Today I had an appointment and when I showed up, this same groomer looked at him and said oh he is panting and appears nervous so we can't groom him (it was 102 outside, of course he was panting, he's a dog). All. The other groomers backed her up and said they have a new policy that cannot work on dogs they perceive to be anxious. There was zero customer service and this was not about my dog but about this incompetent groomer. You need to do better Petsmart - don't hire groomers who don't know how to handle dogs - that is your business. Very disappointed and will not go back. Losing a regular customer appeared to mean nothing to the staff.
