need mobile RV repairs or service.

They had the vehicle for 2 weeks before telling him it was repaired and ready to pick up. My son flew to Corpus Christi to retrieve his car, only to find out it still wasn't fixed and shifting correctly. He ended up stranded overnight, spending an additional $860 replacing the battery, alternator, & fuses, hoping the transmission wasn't the issue. His dad had to drive 6 hours to get him and the car. They continue to not take accountability for the mistake and lack of following through to ensure the transmission was working as it should. The laziness on their part cost us at least $4600 total and the car still isn't fixed. Their only response is "we offered to rebuild but you declined and chose a used transmission", and they want us to once again go out of our way and take the car 6.5 hours back south so they can fix the mistake they made. They might have installed the transmission but they failed miserably at the most important task of making sure that the car was repaired and safe for my son to drive. Don't waste your time or money on these idiots! And report them to the BBB if you've been duped, too!
