My first visit was the most amazing experience ever and I've worked for Chiropractors! I would recommend him to anyone seeking care. You might be surprised how easy it is to obtain optimum function.

When I went back to Zohra she said it was because I needed more adjusting in my lower back. After that visit the sharp pain in my foot got much stronger and felt it in my legs at that point. I went back cause the person who referred me said trust them they know what their doing so I did and after the 3rd visit same thing but eventually the pain got much worse, got pain in my legs and tingling in my thighs and calf's. Still struggling can't seem to figure it out but off to PT. I never had pain in my legs or lower back til I went to them so I truly believe it was their tools they use or that darn drop table that caused this. If either of the two Doctors say they need to use tools or do the drop table I would HIGHLY suggest you say NO!!! The guy Chiropractor was very compassionate I think is name was Blake I must give him that but extremely ruff on someone who was in a lot of pain 3rd time round, seriously. Zohra sounded like she really knew what she was talking about my 1st and 2nd visit so I trusted her and this is the result of giving her that trust. Friendliness I rate them at a 5 Chiro 1

To start with, Dr. Wallace was very responsive and able to get me in quickly. His office is less than 15 minutes from my home, on the corner of 13th & Waller (new location). After completing the standard healthcare paperwork, we talked about my issues and did a short seated spine evaluation. He assessed my range of motion and pain before I laid down on the exam table. Dr. Wallace was able to pinpoint the causes of my most recent pain, noting that my right hip was twisting opposite of my spine and my left side was compensating for the torn ACL in my right knee. The first step in healing was to get on the table to begin adjusting my spine. The exam table collapsed to allow for appropriate pressure to be applied to move things back where they belonged. It had been such a long time since my last treatment, it was evident that it would take some time and attention for my pain to be alleviated. I felt reassured and validated knowing that my back was a mess but not something that couldn't be helped. I held quite a bit stiffness due to past injuries, but was pleasantly surprised after the adjustment and stretching of my spine. I left the office without pain and am beyond pleased after my first visit, knowing we have a treatment plan in mind. I'm certain I'll be back to 'normal' in no time!

I began to look around in Salem Oregon for chiropractic clinics that are open on weekends, and quickly found it almost everyone is closed on weekends. Kind of odd considering that a lot of people work Monday-Friday and can only go to clinics on weekends. I called Northwest Family Chiropractic because they were open on Saturday, the gentleman (Russ I think) on the phone was very empathetic when he could hear the pain in my voice. I begged them to see me even though I did not have an appointment, and they gladly obliged with a same day appointment. I thought it was going to be just a quick visit, but instead the chiropractor took the time to work on me for at least 30 minutes. He did everything, electric therapy, massage, then the cracking after my muscles were relaxed enough to be worked on. I felt completely rescued, I could move my neck at the end of the visit, which is WAY better than before. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, everyone was so professional and kind. I was in so much pain that I can't remember everyone's names, but it doesn't matter because they were all amazing. First visit, but they have a loyal customer! I'll recommend them to everyone I meet who needs chiropractic care in Salem, OR. Look no further than NW Family Chiropractic if you need an adjustment, these guys will take care of you!
