I have honestly never been to such a nice place before. We stayed this past weekend in the Golden Room for 2 nights and Victoria and her husband made our stay special, unique and relaxing. The bathroom has a bubble bathtub, marble floors and walls and a separate toilet, the room is spacious and with a victorian golden style with a window facing the river and the nice backyard. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of different fruits, tea, coffe and fresh orange juice and full english with all you need to not have lunch at all!!! They have been very kind with us, giving us options, advice and literally taking care of us. This stay was special, and the best thing was the price. We were stunned, didnt expect that much for the price we paid but oh well, what can you expect from a place that has been rated EXCELLENT by 120/130 people on Tripadvisor???? It had to be the right choice. It was simply perfect and we will always recommend you. read more

Stayed here about 18 months ago and its gone from good to excellent. The welcome was warm, despite…read morebeing a little late; the rooms clean and well equipped with items you would normally expect from a hotel with the room very comfortable and some nice biccies to boot. An upgrade to the free wireless meant that it was easy to get a good signal and the TV channels worked a dream. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and perfect before having a wander around the beautiful Worcester. Whole heartedly recommend to everyone.
