I think this Dr. should consider retiring and he is hard of hearing, I had to repeat myself at least 5 times, and I am not soft spoken. His manner was slow and unprofessional. I went in for chest pain I've had for 6 months. I walked in and was immediately given questionnaires for Depression, anxiety, and OCD. I should have rejected them because after filing them out, it seemed as though my whole appointment became about my answers to these questionnaires. And everytime I would attempt to take the focus back to my actual issue (chest pain, tingly hands, limb weakness, and back pain) it was always brought back to the topic of anxiety. I've never felt so disregarded by a Dr. and on top of all this, as I'm continuing to explain my issue, Dr. Cherian pulls out her phone, scrolls for about 30 seconds, looks up at me and says "So, do you want the anxiety medication then?" As if she hadn't been present for the entire appointment. I would have become a Dr if I knew all I had to do to was shove anxiety meds down peoples throat, ridiculous. Do better "Dr." Cherian. Or perhaps look into becoming a psychiatrist, primary care is not for you.

That was in August. They over charged my mother in law $95. She is on a fixed income and has gotten nothing but the run around from the accounting staff and reception. If we can't treat an 80 year old woman with respect, if we can't listen to them and give them the best care, where are we headed as a society. Shameful. She has called so many times trying to get what is owed. I'm disappointed. I'm disgusted. I'm so angry. And that next time I should cart them with me so they'll know. Uhm call me later when I'm at home {so my meds aren't exposed to wild temperature changes in the car} and I'll tell you and it will be in my file so we never have to discuss it again. I sit in the room basically ignored for almost half an hour when there are 3 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in this office. I'm being assaulted by cheesmo 50's music in the exam room.
