Terrific service installing quality product in a rental home in time for a first of month tenant move-in deadline! Absolutely wonderful company. They installed shutters for me years ago, and I called them to see if they could install sliding shutters to put in front of my sliding glass doors. They came out and took measurements, gave me their bid, which was $2000 cheaper than any of the other companies I had called. They also got the shutters installed the following week. I can't believe the difference they make. They are absolutely beautiful. Don't even bother calling any other shutter companies. This is the one to go to. read more

When we were seeking a company to install our wood shutters a few years back, we ran across Wholesale Shutter's. Their service is top notch. Their price was unbeatable, and their installer. Randy was amazing! This year we reached out to do another home and received the same excellent service. Randy customized our family room as not to block off our amazing view of our half acre backyard. We are extremely pleased with the service and will definitely utilize them again in the future for any other projects we have. Thank you so much to Linda, Pete , Randy and the whole team at Wholesale Shutters!!! read more

Randy is the best! So friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable of what he's doing. After getting several quotes that were very unpleasant customer service, it was really nice to see someone being so nice to our family . Thank you for the great service! read more

This company has horrible customer service and lies just to get business. I used their company because they said they would replace broken shutters. I have 4 kids and needed a company that would fix broken shutters without being robbed blind for replacements. When I called about this they said that's not true now and want me to pay out of pocket for repairs. Everytime I contact them about anything they basically make me beg for service by not responding or getting back to me about what I need in a timely matter or at all. I would not recommend using this company especially if you have kids. You came out once and I've been calling and emailing to get you guys back out here but your customer service is so poor you guys don't follow through and make your clients have to do it for you. I chose your company because you guys did tell me you would repair broken shutters due to accidents which was obviously a flat out lie to get my business knowing you weren't going to back it up after you got my business. You are not running your business with integrity. read more

Great company to work with, I had some 25+ year shutters in my home that needed to be replaced, from Randy who came out and gave me the estimate to the girls in the office and Paul who installed them today everything was made easy and flawless. The shutters look great. We had shutters installed in a previous house a few years back and Wholesale shutters did an amazing job then. We just purchased a new home and got a quote previous to our installation and let me tell you it was half the price of the quote we got so of course we went with Wholesale Shutters. Randy was excellent to work with and we got the shutters installed within a week, yes one week. Hector was also great and fast at installing the shutters! I had an exceptional experience from the beginning through installation of my shutters. Melissa always went above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions. She was very patient with me, since I really took my time before deciding to move ahead with my purchase. Randy was great when he came put to show me my options and provide my estimate. Answered my questions and was very honest and thorough. Roberto installed my shutters and did a wonderful job. He was able to help my husband fix a problem with our drywall to make the shutter fit flush. He was very professional and did them fairly quick too. Overall, outstanding company from the beginning to the end. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

We have ordered shutters twice from Wholesale Shutter for two separate homes. Each time was a good experience. The shutters are of excellent quality and are reasonably priced. Overall time from quote, final measurements, to installation is good. This time we had the espresso stained basswood shutters installed. They look amazing and are doing a great job in keeping the desert sun and warmth out. I would not hesitate to work with them a third time. read more

Our shutters look great and have held up amazingly over the years. This company's customer service is fantastic and they have always been able to work with my schedule for installation. Well I think this company is great. Order shutters for an office and they were of high quality. Installer was a true professional. Had a minor problem but the company stood behind the order and product and fixed it one hundred percent. This is where a company proves itself to be outstanding: handling customer issues Post installation. They were outstanding and i, and have, recommended them to several folks. read more

As a local realtor they are my go to for a recommendation for Shutters. Recently my mother had them installed in her house seamless process.

Wholesale Shutter Company is the best shutter company out there by far! Their customer service team lead by Linda and Renee are so friendly and helpful. They answered every question I had and always got right back to my emails. I have used them several times and just recently had my shutters refinished. I didn't know it could be done. Hector came and took them down and brought them to the factory; three weeks later he reinstalled them without a scratch or chip on my newly painted walls. They look brand new! If your looking for an honest, reputable, fair priced shutter company, don't hesitate to use them! read more

I like to first of all take the time to thank Melissa Ceniceros for the extremely best customer service. Business always start with the Frontline staff and because of her the process was seamless. It's a very easy process you send in your tentative measurements and based On that information provided they provide an estimate. Someone will come out and verify the measurements I happen to be lucky because I got Pete and he has over 20 years of experience.Literally one week later I received a call to schedule my insulation date which would've been two weeks from the date I initiated my contact to wholesale shutter company. Yesterday the final product arrived Pete was clean thorough and experienced. I will post before and after pictures. Please understand it does not matter how far the company is from your house they were accommodate you and they will follow our COVID-19 rules and regulations for both the employees and the customers. This company only takes cash, Visa or checks. My shutters change my whole house. I already had a beautiful condo and now it is extremely gorgeous. read more

My Blinds are beautiful. They do a great job once it's all done. We had several issues getting there. I almost gave up. Scheduling was wrong, salesman made several mistakes when ordering, paperwork was sent to the wrong address, delivery and installation had to wait due to the mistake of salesman. Scratched ceiling while installing. Would I recommend the company yes, they did make it better but I warn that you have issues getting there as well. You need to be patient. But you will love the shutters when you get them!!! *update in reply to the statement from the company the scheduling mix up was not as you stated i did pick that date. The problem was it was the salesman coming out never showed up to the first visit and never called to let me know. I called the office to them know and then had to reschedule. Then he also made mistakes which you guys did fix as stated. We love our blinds and I stand behind that. It was just hard to get there; i didn't give up but I almost did. read more

The absolute best! Very! Very professional ! Beautiful work! I'd used another shutter company in my other home. Too $$$$$ and they took seven plus weeks to get my order ! Wholesale Shutters got my beautiful plantation shutters installed in two weeks! When I ordered sliding door plantation shutters, they were up and beautiful in one week!!! Their prices are beyond reasonable!! And they stand by their word! If I had more windows I'd call them back! Hector does the installations. Great guy! Perfectionist! He did an excellent job installing my shutters and even cleaned up after he finished! Great company! Made in the USA shutters. September 2018 I have just had shutter doors installed for my second bedroom closet. Wholesale Shutters did it again! Awesome job! They do an excellent job!
