The Thai Shrimp was sautéed in olive oil with basil, lemongrass, and Sid's fresh salsa--perfectly spiced without being overwhelming. The Coconut Shrimp came dipped in their secret batter, coated in coconut flakes, and fried to golden perfection. They have outdoor tables and chairs, and I happily fed my leftovers to the wandering chickens (they'll eat anything). We wanted to come back for a second visit, but Hurricane Lowell got in the way. A great crunch...al dente, if you will. Sop up the delicious sauce in the rice and OMG...I am still craving this a month later.
