Helpful, courteous, and attentive friendly staff, always there when you need them, but at the same time unobtrusive. The rooms are really spacious, bright & airy with lovely, modern decor, and as mentioned, spotlessy clean. All the usual room comforts are provided such as tea/coffee making facilities, ironing board+iron and TV. The bathroom was really gorgeous too with a roll-top bath plus walk-in shower. Expensive smelling toileties & beautifuly soft white fluffy towels completed the superior ambiance of the whole building. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with excellent quality locally sourced food, and plenty of it. Some things were even home-made too, like the delicious jams and marmalade. Oh, and better not forget to mention that they also cater for veggetarians. There is lots of attention to detail here, with everything you could want to hand - and if it's not there just ask, & you will be given - with a smile, I might add! I can't praise the owners high enough for their unwavering consideration towards their guests, which in my opinion more than ensures return visits, and plenty of them! The bathroom has a bubble bathtub, marble floors and walls and a separate toilet, the room is spacious and with a victorian golden style with a window facing the river and the nice backyard. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of different fruits, tea, coffe and fresh orange juice and full english with all you need to not have lunch at all!!! They have been very kind with us, giving us options, advice and literally taking care of us. This stay was special, and the best thing was the price. We were stunned, didnt expect that much for the price we paid but oh well, what can you expect from a place that has been rated EXCELLENT by 120/130 people on Tripadvisor???? They didn't charge us full price for the night took 2pounds off not sure why think it was a offer they just did because the couple that left after us had same thing. It is in a good location, not to far from telford centre only a bus ride and there is a bus stop just outside the house. They have 5 rooms and a shared bathroom they also have a dining room and lounge room. Really nice people and place to stay would have loved to stay longer. All the furnishing are traditional and make it a nice place to visit really clean saw three cleaners in one morning
