Rebuilding Rockport! Rockport's Harbor is a beautiful place…read moreto take in the sea. It's right in the middle of downtown, with so much stuff within a short distance from the harbor. The harbor itself is a picturesque setting, with lots of fishermen, bait stands, yachts and dinghies, and plenty of birds. Rockport is known as an artistic community, so the harbor is a favorite subject of many of the local artists. The harbor offers mooring for your boats, but you gotta pay a fee. You can also load your boat in somewhere in here as well. Rockport Beach is right down the way from the harbor, as is the Texas Maritime Museum, the Aquarium, and the Sculpture Gardens are right there as well. This harbor is right in the middle of everything! There's a long causeway that takes you out into the ocean, where the handrails got mangled in the recent hurricane, but it's still safe and dry to walk out there. Pelicans watch you suspiciously as you walk by. The harbor itself is not to swim in, go on down to the beach just a few hundred yards away.

They were so attentive to our two boys, and the boat is pristine and so much fun on the water. If you're wanting to fish, cruise, lounge or sight see - or better yet, all of the above, the deck boat is a great option, especially for families or for little ones who might be a little timid on a boat. It was my son's birthday, and when we returned with the boat, Donna was waiting and singing him happy birthday. They were also so genuinely kind and excited when my son told them about his 50 pound black drum catch on his last cast. He especially will remember our day on the water forever. These guys used to have a small shop off SPID. Someone with some money came a long and figured…read morethese guys had a good thing going and if he gave them some cash for a better location and more workers and a better shop everyone would make some good money. The problem is that I don't think these guys know how to operate beyond just a few workers. We used to take our jet ski's to these guys when they were on SPID because they did a good job, quickly, and for a fair price. When they moved we took our jet ski's over to the new location because they needed some work. They were going to have to rebuild one of them. I get this information after they had the PWC for about a month. I give them the green light. I follow up and follow up, no progress. I finally get BBB involved and they finally get one of the two PWC fixed up. The one that needed the rebuild never got it done. I don't think they had the money to order the parts or something. I really don't know. After about 6 months we got our PWC back and they had let them sit in the sun for the entire time. Baking the vinyl and the fiberglass. We since gave the PWC away. I don't know that there are a lot of options in Corpus for PWC but if you have another choice I'd go with it. I was very reasonable in terms of communicating and I was very understanding about the ball getting dropped. At the end of the day these guys just failed me. They didn't used to, it wasn't until the business got beyond their control.
