Do not sign up for ANY promotional monthly service. It is very difficult to cancel with no one responding to inquires or returning calls from corporate office in Texas. And, billing practice is deceitful. My recent cancellation request was met with a charge for a premium wax package. Seems to me the billing team tries to make up for the promotional pricing by billing the most expensive plan option. read more

Went in to get a basic car wash, cost about $11, the service was quick despite it being very packed, the staff helpful, the wash was okay. Some of the tough stains on the car didn't come off but the majority of the dirt's gone. Wish there was a drying service at the end, but they did have towel/vacuum stations you could visit after your wash. Overall, not a bad stop for the price. read more

WARNING! Do NOT invest in any of their unlimited wash plans for your vehicle. You think you're getting your moneys worth, but overtime this repetitive Wear & Tear only makes the damage more obvious and worse. I gave them every opportunity to work with me on this. Their inability to do so only illustrates where their loyalty lies (spoiler alert! it's not you, the customer) SHAME Whitewater! Until now we used to be loyal customers; since 2019 (even back when they were Jon's) but lately we've noticed their equipment pushing in our passenger mirror on our pass-throughs. Overtime this repetitive wear and tear only then makes the damage more obvious and worse. So it's 'reasonable' for them to ask a date with this occurred... (?) however, that's moot and unfortunate because this damage occurred overtime. They do have historical footage every time your vehicle enters and exits the wash, but I find it ironic how it's convenient for them to dismiss a claim because apparently the damage has to happen in one occurrence than overtime. We KNOW this damage to our passenger mirror (scratches front to back) and rear hatch is the direct result of Whitewater Car Wash. read more

It's winter time the bases are full of ice. The machines say two dollars for a wash and I simply wanted to clean my truck. I put my two dollars worth of quarters in speak with the staff and they tell me it's three dollars and they haven't changed the machines to read the proper cost. I only had $100 bill on me and 8/4. I go into the office to get more change And nobody has change on them that works here. This is a bullshit business. I would never use them and they still got my two dollars that sits in the machine today. What a shitty way to treat your customers fuck this place. read more

why do we go to car washes in the winter? to get snow off our vehicles. that's not!!! what this car was does.... they just take your money, and have you exit with blue ice from the "soap". I had more ice and snow removed from my truck by the drywr blowers then I did from the wash!!! I will never go back there again.... (I had to go to a quarter car wash to get it actually clean). read more

We stopped at the Plymouth Rd. location today, just because we were passing by. We got the Ceramic Platinum wash. Very nice, but they missed a spot on the rocker panel, behind the drivers side wheel, and the rear gate didn't get rinsed well (mini-van). Other than that, it's shining like a diamond. I imagine they have to get the wash dialed in. This is a brand new location. I'll go back again, another time. read more

Gets worse by the month. now they don't prewash your car at all just SEND It! This was the best wash in the area as Jon's, new ownership ruined it! Need to hand dry everytime to get it clean, as the wash misses most if my truck or Jeep. very sad read more

This is my go-to place to get my car washed. I'm here a handful times a year for my car washing needs! I'm a big fan of the 24 hour no-touch automatic, mostly because I get anxiety about going in the other line (I know, I know. Ridiculous.) Prices are reasonable. I typically opt for the $9 wash, which includes a blow dry and a bug repellent. No complaints here! My car, Zeppelin, comes out clean and fresh every time! The credit card reader is sometimes finicky and doesn't work so be sure to carry cash on hand just in case! If you pay with a $20, be aware of the quarters that come back in change (This hasn't happened to me, but I know it does happen!) Great car wash in the Macomb area! read more

I am canceling my membership. Jon sold these places to the most incompetent people on the planet. THEY DO NOT USE THE SPRAY WANDS ON YOUR CAR ANYMORE!! Nothing like filthy wheel wells to go along with the wash. The MOPS ARE WORTHLESS!! It's a joke. Used to be packed on the weekends. Not anymore as more and more people are catching on to their bullshit. see ya ! I'll never be back !! Don't waste your time people !! read more

