I was happily surprised when I first walked into this store. It is much larger than I thought. There is a side of the store for babies and a different side for toddlers, young children. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and some of her family one day. Such wonderful loving people. I will be getting gift certificates from here from now on for any baby/child gifts. Bought a game that was out of stock everywhere, but my kid really wanted that they still had ("How I Survived" by Mindware). Even though I am in CA, the game shipped out super quick and expedited, which I didn't expect. When I opened the box, the game was delightfully wrapped up with a hand written note! The toy/activity/game section for kids was great online, so I for sure will shop online again and highly recommend others check them out! read more

I have looked in this establishment a few times but have never bought anything. The items they carry are so over priced and they never seem very friendly. I feel like they stalk me when I walk through the store. It's so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if they're watching my kids, or if they are watching me because I'm not Caucasian. I'm half white but I do look more Hispanic. I always get a weird vibe in there. I love supporting local businesses, but I will have to go to Target for my baby needs. read more

Do not order online from them. I ordered a happy baby carrier from them, as it was sold out from Happy Baby themselves. Upon receipt, I quickly noticed large holes in the carrier. I contacted them and happy baby. Happy baby apologized and said Ecobuns should work with me or they would, there was a problem with one of the seamstresses. Ok fine. The thing is, the holes were big and easily noticed. And they didn't send it in a baby happy box, they sent it in a Grovia bag, which leads me to believe this carrier was a return or a floor model that they knew had holes and they were trying to get rid of. What if I wanted to gift this carrier, it wasn't even in original packaging. So I told them I wanted a refund, I paid the $11 to ship it back to them. And they take out the original free shipping charges. Are you serious? You send me a defective carrier, not in original packaging, and you still want to charge me something? Super annoying. Stick to nicki's diapers and GMD for your cloth diapering needs, and the manufacturer for your carriers. I will be purchasing a new carrier from happy baby when the color is in stock, they know good customer service and it's not sending a defective carrier, out of packaging, and charging the customer. My wife and I are expecting our first child and had hoped that a visit to EcoBuns would help us make a more informed decision about cloth diapering. Our visit was unbelievably informative and empowering - the employee we talked to, Marissa, was remarkably kind and knowledgeable. She took time to answer all of our questions and talked to both of us like reasonable adults. [Sidenote: as a partner in this child birth process, this was a welcome change from the tone of many online conversations that view the father as mostly incompetent. I can happily recommend this places to Dads and Dads-to-be!] Their selection of cloth diapers was impressive as was their customer service - Marissa said they gladly "troubleshoot" their diapers via phone calls, emails, and online sessions to make sure everything is working out. We live several hours away and was glad to hear about this level of customer service and support. Ecobuns also had a large selection of baby carriers and Marissa seemed extremely knowledgeable there as well. Our visit focused more on the diapers but am confident that EcoBuns would be a helpful resource for selecting and using a baby carrier. The prices seem very comparable to online websites and occasionally cheaper. To summarize: EcoBuns offers a tremendous selection of products and a customer experience that is truly as good as it gets. HIGHLY recommend to people interested in cloth diapers and/or other baby gear - this is a wonderful store. read more

We go to Ecobuns often. Their customer service is wonderful. The ladies here know each customer and their children by name. I love it here.

Stopped in here on our way to Montague, MI (nice half way from home) thought the little one could stretch his legs. I'm so glad that we did what an amazing store and the girl that was working was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. Hoping to stop back in on Sunday on our way home and maybe in the future for one of the cloth diapering or babywearing classes they offer. I love this store. I took their cloth diaper class and was very impressed. In an hour I felt so much more prepared than after my many failed attempts at internet research. After class they helped me get all set up with what I needed. I was very nervous about cloth diapering (what to get, how much to get, how to clean, etc etc) and they were just incredibly helpful. read more
