I received a call a few weeks later letting me know that my rug had shipped (free shipping, which is nice) they were pretty spot on with the expected delivery (they said Friday but ended up being Monday which is fine) The rug was well packaged but at first thought it was too small (11x8ft rug) luckily it was just folded over and wrapped. Well the rug was beautiful deep blue with a nice over-dyed effect that wasn't too over bearing, the wool rug felt of high quality and although a bit stiff would definitely soften over time (although I did need a rug pad to avoid slippage and increase durability due to having wood floors) I was very impressed with the quality and color of the rug (although a bit darker than what the photo suggested) and although a pricey rug it was the last in stock and the price was 50% less than similar styles/quality rugs.

We didn't want to commit to carpeting our living room and cover up our hardwood floors. Yet we wanted something larger than our area rug. Edge-Binding was perfect for our needs! Rugs were difficult to find one that would be the size we needed and patterns were the next hurdle. We ended up getting a remnant and Edge-Binding was able to bind the edges so we had a custom rug to fit our needs. As you can see from the picture, their attention to detail and quality shows. Please consider what the services Edge-Binding can do for you--we are thrilled with their results!!

He was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the best pad and carpet for my needs. I chose a carpet and pad, then arranged for delivery and installation. There was about a two week wait from ordering my carpet to the carpet being delivered to the store. At that time, I arranged installation. They allowed me to stretch the installation over two non-consecutive days so I could get my furniture and other possessions moved and out of the way. There were two separate installation crews and both were friendly and efficient. It was raining both days and both crews took great pains to not track in any mud while they were in and out of my house. Both crews did an excellent and efficient job on the installation and were on their way much quicker than I imagined they would be. The carpet looks fantastic and feels good under my feet. I definitely would recommend Carpets by Otto on Angola Road in Toledo, Ohio. You can buy carpet elsewhere, but if you buy carpet from a specialist, you're getting a level of expertise you might not get elsewhere.