Not a happy customer today !! I'm in line for 30 minutes with two cars ahead of me and one of the attendants tells me that I have to leave and the two cars behind me because they're shutting down the laser touchless wash bay for plumbing problems. oh well fix them at night when no one's around not when you have paying customers! this is the 3rd time this has happened to me, since I get my vehicle wash once a week no matter what temperature. guess I need to find a new car wash place? I've stopped here during the day before lunch and one of the Bays was closed. then I tried at 9 in the morning and the bay is closed. not good business people too bad if the weather is cold deal with it and fix your problems of your plumbing at night when no one's around not during the day when customers need their vehicles washed quick and efficient and fast.. Never had an issue here. Great customer service and fresh water mix together for a car wash experience unlike any other. I take pride in my vehicles - therefore they will only receive the best car wash. Jon's has a great variety of washes, from a basic $5 wash to over $10 worth of everything for the car lover. Every Tuesday, all washes are $2 off (tunnel washes). They have self serve car wash stations, no touch automatic, and the classic tunnel wash. They also offer several vaccuum stations so you can leave Jon's with a clean car inside and out! read more

I purchased a 30day special for 11.99. They have continually charged my card 19.99 for months after I asked the guy this is only a one time thing right???. I used to go here all the time, was a great car wash at a good value. Since it changed names it has gone downhill drastically. My car does NOT come out clean at all bugs are still on the windshield and bumper. The wash itself is terrible very disappointing almost like they're not using proper chemicals to save money. If you dont have $1's, $5's or change for the self Wash you're out of luck, the change machine doesn't work and neither does the card reader. Also management will not break bills for you, as they used to do, but wont fix their machines? This new owner has had a few years now to fix these things, i think they could probably do better. read more

Super impressed with the systematic approach to the car wash. There are three lanes with bars down. You pay at the machine and it prints a receipt. You then wait for the bar to come up as the line clears up. This helps maintain traffic and control the line. When we got in, the process was super fast. We then had to come around though because no one was at the end. My sister paid for the monthly price because she gets car washes a lot. The gentleman came out and helped us put the sticker on after we filled a form out. He explained how to cancel when she no longer needed the service. Very informative. Unfortunately, she was not aware there was a drying system around, and so her car got dirty from streak drip marks. read more

Your wash is pretty good. Definitely not the best but for $30/mo it's worth it, ish. You need to make an Express lane for those of us who have monthly memberships. It's not fair that we're loyal to you month in and month out and on some instances I drive to your carwash and never even pull in due to the crazy line. So what am I to do now? Go to another carwash? Pay AGAIN for a wash? No I go home pissed off and still dirty. Thinking about switching in all honestly. read more

Ever since new ownership this place has went downhill. Majority of the bags are always broken.

Conveniently located and fast is about all I can say. I've been coming to this car wash for many years and I think today was my final time. Last visit I had a taillight torn off my truck, was told by one of the workers it's an older truck and I could leave my information for the owner but probably would not be compensated and he doesn't like his information given out. Prices went up, I get it, it's inevitable prices rise especially given the current status of the economy but the cheapest tunnel wash is $8 and this is the outcome. Doesn't rinse off all the soap and no dryers. What's the point? I have left my information many many times over the years trying to get in touch with the owner as I have a local small business and like to run customers vehicles through the wash as a courtesy if requested and it would be nice if I could pay a monthly fee and have a pass to be able to run vehicles through as requested. Not once did I receive a call back or any type of correspondence yet I see fleet vehicles being ran through all the time with a pass. Clean car wash and very well unkept and I really don't like to leave any type of negative reviews but after todays experience I felt others deserve to know read more

Third time hat I have been here and the change machine has no quarters..... I get it, during busy times you run out. But three times in the last two weeks??? Poor planning on their 8/23/18 Update Pleased that the team at Johns read my review and are working on the problem. Giving 1 more star - I will happily raise that when I am able to get change from the machine! Thank you for listening Jon's Auto Wash!! read more

Entire set of exit blowers do not work as of last weekend and perhaps even earlier. I noticed the blowers going out one by one during all of 2017. I would go there twice a week! A few months ago only TWO of the FIVE blowers worked. I lessened my visits Assuming a "prideful" owner would maintain his business, I continued to go back every couple weeks. He is not prideful in any way, GREED is what he is. $30,000 in car washes minimum every Saturday and he can't fix a Blower. The spinner towels in the tunnel probably have not been cleaned - ever! So, either reduce the cost per wash since we, your consumers keeping you in business, are paying for those blowers or fix them! Hoping for improvements yet, nothing. So, "Jon" seeing as I am not a valued customer I now choose to take my business elsewhere. Maybe when you pay off your liens for your properties and equipment you will repair/replace. read more

