My energy levels were at an all-time low, basically all of my bodily functions were irregular, and weight loss was virtually impossible. Over the last six months, we have cycled through supplements, performed an elimination diet and a few tests (blood, mold, stool) and found out that some things I was putting into my body every day were affecting me, and I had no idea.
