The fabric is an S fabric. I called them to find out how to clean it. Maxx recommended "Guardian soil and odor cleaner". They know the fabric. They SELL the cleaner. Maxx even showed me where to buy it on Amazon. Claim they use this to clean their Smith brother couches. I used the cleaner & it destroyed the fabric. The fine print on the bottle indicates "never to use on S fabric". When I pointed this out to the owner, she then lambasted me saying "it's not their problem because cleaning soiled furniture is not their business". She was extremely rude. I don't think I've ever been mistreated by a business as badly as this one. When I asked if Smith Brothers could repair the cushion, rather than being polite and stating that they could provide a new cover, if I was interested in buying one, she dealt with semantics saying that they don't repair couches. After quite a bit of very rude discussion I did find out that I could buy a replacement cover. Why she didn't offer this straight out is a testament to how horrific this business is.
