What a great professional company! It feels like so many companies lately love to disappoint you....not Alpine shutter craft! I was looking to have 19 windows get shutters added to them. The rear of my house had ugly blinds and most of the front side had other blinds. 9 windows needed to be color matched. Paul came out and gave a great bid. Not the cheapest estimate (rarely trust that one) but very reasonably priced. I trusted he could deliver with a great product and Alpine did! Jo and his team came through and were clean and professional the whole time. Even when things were just perfect, jo and his team went above and beyond to make it perfect. They even navigated 6 windows that were 15 ft up. The class and professionalism and communication was spot on! I have been in sales for over 20 years myself and I have seen it all. They were truly great. If you need shutters for your home, call Alpine. They will take great care of you. Thank you Alpine! read more

This review is for salesman Paul from Alpine. When I called to schedule the consultation, he already did not give off the best first impression, but I shrugged it off and proceeded to meet with him. He arrived at my house, I opened the door for him and he stormed right into the house. Did not take off his shoes. Did not have a mask. Alpine, please do not send your salesmen to client's homes without masks/shoe covers during a pandemic. He was the most rude salesman I have ever met in my life. read more

Joseph and his team were wonderful and easy to work with. I had shutters installed at different times over a 3 year span and they all match perfectly and look great. Alpine shutters is the way to go if you want quality shutters at a great value! I'm happy I went with Alpine. read more

Had an appointment with Paul today. He called and said when he will be arriving. He arrived and first thing I asked was do you have a mask and shoe coverings. He said no, I said I can give him one. Then he said we are all vaccinated and shouldn't be an issue. I said I don't want him in my home without a mask. He did a 360 and left without a word. I guess Alpine doesn't need the business. My neighbor gave such great reviews I guess Alpine was not meant for us. I see Paul has had bad reviews in the past. I think Alpine might want to look into this. As he is not representing this company well. FYI, he didn't ask why I had this requirement and he shouldn't make the assumption everyone has his mentality. He doesn't know I just had brain surgery, he doesn't know I am the only care giver to a senior citizen with many health issues. During this pandemic I have been extra cautious not to allow myself to get sick, cause I don't know what may happen if I did. For those out there who think the same way Paul does, think twice before you make your discisions that may affect others. Thank you. read more

We contacted Alpine Shutters for a quote for plantation shutters for the whole house. Paul, the salesman, came to our home, did not ask if I wanted him to wear a mask, came right in and began telling ME what I wanted instead of allowing me to tell him what we wanted. He was overbearing and rather pushy. We had a discussion about the virus, and he gave me the distinct impression he has not been vaccinated! Why would this company send an unvaccinated person into a retired, vaccinated person's home???? We elected to use a company whose employees are vaccinated! read more

We had our Shutters Installed almost a year ago, waited to review to see how they performed long term and the conclusion is ..... they're Great ! Their Installers were Extremely Professional. Alpine manufactured and Installed Seven large Shutters and everything went like clockwork. The only downside was waiting for the Shutters to GAS OUT the chemical odors from the paint, we weren't in a big hurry to move into the New house so we gave it two weeks and used the Ionic Breeze to Trap the Gasses from the paint and continue to use the filter until it comes out clean. Most of the other company estimates we got were Expensive and a few didn't even follow up after repeated phone calls and voicemails. Alpine was and likely still is one of the best if not the best. Shutters aren't Cheap but Alpine was reasonable and Professional, if you purchase Alpine, your in good hands. Glenn V. ___ North Fontana read more

I purchased shutters from this company for my home in Apple valley. On install, the installer messed one of them up and said he lived up here so he would stop by and fix it. He never came. Now I need one piece fixed so I called this company and got told to call a different guy within the company. Finally got a hold of him and he said someone would come by the following week. Never got a call back to schedule anything and a few weeks have now passed. As a business owner, I take great pride in my customer service and this company obviously does not. read more

Alpine Shutter Craft - Platation style Sliding Closet doors - Shutters Near Me - Mentone, California

I bought a batch of country style shutters from this company just recently. They delivered excellent quality shutters at a reasonable price and with good service. The sales guy (i.e. measuring guy) will bring out a variety of samples and swatches and give you pricing information. They were about $15 sqft, if I recall correctly. The shutters are all made from basswood and can come in two different size louvers. They also have a variety of frame styles and can also build sunbursts (arches). they can customize the shutter by having splits, separately controlled louvers, etc. The cool thing is they will do free color matching to match your painted shutters to another color or stain matching. Our shutters go perfect with our cabinets thanks to their stain matching. The shutters themselves seem sturdy and well made--they have a much better feel than the Home Depot vinyl shutters I bought about 4 years ago. I'll update if the quality deteriorates. The installers were fast and efficient. Unfortunately, they schedule the day-of so you may not get the time you want. They will do weekend installations and will tell you in advance what day they will install. My only complaint is that they left a lot of drywall and sawdust on the shutters. I recommend these guys over the big-box stores. Don't know how they compare to other little-guy installers. The shop is family owned and operates right here in Redlands. You can even get a tour of their workshop if you drop by (sorry, no showrooms). read more

I am very happy that we chose Alpine for our homes shutters. We had 23 windows installed w8th their Wood shutters with a white finish. Paul came out measured and gave us a very reasonable quote and although we received a cheaper quote we decided to go with them because they were a local company. I'm glad I made that choice. The shutters we received were worth every penny. The installation team was friendly, worked quickly, installed all items neatly pay8ng attention to details and made sure we knew how to properly open and use our new shutters. Our home looks like a new place and their installation was great, it looks like they have always been there. I highly reccomend this company. read more

Everything went as planned for measurement and installation and I was glad they were able to make a double hung (tiered) shutter for us. Price was reasonable and the shutters are made locally. Take my advice. Start here with your quote and end here. You will not find a better price, better quality, better employees or customer service anywhere else and trust me I got 5 quotes before going with Alpine! This is the second home they have done for us we did 20-23 windows each time and love the look. The customer service is top notch. A year after my installation was complete they still came out when I called for a few adjustments and a minor repair they were so nice! They didn't even charge me for the repair. I have since referred them many clients and will continue to refer. When people say "I have a guy" I say no. No. You haven't met my "guys". Love this company can't say enough nice things about the friendly staff who go out of their way for you!!!!!!! read more

We just moved to the area and I received numerous advertiments for shutters, an item we needed. Alpine was 1 of 6 bids I received. They were in the mid range and 1/2 the highest bid. Their BBB rating leaned me in their direction. Paul measured, gave a quote and upon my commitment to purchase he gave me an install date. The install team arrived on the date he gave me and the staff were profession, friendly and did an amazing job in a short period of time.
