The first observation we made was the horrible smell! Even with the big bay door open, the smell was awful! I can only imagine what it's like after being closed up for the night! The fish tanks were dirty and some were so cloudy that you couldn't even see the fish! A lot of the tanks were low on water and had dead fish in them. The small mammal cages/enclosures, were riddled with urine and feces! I'll always remember the look on a pair of Ferrets that we saw, and that was a look of; "please get us out of here!" The floor was in need of a good painting and the place itself was dirty and cluttered! These poor animals are being subjected to filth and neglect!

The staff are always very pleasant and treat each dog like they were their own pet. I wish I knew what their pet magic is because my dog Angus hates getting his nails cut and before I want here, he would leave anywhere else shaking after getting his nails cut. If you want an amazing experience for your dog, I strongly recommend this place. For my dog it is like doggy Disneyland and the price they charge for a bath, nails cut, and more is a fraction of what you will pay elsewhere. I hope they are around for many years to come.
