Preface: septic was emptied (2000 gallons) on Tuesday, 3/3/26. I am a first time septic user/…read moreowner. Hailey was made aware of this in the initial call for service. I told her how ignorant I was to the care, etc. when the team came out I explained to them such also. The company emptied 2000 gallons; Was left to fill the tank for two hours; let go for 1 hour and fifty minutes because I had to leave. Was never given a specific level to fill to. Basically no reference for the fill line. Just two hours. Wednesday my sprinklers never came on. I called and was told that my water pressure was low to fill it some more because I didn't allegedly fill sufficiently the day before. I sent a picture and was told three more feet. This was a bit challenging because for someone who doesn't know anything is trusting (the professional they hired) someone who does to lead them properly. No one ever explained what could happen or what to expect in the following days. Thursday still nothing. Open the water tank it's over the "T". When googled it said 24-48 hours not to over load the system with showers or laundry. There are 6 people here. If I were a betting man that's an overload in itself. I try not to believe everything I read on the internet for obvious reasons and called the company first thing this morning (Friday). After explaining to Hailey that the sprinklers weren't on yet. I was asked if I checked the breaker and I stated yes she apparently didn't hear me so I said it slowly and intentionally. I was put on hold, The owner pops on the line I suppose with his wife. I was spoken to very disrespectfully and hung up on by the man who and I quote "prides myself in honesty." But not respect or being heard out. I was told there is too much info on the internet to Google it. He said I was being coy with him and I was simply speaking slow and intentional because of my emotions. After he rolled over me rudely. When I asked if I could speak and he said very defensively the conversation was over and hung up on me!!!!Btw I never spoke over him or raised my voice. I allowed him to speak down to me and at me, not to me. I feel sorry for his wife because if he's this was with a complete stranger. I can only image poor lady. He should probably retire. Great way to get more business. But I'll take mine elsewhere. My husband calls with in 5 minutes and he's not there so my husband says it's unacceptable to speak to his wife this way. He was then offered someone to come out and take a look which we declined. On a side note: The two who came out to service were wonderful.

The 2nd was a couple of weeks ago & it was overflowing. The 2 kids they sent only opened the cover just enough to put in their hose. They did not remove anything except sewer water. When I had it opened all the way, this week, there was 2 feet of sludge from the top of the tank. This time they charged me $325 to suck out the septic...zero cleaning.

That was $640. 3 days later, we're popping the fuse again. I replaced the old breaker with a new one....it lasted about 8 days then, low and behold, It started popping the breaker. We called Christian Bros b/c we've had a contract with them for over a decade. Their "dude" shows up and disassembles everything when I wasn't there. K. I said Good Morning and his response was "you need a new pump". Seriously? I asked how much that was going to cost and he replied The pump ALONE was $525....indicating that wasn't all he was going to charge us. I was over the top angry. Why? I looked down and saw the pump and it was smoked! All the metal has been super heated obviously as it wore down for quite some time I asked if that $640 was going to be considered. His response? "These things don't last forever"....I told him to put everything back and leave in no uncertain terms. I let him take pictures after I went inside. I stood there and WATCHED him stir up the sludge with his measuring device, then took a picture of the much darker results he had created after his first reading...hmmmm. BTW the exact same pump can be bought on amazon for $340...I replaced it easily.

The installer had to stand in the driveway and read the manual directions for the system, and STILL didn't get it right. One of the guys from another team had to come out to show him what he was doing wrong. He was very disrespectful of my property, broke a sentimental concrete ornament and left trash everywhere. Trash included broken pipes, cups, paper and cigarette butts. They left an open trench on the side of my house after they said everything was complete. This was a nightmare. They didn't waste any time adding charges for debris removal.

I thought that I only needed the aerator replaced for my aerobic septic system. Repair techs came…read morethis morning to do just that. After installing it, the system failed to function. The began the process of testing every component, including electrical breakers. EVERYTHING WAS BLOWN! As it turns out, my septic system experienced a domino effect. The electric breaker was replaced , control panel, motor, floaters ( which had been incorrectly installed previously) and they pumped the tank. They provided services that they didn't even charge for. He told them to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The price was reasonable and I was allowed to pay the cost for the aerator ( the only expense I expected today) and pay the balance in affordable installments. They were a blessing to me today.
