Also a great place to come this is the only place my nutrionist said to come if he didn't have the products I was looking for due to product shortages and he was right. He said Paris was one of the best of the best nutritionist around. While I was being helped by Paris 4 chargers pro football players walked in and got whatever Paris told them to get zero questions asked !! I was like wow they didn't even question him at all they listened to him more than they listen to there drs lol I heard it all. They even asked him if there he agreed with there drs advice lol. I was impressed. Well if pro football players are listening to guy with zero doubt then I will to. Those pro guys have multi million dollar contracts so there Carter's depend on listening to people who know what there really know what there doing. Those guys dropped 500$ each easily on goods. I'm not a pro but I do realize that to be at that level you have to invest in yourselves not just with food but with supplements. That's the part bo one likes to talk about, they tell you alll the basics but never the advice that will get you to the next level. I love coming here, I travel all the way from Lake Elsinore just for the customer service here. These guys are so knowledgeable and have so much care, it isn't like a typical supplement store. Since Covid happened, I gained a lot of weight, the quarantine 15 and one of the associates showed me the proper vitamins and supplements to take and I have already lost 8 pounds in one month! And I have tried everything, all kinds of diets but they haven't worked. I'm so grateful for this place and beyond blessed to have discovered this place. One of the best GNC stores to shop at. This guy was very educational and was able to point me in the right direction after he asked what my goal was. Lose weight? Or gain muscle etc. I told him what I was trying to accomplish and the protein he put me on does wonders. I take a certain one for a meal replacement in the morning because I work crazy hours and don't have time to cook. Also he showed me another great one that is best for after working out. Oh GNC... this place is great. You can find these same products cheaper online... but I usually am too impatient to wait for shipping. This place I'd rather small compared to other GNC stores, but the staff is eager to help and friendly. So I suggest coming in, comparing products, and check your phone to look for better deals online. If you catch a sale you'll make off about even in comparison to shipping costs. read more

It's hard to find a protein shops with employees who know what they're talking when it comes to the ingredients in all the supplies they sell. When I tell you Paris, the man who assisted me, knows what he's talking about, HE KNOWS WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT. Of course words and knowledge on GNC's product but with the high intensity workouts I do regularly, I'm looking forward to taking my new products to work. I just finished a bulk and I'm looking to burn fat and lean out. Paris set me up for success. Not only was he educated and knowledgeable about what we showing me, but he also able to dictate what was in my best interest in regards to my workout regimen and the results I was looking. Paris isn't shy of being personal with you anymore than you are with him. Not only did he meet my needs, but he was able to multitask with other customers coming in-and-out of the store; we even had a great conversation in regards to protein, ingredients and health with another regular named Mark. Looking forward to what's its store over these next 21 days since I'll be starting a new diet. Best believe I'll be leaving another review as well at the end of those 21 days whether or not all of this was a load of crap or not. So frustrated this man I assume is from middle East and a franchise owner of GNC, told me on a phone call to come in after informing he would give me store credit for a supplement that was making my heart race. First let me tell you ,he also informed me over the phone that he found on the GNC computer system that I had purchased this product from this location ,when I arrive to the store , he told me no he would not give me store credit unless I bought something else ! Wow whatever happen to customer comes first ,totally lied to me over the phone, unprofessional , dead business that I assume will be gone in 6 months due to a franchise owner who does not speak English is super rude ,lied directly to my face over a 70$ purchase ,never ever go to this place, go to the one in westcliff plaza if you want to deal with a real GNC company ,I am hispanic so race has nothing to do with this ,sorry service, poor communication !Horrible experience.! read more
