I have been looking for this concept for quite some time and just so happen to see this next to me in the shopping center I was in. The staff were all super friendly. Ryan helped us out and was so helpful answering all of our questions. We got to try the different types of water options before signing up for the membership. I love that the water comes in glass! This is my go-to spot for picking up Giselle's raw vegan desserts! Shad was helpful in providing us with insightful facts about raw cacao. Did you know it stimulates STEM cell reproduction!? Yea- I'll take some raw peanut butter cups! Maybe two :) Shad also provided free juices as a kind gesture- we really appreciated it and stayed grateful all day. Came in for the Giselle's peanut butter cups (so freaking good), and Shad was kind enough to to offer us a free a juice of our choice. We chose the "I am Quenched" juice and it was uniquely delicious! Super nice guy, positive atmosphere, and they serve quality organic desserts and juices (not pasteurized thank god). Can't say enough good things about this place! They also sell super high quality water along with beautiful crystals and stones. My favorite water store to exist. The water quality is top notch and everyone who works there is SO kind. We ended up doing the membership which is definitely worth it. They have different grades of water with varying mineral add ons. We are also currently expecting our first child and they add extra minerals for free while you're pregnant which is so nice. Inside the store you will find a plethora of wellness goodies, crystals and books. And if you go to the back there's a small juicery with fresh bottled juices, sea moss and snacks. The man who runs that is also very kind. Simply put you won't be disappointed when shopping here. 12/10 recommend. read more

This place is overpriced and has moldy sea moss (both my sister and daughter are victims). The water delivery people have issues with people with personality. I walk across the street to get water. I guess one time I was there for the 71 seconds it takes these people to fill up a two gallon bottle and they had an issue with me being intoxicated from a day of drinking. They try to sell items that alibaba has for 2000% less costs from the same sellers. In my opinion, I would implore you to avoid this place unless you like wannabe hippies and patchouli oil smells. read more

My mom and I have been driving past this place since 2015 and finally decided to stop by to see what a water brewery was. We were so pleasantly hit by the beautiful atmosphere & wonderful products from this healthful establishment! We picked up a Cosmic drink & a GF almond cookie (the blueberry GF banana bread was out) and went on our merry way... Until we returned 2 hours later to rebuy virtually the entire menu of drink flavors! This place is such a gem with good people and a community that surrounds it. The drinks & desserts are delicious and they sell water and other goodies. Shad and John helped us with samples and was so helpful and generous. Thank you to the Water Brewery team! Manager has bad attitude towards customers who feel they've overpaid. Won't return again.

Their water is fine, but the short guy, with brown hair, blue eyes is absolutely THE DUMBEST, individual I've ever met. Hence, 1 star. I've been getting my water here for years, and have been paying my monthly invoices online for a year or longer. The last thing I went in for water. The short guy with brown hair and blue eyes (apparently the manager), is at the register and he asks me about my balance. Me: I know. I pay them online Manager: We don't do that. Me: Yes, you do. You email me my invoices and a link to pay them online. He still doesn't believe me. So I go to my car and get my phone, and show him the Water Brewery email, the link to the invoices online, and the option to pay online. Manager: but we don't do that. Me: Yes, you do. I just showed you the email, the invoice, and the link to pay online. Manager: Can you I please show it to me again? Me: Sure, take my phone and have a look. (So now I've proved that he's WRONG, but he doesn't apologize) Manager: are you going to pay your balance right now? Me: No. I pay them ONLINE! Manager: do you have a credit card on file? Me: No, I don't save any card info online. I've been coming her for years, and this is never an issue. Manager: Yes, I see you have a long standing with us and you always make your payments. Me: So what's the problem? Manager: Well you have a balance. Me: I know. I pay my balances online, and sometimes someone else does. Manager: Who pays them? Me: That's none of your business! Manager: Do you have their credit card info? Me: NO, THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL! Manager: Then I can't let you take the water. Me: That's all you had to say. I walk over to my 8 gallons of water, dump them all out and I leave. Less than 10 min later, my balance was paid, IN FULL. This is the same idiot who left me a voicemail saying: Hi this message is for Chris Black, this is _______ from the Water Brewery. I'm calling to let you know that there's a woman here whose using your account to get water. Please call us back." WTF?!? Yeah... THAT woman who is using Chris Black's account, IS ME!! I'M CHRIS BLACK! ‍‍ The Water Brewery USED TO to have great employees like Ian and Kenny. The supposed manager of the Water Brewery now is pretty much brain dead--which is offensive to people who are Actually brain dead. When I went to another water supplier the associate told me that they have MANY CUSTOMERS who USED to buy from The Water Brewery, but stopped because of their poor customer service, and overpriced water. Hippies and water, what more could you want? I've never rated a water store so I'm not sure of the criteria. I will say that my wife LOVES this water, and lots of other people do too, judging from the almost cult-like following of this place. So, from a purely technical standpoint, I don't know what this place does differently from any other water "brewery." They obviously filter the water through several processes, and they say they "re-add" minerals when the process is done. They call their water "A.M.O.R.E.", which is an acronym for something. Their store has a new-age (is that term outdated?), mystical, yoga, 21st century health-craze vibe to it, with lots of crystals, and incense, and potions, and tapestries, and organic and fermented stuff all around. I'm betting there isn't gluten, sugar, or meat for a 2-mile radius. The staff is equally crunchy and nice and helpful, and they know and love their water. People are effusive about this water. I prefer the tap, but I grew up taking summer drinks from a garden hose. Call me pedantic and unenlightened, or tell me my chakra is not vibrating. It's good water. Is it markedly different? I'm not so sure but I don't know enough to tell. read more

