She told me drink pure cranberry juice. I didn't understand why but figured it was benign advice and she was the trained professional so for about a week or so I did. I ended up in agonizing pain in urgent care with kidney stones! I had never had any issues with kidney stones before but a quick google search showed cranberry juice can cause kidney stones and here is this woman telling me to consume a large amount of pure cranberry juice!
