WARNING! Do NOT invest in any of their unlimited wash plans for your vehicle. You think you're getting your moneys worth, but overtime this repetitive Wear & Tear only makes the damage more obvious and worse. I gave them every opportunity to work with me on this. Their inability to do so only illustrates where their loyalty lies (spoiler alert! it's not you, the customer) SHAME Whitewater! Until now we used to be loyal customers; since 2019 (even back when they were Jon's) but lately we've noticed their equipment pushing in our passenger mirror on our pass-throughs. Overtime this repetitive wear and tear only then makes the damage more obvious and worse. So it's 'reasonable' for them to ask a date with this occurred... (?) however, that's moot and unfortunate because this damage occurred overtime. They do have historical footage every time your vehicle enters and exits the wash, but I find it ironic how it's convenient for them to dismiss a claim because apparently the damage has to happen in one occurrence than overtime. It's winter time the bases are full of ice. The machines say two dollars for a wash and I simply wanted to clean my truck. I put my two dollars worth of quarters in speak with the staff and they tell me it's three dollars and they haven't changed the machines to read the proper cost. I only had $100 bill on me and 8/4. I go into the office to get more change And nobody has change on them that works here. This is a bullshit business. We stopped at the Plymouth Rd. location today, just because we were passing by. We got the Ceramic Platinum wash. Very nice, but they missed a spot on the rocker panel, behind the drivers side wheel, and the rear gate didn't get rinsed well (mini-van). Other than that, it's shining like a diamond. This is my go-to place to get my car washed. I'm here a handful times a year for my car washing needs! I'm a big fan of the 24 hour no-touch automatic, mostly because I get anxiety about going in the other line (I know, I know. Ridiculous.) Prices are reasonable. I typically opt for the $9 wash, which includes a blow dry and a bug repellent. No complaints here! My car, Zeppelin, comes out clean and fresh every time! The credit card reader is sometimes finicky and doesn't work so be sure to carry cash on hand just in case! Super impressed with the systematic approach to the car wash. There are three lanes with bars down. You pay at the machine and it prints a receipt. You then wait for the bar to come up as the line clears up. This helps maintain traffic and control the line. When we got in, the process was super fast. We then had to come around though because no one was at the end. My sister paid for the monthly price because she gets car washes a lot. The gentleman came out and helped us put the sticker on after we filled a form out. He explained how to cancel when she no longer needed the service. Very informative. Unfortunately, she was not aware there was a drying system around, and so her car got dirty from streak drip marks. read more

Conveniently located and fast is about all I can say. I've been coming to this car wash for many years and I think today was my final time. Last visit I had a taillight torn off my truck, was told by one of the workers it's an older truck and I could leave my information for the owner but probably would not be compensated and he doesn't like his information given out. Prices went up, I get it, it's inevitable prices rise especially given the current status of the economy but the cheapest tunnel wash is $8 and this is the outcome. Doesn't rinse off all the soap and no dryers. What's the point? I have left my information many many times over the years trying to get in touch with the owner as I have a local small business and like to run customers vehicles through the wash as a courtesy if requested and it would be nice if I could pay a monthly fee and have a pass to be able to run vehicles through as requested. Not once did I receive a call back or any type of correspondence yet I see fleet vehicles being ran through all the time with a pass. Both of their touchless washes are always broken. 2/3 of their self washes are broken at the moment and the only one that works does not accept quarters, only card and cash. Ever since this was was bought out from Jon it went right down the drain. The only reason I still used this place was because it's right next to my work but after this experience I will never be back and I suggest the same to everyone else. Entire set of exit blowers do not work as of last weekend and perhaps even earlier. I noticed the blowers going out one by one during all of 2017. I would go there twice a week! A few months ago only TWO of the FIVE blowers worked. I lessened my visits Assuming a "prideful" owner would maintain his business, I continued to go back every couple weeks. He is not prideful in any way, GREED is what he is. $30,000 in car washes minimum every Saturday and he can't fix a Blower. The spinner towels in the tunnel probably have not been cleaned - ever! So, either reduce the cost per wash since we, your consumers keeping you in business, are paying for those blowers or fix them! Hoping for improvements yet, nothing. 23 & Milan location. I've been coming here for car washes for 16 years. Sadly no more. Beware of signup for monthly membership. They will close at any time and will not offer any compensation of equal or lesser value. I pay $34 p/mo and yesterday was told it would be closed for a week if not longer. I was told the owner was losing money on this upgrade, I find that to be false because the customer is losing their money, though most everyone has prepaid for their washes, so they have their money. Timing is funny too, to start the ' upgrades' which I was told is written into the contract, but I see maintenance not upgrades in the contract. No notice of shutdown. Which I'm sure they knew was coming. They have my monthly fee and we have no service, unless you're willing to drive to locations across town. Customer service I think not. Update: Jon reached out to me and personally called me from his cell phone. We discussed the matter and he was extremely receptive and took corrective action for their error. Jon is an honest stand up guy, along with his manager Garrett. He agreed the matter should have been handled better, via social media or something. I would like to start off by saying this has nothing to do with the tunnel wash or the self serve. This review is regarding the 24-hour TOUCHLESS wash. I only take my car to touch free washes and they are limited around me. This one is the closest one and I used it quite frequently until lately it has been "out of order" or whatever you want to call it. It works some days and other days they just seem to put cones in front of it and park cars there. I have no idea what the reason is to not being able to use it. I now have to drive farther away from my house to a worse touch free wash which is not ideal for me. I'm writing this review to hopefully get an answer as to why it's never available read more