I have been a customer at the water brewery for several years now. The quality of the water is good - above average, the customer service is poor. The employees are sloppy with regards to customer service and overall, this place lacks consistency. I've observed various levels for the water/PH and minerals added - seems less about science and just more of a feeling. Better hope you get someone that cares "enough". I've also witnessed senior citizens struggle with the large water jugs and the owner merely suggesting they do not help unless asked. What a joke! Walk in they start by taking my water container, then asking me for my name and phone info. Then tell me it's 12,50 per 5 gal for the basic water! Wow! Please do your research on this water. If you have been a loyal customer like I have been for many years. Test your water. This is a photo of their water. Far left. 1ST Photo WATER BREWERY. It's not Alkaline or structured water. I then tested all the water I had in my home. 2nd photo is from a Reverse osmosis machine. The 3rd photo is from a Fiji water bottle I had. 4th photo is from the tap. I don't understand why I am paying high prices for acidic water. In response to owner's response: This has been addressed with you in person many times and there is always an excuse as to why you have no ph reader onsite. This was not a strip but liquid ph tested that was used. I have since bought a $600 ph tester and the results are the same. I was told by your staff that is would not test correct because of the Magnesium used to treat the water. I did some research to see because I am concerned with the water now and found it to be false. Magnesium does not lower the ph unless used in high amounts. Please be honest with people in regards to water you are selling. So now it's here on YELP as people should be informed as to what they are buying from you, read more

I went into the store last weekend to find three separate people not wearing masks or face coverings inside the store. On top of that the employees (or management) somehow thinks that wearing face shields are sufficient enough PPE to prevent any transmission of particles. What's worse is the employees filling up the water were the ones I saw wearing this specific PPE. The research shows these face shields only help the wearer and does nothing to limit the transmission of aerosol particles. For a business priding themselves on health and wellness, while also trying to pass of scientific principles into their business ideology, don't seem to have any concern during the COVID-19 pandemic. I love the water brewery!! I finally decided to ditch my brita as my water kettle (when boiling water) would always have all this build up and residue. I knew my water I was drinking wasn't the best. I feel so good with the AMORE water. Their membership is so easy and convenient for me! I love this location too as I can stock up on their juices and also other similar value stores next door (zero waste and fermentation shop!). Love this spot!! I had been looking for high quality water for a long time and was excited when I found about the Water Brewery. The water here is amazing and nourishing. I typically get a few gallons a week of the AMORE or the Vitae-Mineral waters. The staff are super-duper friendly and all give off great vibes. Recently I found out about their water kefirs and asked to try some. WOW, they were amazing. I have been a fan of drinks such as kombucha and jun for a while but water kefir is a really amazing drink in itself. Try out the Cherry Mojito and Watermelon because they gave me lots of energy and were really refreshing. They also have good quality glass bottles for the water that they sell along with really cool-looking stones and crystals. I pass this place all the time, but have never taken the time to go in. This is a great concept. I love alkaline water and this place has all the alkaline water my little heart desires. I filled up 3 jugs full and the price wasn't too bad, but I didn't have the time to try the other food on the menu. This place gets 3 stars because the girl that helped us with water was cool, but everyone bombarded us, including the owner, in a really creepy way. I really wanted to leave because I was just uncomfortable. I wish they would have let us walk around and explore. I'm not really sure where to start. I've been to The Water Brewery so many times I've lost count. Each week, I come for the A.M.O.R.E water for home. Every so often, we stop and eat the wonderful food by Chef Carli Savedra, and Chef Raya Belna. The menu has undergone changes, so some of the items are no longer available. One of my favorites was the daikon pasta (not available anymore), jackfruit tacos are delicious too. We love all the soups which changes regularly, all created with the water that they sell. Don't forget the agua fresca, again, made with the water on site. The menu is vegetarian with some vegan offerings. Bread is by Baker Extraordinaire, Dean Kim of OC Baking Company. It is a serene environment with some incredible people who run the place. Definitely one of my favorites at the moment! read more
