No better quality or value!…read more We live in the Detroit area but have family in northern Indiana. We have had several custom pieces of furniture made for our home by the talented folks at the pumpkin patch. The quality and durability and, of course, the beauty of these pieces are unmatched. We would pay twice as much to have anything custom made by a Carpender in the Detroit area. (I am not exaggerating. We had something designed and priced out.) The similar pieces we found in retail stores were either more expensive than prices at the pumpkin patch or were neither as beautiful nor as well-made. If we lived closer, we would get more of our furniture from the pumpkin patch. The desk/dresser made for our son will last him a lifetime and hopefully become a family heirloom. Highly, highly recommend!

On our way back out of town I saw Brandenberry and asked my husband to turn the car around. Well SO glad we did. I found a bench I had been hunting for plus fell in love with a beautiful leather sofa and love seat. Price was right, furniture was plush and comfy. So we did not wait and bought it on the spot (was afraid it'd be gone if I waiting until after the holidays). I just wish I had needed my whole house refurnished :) I also want to note when the furniture was delivered there was a tiny hole on a part of the sofa. The team was fantastic to work with and decided to replace the back instead of repairing. The newly made back was delivered yesterday. Trust me, you do not find customer service like this anymore. I had phone calls and emails keeping me updated on the progress. Would I buy from them again...in a heart beat!

My wife and I are expecting our first child and had hoped that a visit to EcoBuns would help us…read moremake a more informed decision about cloth diapering. Our visit was unbelievably informative and empowering - the employee we talked to, Marissa, was remarkably kind and knowledgeable. She took time to answer all of our questions and talked to both of us like reasonable adults. [Sidenote: as a partner in this child birth process, this was a welcome change from the tone of many online conversations that view the father as mostly incompetent. I can happily recommend this places to Dads and Dads-to-be!] Their selection of cloth diapers was impressive as was their customer service - Marissa said they gladly "troubleshoot" their diapers via phone calls, emails, and online sessions to make sure everything is working out. We live several hours away and was glad to hear about this level of customer service and support. Ecobuns also had a large selection of baby carriers and Marissa seemed extremely knowledgeable there as well. Our visit focused more on the diapers but am confident that EcoBuns would be a helpful resource for selecting and using a baby carrier. The prices seem very comparable to online websites and occasionally cheaper. To summarize: EcoBuns offers a tremendous selection of products and a customer experience that is truly as good as it gets. HIGHLY recommend to people interested in cloth diapers and/or other baby gear - this is a wonderful store.
