Brakes, Oil changes, water pump, spark plugs, belts, fluid changes ... they've done it all for me on multiple vehicles (sedan, pickup, minivan). They've even helped with some welding on my riding lawn mower before! They've worked with me on timing ("I need it done by 3p on Friday" or "I'm off work on Monday, how about I bring it in then?"). They're honest on whether work needs to be done or not (fluid changes recommended by dealership, and CV boot supposedly leaking). Recently, they saved me $1500 on a mechanical issue related to a headlight repair that the local Lexus Dealership had ridiculously quoted. Plus, they are great people in our local community. Highly recommend.

After months of taking my car to the dealership for repair after repair without getting to the REAL…read morereason why my car was running rough, I decided to give Joey's a try because of the excellent reviews. They did a very in-depth diagnostic and sent me the results by text, which I was able to open in a web browser. The repair was much more expensive than I had hoped, but at least I knew I wasn't going to get nickel and dimed to death putting "band-aid" fixes on my car. I decided to forego repairs and trade the car in as it was a ten year old vehicle. Joey's charged me for the diagnostics only and never tried to pressure me into anything more. If ever I need another vehicle repair, I'll skip all the hassle and go straight to Joey's, where I know they will be honest and upfront about what needs to be done.

The issue for this visit was a parking brake check light and rough stopping using the brakes. It was determined to be the rear brakes, front were ok and sensors ok. The car is driving like new regarding braking. All the issues were resolved. We will be returning.

I received my inspection report within a few hours, and I am so so happy I did this! This was the most in depth, thorough prepurchase inspection I have ever gotten. My suspicions were right on with the vehicle. At 120,000 miles, I saw that the Carfax didn't mention any maintenance or service past the 100,000 mile mark, BIG red flag! At that mileage there's much that needs to be done...timing belt, all fluids flushed, possible water pump, gaskets, shocks/struts, etc. None of that had been done to this car, resulting in needing a timing belt replacement (I thought I heard the faint sound of it being worn out when I test drove it), shocks/struts, gasket leaks, and a new alternator, to the tune of around $7,000. Oh, and the kicker was they found that there were several diagnostic codes that were recently cleared. Hmmm, wonder who cleared those? Needless to say, I did not purchase this vehicle. I did inform the dealership that was selling it of the issues, and as you can imagine, they didn't care and said that Christian Bros was making stuff up so they could sell me more services. Um, you're also trying to sell me something and it smells like lemons! Christian Bros has never let me down, and I've never done business with you.
