I prefer a more diverse dry tasting, but I could still appreciate excellent wine. I even appreciated a tasting of their port, which is not usually a wine I would try. Taste it before and after a bite of dark chocolate. It is surprising! For me, where this location shined was the great hostess, Stephanie. She was a lot of fun to chat with, and she remembered us when we visited their sister winery, Passion. Cabal is also a lot of fun with their imagery and designs on their wine bottles.

I can't wait to drive back and am so happy we have this restaurant because now when I crave pizza or pasta it's only a quick 15min drive from Cottonwood. I think they use pizza crust dough for the sandwich bread and it's toasty and delicious. I dislike when sandwich bread is too thick and Haunted Pizano's is perfection.
