I cannot say enough good things about Becca and Whiteflash! I was nervous about buying an engagement ring because I wanted it to be absolutely perfect. Becca took the stress completely out of the process. She explained everything clearly, sent updates, and helped me choose a diamond and setting that my fiancée fell in love with instantly. What really stood out was how thoughtful and encouraging she was throughout -- it felt like working with a close friend who genuinely cared about our story. Even after delivery, she's been on top of helping with sizing and making sure we have everything we need. The service at Whiteflash is incredible. I live in California so everything was virtual, but I had about an hour chat conversation with a representative who answered all my questions, allowed me a custom order, set up the cart for me to purchase, and even offered me a discount even though I was slightly under the minimum. The price was better than all places I looked, even the sketchy ones. My fiancé loves the ring and we've received nothing but compliments. I would and have recommended Whiteflash to everyone.

I spent endless hours shopping at local jewelry stores and could never get the full specifications to make proper comparison of stones and prices, which was frustrating. Working with Whiteflash was seemless largely thanks to Becca Eastman and her team, who guided me through every step of the process. Their website provides high resolution stones and 360 views, along with extensive specifications and filters to zero in on the best stones. While I was happy with the initial ring that was provided, I wanted to change the stone and that process was smooth as well. I always knew the costs and timing involved, and Becca kept me informed of where I was in the return process and new shipment. Outstanding service!

Brittany and the team here are absolutely fantastic! Everything was top-notch, and my girlfriend--now fiancée--was over the moon when she saw the ring. The elegant case it came in was the perfect finishing touch. On top of that, the complimentary diamond earrings are simply stunning. My husband and I were in the market to buy a diamond about a year ago and I found Whiteflash after reading a post on The 4 Cs talking about their high quality selection of diamonds at competitive prices. Whiteflash has their A Cut Above line of extremely well cut (read: incredibly sparkly) round and princess diamonds, as well as Precision selection of super well cut diamonds of all shapes. Those diamonds are definitely beautiful, but at the time I couldn't find the cut and carat weight that I wanted. I finally called Whiteflash's store because at that point I had been shopping for diamonds at multiple retailers for many months and I just wanted to pick something, but not be disappointed with my choice later. I talked with Michelle a couple of times on the phone and over email, and she was so helpful. I love the diamond I chose and I don't know if I would've gotten it without her guidance. Besides answering all my questions she sent the ASET images for all the diamonds I looked at (I went to another, larger jeweler and they never sent ASET images I requested) and followed up within the exchange window after I finally made a purchase to ensure I was still happy with my choice. There are a lot of places online to buy a diamond at a cheap price. But I couldn't find any that match Whiteflash's selection AND customer empowerment, both through their amazing customer service and "Education" section of their website. It's been several months since the diamond I bought was set and it's sooooo pretty and I'm super satisfied with my choice! I 100% recommend Whiteflash for any loose diamond/diamond jewelry purchases.

After going to many online jewelers, and many local jewelers, I kept coming back to Whiteflash. I was looking for a very specific type of diamond, and Whiteflash had the most information and reports to make me feel comfortable purchasing. Customer service was great, and I received a lot of guidance over the phone and email from Becca, who was extremely patient with me. Shopping online for an engagement ring can be a very stressful process, and Becca did a great job going over options for settings and also helped me compare diamonds when I got down to the ones I was interested in. I wanted to leave a review here because it's long overdue. Brittany Godin is an AMAZING sales rep here at Whiteflash and helped my fiancé end -to-end with designing my engagement ring and figuring out pricing for the item/understanding the shipping process. Whiteflash has an amazing selection of loose diamonds and an extensive full catalog of A.Jaffe engagement rings (the brand that my fiancé wanted to buy for my engagement ring). She has an incredible eye for detail and it has really helped alleviate a lot of my fiancé's stress because Brittany knew EXACTLY what to do and if the original setting had the ability to be customized or not. Her customer service is excellent and I'm really impressed that she's been able to help me and my finance with any/every question we've had. My engagement ring is the most BEAUTIFUL ring I've ever seen in my entire life. Brittany is THE person that helped with this special project and she executed it seamlessly. I owe Whiteflash a "thank you". My first visit to the building Whiteflash is located in, was actually to visit Jonathan's (another diamond vendor). It was about six months ago when my husband and I were diamond shopping for my engagement ring. For those of you that don't know, the building these two businesses are located in contain several jewelry stores. Anyway after a month of shopping we knew as soon as we saw what we could get for the price at Jonathan's we would not be going anywhere else. With that said we came back to Jonathan's for my husbands mother who lives all the way in Killeen last weekend. She wanted a good deal on a diamond too. After visiting Jonathan's we stopped by Whiteflash. Their prices were about double the price for substantially lesser quality diamonds than Jonathan's was offering. So "thank you" Whiteflash. I love knowing I'm getting a good deal. We are definitely purchasing from Jonathan's. read more

