Prices are marked up about 40 percent…read more For instance, a set of Zyex brand viola strings is usually $51 and some change at most string shops. They charge about $85 and refuse to price match. I have personally witnessed them rip people off and take advantage of those who don't understand music on multiple occasions. Once a woman came in to buy a drum for her child to play with as a toy basically. They sold her a $100 snare drum that was meant for a drumset instead of the $30 hand drum that would have suited their needs much better and been cheaper. It was pure greed on their part and utter disregard for the musical needs of the customer. I have also seen them rip people off in the strings department too. I watched them sell a $300 brandless fiddle to an adult beginner for $600. When I tried to let the poor woman know she was being ripped off they told me to leave. I am an emerging musical professional in this area. I have studied and performed music for about 8 years in an academic setting. These people are terrible human beings that will take your money and run, leaving you cold and musicless. Do not shop here.

Our 1956 Baldwin baby grand piano was dusty and full of muck. He first explained the history of the piano and confirmed the year. He took it apart and cleaned it until it was like new, and every step of the way he was complimenting the instrument in a really genuine way. I learned so much about our piano.
