We are now hooked and will be ordering regularly. We also can't wait to get some of their orange rolls and some of their blueberry rolls - if they are as tasty as the cinnamon ones are they'll be great. They book up, but can give you a timeframe of when they will be free and will pencil you in, and can also give you their prices over the phone. I showed up to pick up a 1/4 of beef that my in-laws had slaughtered, and after some mild confusion on my part down at the Meat Market about paying, they pointed me over to the processing plant, where I backed in, and they loaded my vehicle up with 200 lbs. of meat. The processing plant offers vacuum sealing, as well. The meat market was busy with customers the time I was there, and were able to help me process a refund to my credit card after the payment confusion. Next time I'm in the area, I'm going to have to try their bacon and other meats.
