We go to Ecobuns often. Their customer service is wonderful. The ladies here know each customer and their children by name. I love it here.

I've been buying from Madcheetah for many years, and most of the time I'm happy with my purchases…read more It's hard for me to get to there to pick up items, but I was always told not to worry about the late fees that start after 2 weeks because they waive them when the items are picked up, so I'd wait until I had a few items from several auctions to pick up to save on gas. It's been this way for years. The other day, I went to the Byron Center location to pick up and learned they had relisted my item because I didn't pick it up right away. The new manager said they had to do this because they didn't have enough room anymore to keep items. That is understandable, but they should have notified the customers that they were going to start doing this. I've been a customer since years before they opened the Byron Center warehouse, and they've always waived the fees and said it was fine to wait to pick up items. I was told this was always their policy, but they've never enforced the policy. A policy that they've never followed is not really a policy, especially if customers have always been told that they don't enforce it. I was told I would not get a refund either, so I'm now out a lot of money. They should have emailed customers that they were going start relisting items and given us a chance to adapt. They also could have posted at the top of the listings that starting with a specific auction, items not picked up by a certain date would be relisted. They didn't think at all about their longtime customers.

This pharmacy saved me from at the very least a trip to the hospital. I am allergic to penicillin…read moreand at some point in the past it was logged into the Target system. I went to a new doctor the other day for a respiratory issue I had been dealing with for some time. I had explicitly stated to the new doctor that I had one allergy and that was penicillin. After the examination she sent in two prescriptions to Target for me to pick up later. When I arrived at the Target pharmacy, the same manager that I referenced in my first review met me and immediately told me that the one of the prescriptions that he had filled for me was penicillin based. Because of my profile he suggested that although he had filled it, that I not take it before rechecking with my physician. I thanked him, but still paid for it and took it home. After reading the sheet that came along with the prescription, it was obvious that he was correct. After correcting things by phone with my new doctor, I returned to get the new prescription. I brought the old one along and asked what I should do with it as I didn't want to dispose of it in the garbage or down the toilet. He remembered me from the day before and offered to not only take the old prescription, but give me a $10 gift certificate in return for the $8.50 prescription. The error wasn't even his fault; on the contrary, he alerted me to the issue and saved my ass. And he gave me a the gift card for my troubles. Amazing! Few individuals would do such a thing. I didn't think that the customer service from this one individual could get better but I was wrong. Kudos Target for empowering your employees to not only do the right thing but make things right that aren't even their fault in the first place. If you want a caring pharmacy in the Holland Michigan area, you could not do better!