23 & Milan location. I've been coming here for car washes for 16 years. Sadly no more. Beware of signup for monthly membership. They will close at any time and will not offer any compensation of equal or lesser value. I pay $34 p/mo and yesterday was told it would be closed for a week if not longer. I was told the owner was losing money on this upgrade, I find that to be false because the customer is losing their money, though most everyone has prepaid for their washes, so they have their money. Timing is funny too, to start the ' upgrades' which I was told is written into the contract, but I see maintenance not upgrades in the contract. No notice of shutdown. Which I'm sure they knew was coming. They have my monthly fee and we have no service, unless you're willing to drive to locations across town. Customer service I think not. Update: Jon reached out to me and personally called me from his cell phone. We discussed the matter and he was extremely receptive and took corrective action for their error. Jon is an honest stand up guy, along with his manager Garrett. He agreed the matter should have been handled better, via social media or something. That being said, I will continue to visit this business for my car washes and recommend them to any future customers. read more

do not go here they use brushes in the tunnel instead of power washers and try to force you to buy a membership and is now named white water ass cheeks unless you want your paint scratched do not go here. thanks read more

if I could select 0 as a rating I would. Both of their touchless washes are always broken. 2/3 of their self washes are broken at the moment and the only one that works does not accept quarters, only card and cash. Ever since this was was bought out from Jon it went right down the drain. The only reason I still used this place was because it's right next to my work but after this experience I will never be back and I suggest the same to everyone else. I don't understand how you have 5 different self washes and 4 of them are broken. read more

I would like to start off by saying this has nothing to do with the tunnel wash or the self serve. This review is regarding the 24-hour TOUCHLESS wash. I only take my car to touch free washes and they are limited around me. This one is the closest one and I used it quite frequently until lately it has been "out of order" or whatever you want to call it. It works some days and other days they just seem to put cones in front of it and park cars there. I have no idea what the reason is to not being able to use it. I now have to drive farther away from my house to a worse touch free wash which is not ideal for me. I'm writing this review to hopefully get an answer as to why it's never available read more

Solid car wash option for everyone in the area. There are good quality spray bays for do it yourself washes. DIY spray bays are fairly priced, in my experience if you are quick and efficient on a typical size moderately dirty car, it shouldn't set you back more than $4-$5 in quarters. Interior vacuums are not free with wash unfortunately. For those with nicer, newer cars who don't want the car touched at all - the touchless does quite a decent job if the car is not filthy. I have a black coupe that I used to baby, but now I have gotten quite laxed with it over the years - so in using the regular tunnel wash I was satisfied with how clean it got my car. The $7 tier of wash does a great job. I try to get my washes on Tuesdays when all the tiers of tunnel washes are $2 off. That lets me get the nicer $7 wash for just a fiver. Overall a solid wash. There is something for everyone at a fair price. With the tunnel or touchless, if one wash doesn't satisfy you and you can show them where the wash didn't do its job, they are happy to make it right, even if it means letting you go through it again. Two thumbs up! Solid car wash. read more

when new ownership came in, they got cheap and don't maintain the equipment. blowers have been down for a while and soap is not all washed off. read more

I have went to this location many times since I have lived in the area and most times I have went to this place have been pretty average to below average. The wash that you actually get pulled through does not get your car clean very effectively. I have an SUV and the back side towards the bottom and the sides towards the front are rarely cleaned full. Then comes the auto wash that you drive up to but do not get pulled through. You have to get the highest priced wash for this or else it isn't even worth it. Even then, it's a guessing game if it will be successful or not. One is either in service, or both are running low on materials. Had the spot-free rinse fail to fire a few times and the soap processes sometimes just spit a bit out during a pass. This car wash needs better maintenance for sure. read more

Total waste of money. I brought my car at the touchless carwash. Car wasn't even that dirty, just some brown dust, which on the dark blue body could easily be seen.
