I'm happy to report that gas met with the approval of my car, and she was happy. The family running this store are very friendly, and my son had a nice chat with the man working the register. Everyone was really friendly. The store has a variety of snacks and ice cream (Nestle, Blue Bunny, Haagen Daz etc.). The also sell locally sourced beef jerky, which my son bought. The guy said they get from an area rancher who butchers his own cattle. My said it was really good, and I tried some. I liked it too, especially the fact that it was thin sliced. I'd stop here again. I always prefer local places to big national chains.

They book up, but can give you a timeframe of when they will be free and will pencil you in, and can also give you their prices over the phone. I showed up to pick up a 1/4 of beef that my in-laws had slaughtered, and after some mild confusion on my part down at the Meat Market about paying, they pointed me over to the processing plant, where I backed in, and they loaded my vehicle up with 200 lbs. of meat. The processing plant offers vacuum sealing, as well. The meat market was busy with customers the time I was there, and were able to help me process a refund to my credit card after the payment confusion. Next time I'm in the area, I'm going to have to try their bacon and other meats.