Solid car wash option for everyone in the area. There are good quality spray bays for do it yourself washes. DIY spray bays are fairly priced, in my experience if you are quick and efficient on a typical size moderately dirty car, it shouldn't set you back more than $4-$5 in quarters. Interior vacuums are not free with wash unfortunately. For those with nicer, newer cars who don't want the car touched at all - the touchless does quite a decent job if the car is not filthy. I have a black coupe that I used to baby, but now I have gotten quite laxed with it over the years - so in using the regular tunnel wash I was satisfied with how clean it got my car. The $7 tier of wash does a great job. I try to get my washes on Tuesdays when all the tiers of tunnel washes are $2 off. That lets me get the nicer $7 wash for just a fiver. Overall a solid wash. There is something for everyone at a fair price. With the tunnel or touchless, if one wash doesn't satisfy you and you can show them where the wash didn't do its job, they are happy to make it right, even if it means letting you go through it again. Washed the car at night time, therefore I did not bother to check immediately the work. I have went to this location many times since I have lived in the area and most times I have went to this place have been pretty average to below average. The wash that you actually get pulled through does not get your car clean very effectively. I have an SUV and the back side towards the bottom and the sides towards the front are rarely cleaned full. Then comes the auto wash that you drive up to but do not get pulled through. You have to get the highest priced wash for this or else it isn't even worth it. Even then, it's a guessing game if it will be successful or not. One is either in service, or both are running low on materials. Had the spot-free rinse fail to fire a few times and the soap processes sometimes just spit a bit out during a pass. This car wash needs better maintenance for sure. read more

I believe they have self-serve quarter wash bays. Don't know how many. Sorry I didn't look to count. Maybe two? I'm pretty sure there is two automatic touchless bays as well as the usual tunnel operated by a couple of goons. I was going to do the touchless, I think that option starts at five dollars and goes up from there. I went through the manned tunnel because it was $2 off Tuesday. It appeared they are doing some upgrades on some vacuums. Looks like a nice, newer car wash. I went through the drive-through tunnel. The spinning brushes didn't seem to be pounding my windows and paint like some washes I have been through. I just got a newer used Cadillac, that was a concern of mine. I think it's soft enough where it won't do too much harm to the paint. I had salt on my black car, took all the salt off and I would say was 98% clean. I went on a Tuesday where you get two dollars off any wash choice. Washes start at five dollars. I opted for the seven dollar wash with the discount giving me a total of $5. The automatic dryer at the end of the tunnel seem to do a better job than most washers I have been to. Nobody was at the end performing the finish drying. I don't know if it's because they were short staffed, maybe because it was cold, or this just isn't an offered service. I'd recommend this wash and I will go back. read more
