Was charged over 300% markup on a part for a window regulator! This shop used to be honest and fair but no more! Took advantage of my son this morning and I even confronted him - he said "Too late - part is already in". He couldn't even look me in the eye when we went to pick up the car. Very honest shop. Wonderful Experience. My college age daughter (ISU) had an accident with her Honda Civic in January. Lost control of the car on I-35 and hit the median guardrail. The car had some body damage due to the accident. Her boyfriend thought the car brakes and steering felt soft and maybe were damaged. She brought the car to White's to have them check it out. They did a great job looking at it and found that nothing was wrong with the car. They did not charge her for anything. It is really wonderful to find a repair shop so honest and helpful. We will definitely use them in the future. It was great to have somebody confirm that the car was OK and to give us peace of mind. Thanks!! read more
