Unfortunately, there was no way for me to take back their main wares but I did end up buying their jerky. So, there were a few options available and I was told that they make their jerky in house. I got a 1/2 pound of their regular and spicy jerk and it looked so good that I ended up getting the same mix for myself. The spicy did have a good amount of heat to it while the regular jerky had a good flavor to it. Glad that I managed to find Wiatrek and their jerky.

I bought a brisket kolache which was phenomenal. The best thing I ate in Texas on my 9-day trip. I got some jerky which was delicious and perfect to have in my backpack while hiking in Big Bend. I also bought some cherry salsa and bourbon bacon bbq sauce. I didn't tear into them until I got home. My only regret is I didn't buy more. I need to make another road trip to Texas and next time I will bring my cooler and max out my credit card.