When my now husband and I started shopping for engagement rings and wedding bands we tried the typical brick and mortar stores. Ugh. Other than Tiffany's there was nothing I fell in love with. And the only ring I fell in love with there was a mere $50,000! Yikes! Besides being way beyond the budget, I'd be scared to walk around Chicago for fear of having my arm removed! So not an option. And the chain stores had really poor quality. We kept seeing the same five styles over and over again and didn't like any of them. The salesmen were more like used car types and the whole thing felt sleezy and completely overwhelming. *shudder* So looking online I first discovered www.pricescope.com. What a wonderful resource. Go there first and learn. The people there are very open to a zillion questions. Through pricescope I ended up calling several online places and discovered Whiteflash. I can't tell you how amazing they are. THIS is the way to buy your ring. My (now) husband kinda let me pick everything out because I am VERY picky and VERY prone to buyer's remorse if I don't get everything the exact way I want it. I'm a brat. I know it. So does he. *grin* I also LOVE jewelry and this is something I knew I would wear every day for the rest of my life. So it was a HUGE deal to me and buying online made me sorta nervous. But honestly, Whiteflash far exceeded our expectations. In every way. I found a ring style I sort of liked on a competetor's website and WF helped me custom design first my engagement ring and later our wedding bands. I combined the elements from the tiffany ring that I liked with parts from the online site to make my dream ring. Jamie, the saleswoman was awesome! She kept in touch with me every step of the way even emailing me pics of the waxes before they were cast for my approval. As far as the center stone, not only does WF have one of the best diamond policies in the business anywhere (lifetime trade up on their stones!) but their cuts and private stock diamonds are truly stunning. Based on my pricescope research, recommendations, and Jamie's expert eye I nervously picked my center stone (there's tons of info and images on each of their diamonds but who knew if it was like seeing it in person) and waited for my soon to be new ring to arrive. But first, based on a pricescope recommendation we sent the ring to an independent appraiser in PA. He was wonderful too and called to tell me how great my ring looked. It appraised for over double what we paid. Basically we got way more ring and main stone for our $ than we would have anywhere else. The ring is truly stunning. It's like wearing rainbows. At the price we paid we were looking locally (fay) at crummy IGA less than one carat stones with visible inclusions. We bought AGS, VS1, H&A, just over a carat and couldn't be happier..... Well, maybe if it's a little bigger. You know....someday down the road. (I know.....I am such a girl! lol) Our wedding bands (also designed by us and) made by them are incredibly gorgeous too. As a plus, my husband's family just happens to be in Houston. Before we got married so there was no difference between my engagement ring and the new band we had the engagement ring redipped on a visit there and got to meet the so helpful staff. It was so perfect! WF rocks. You can't do wrong going with them. I do have ring pics (even wax and casting pics) and am always happy to show them or answer any questions anyone might have. This purchase was nervewracking before we found pricescope and wf. NO matter where you buy you owe it to yourself to check out whiteflash.com and pricescope especially if you're in the market for an engagement ring or any other diamond bauble. After getting tired of dealing with sleazy mall jewelers that were more interested in talking about their credit options over the quality of their diamonds, I decided to take a look online. I did some independent research about diamonds and figured out what I was looking for. After lurking on some forums frequented by jewelery appraisers/"diamond enthusiasts" (i.e. http://www.pricescope.com), I saw some positive reviews of Whiteflash and decided to see what they had to offer. Their website contains a ton of information about all of their stones - including scans of the AGS certificates and Ideal Scope/Sarin/Aset images. I contacted them to see "real" photos to see the size/etc. of the stone. Traci contacted me the next day and provided me with great customer service. I ended up going with a ACA Hearts & Arrows round cut diamond on a Tiffany-style setting. They kept me in the loop at every stage of the ordering/construction process - they even sent professional quality pictures of the finished product prior to shipping that I could show to my friends and family back home in Michigan. The shipping was blazing fast (free Fedex Priority overnight) and was extremely discreet and secure (they pulled a Russian nesting doll thing - padded envelope inside a small box inside a medium box). When I opened up the ring box to see the final product, I was floored - it definitely lived up to expectations. It then passed the real test - I proposed with it and it blew my fiancee away - she kept looking at it and smiling. It also passed the all-important "future mother-in-law test" - eliciting an overwhelmingly positive response from her as well and helping to cement my worthiness as a provider for her youngest daughter/future son-in-law. Overall, these guys deserve 6 stars - I would use them again in a second and would recommend them to friends and family alike. read more

Whiteflash was a refreshing change of pace from other online diamond sellers. What first brought me to their website were their settings. My girlfriend (now fiancee) had some specific tastes and Whiteflash had several options that fit exactly in to her interests. When someone turned me on to pricescope (http://www.pricescope.com), I found out that Whiteflash had competitive diamond prices with other online retailers. Whiteflash's Liza was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and the finished engagement ring was absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whiteflash to anybody looking to buy an engagement ring. read more

Whiteflash is a wonderful company. with extraordinary service and communication. they aren't the cheapest of all retailers, but their work is top notch, and if that's what your goal is, you get what you pay for. I ordered a custom wedding band from them, and it came in beautiful, especially with a melle of ACA diamonds. I also have referred friends to them, and have seen their diamonds in person. The consultant who met with us was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was surprised to find that the office was just like your normal office with normal lighting. This was quite good because you'll get to truly see how much your (potential) diamond shines and sparkles in normal lighting conditions rather than the direct lighting set ups in your usual jewelry stores. The Whiteflash ACA Hearts & Arrows cut is their specialty and it's GORGEOUS. This cut is so awesome that the diamond still shimmers in the dark. The appraised value of my ring is approximately 20% higher than what the hubby paid. This is an online company, so if you usually live out of the state, you can have your jewelry shipped to you to avoid the Texas sales tax. But if you live in Houston, you can arrange to pick-up your jewelry at their office. They give you a discount if you're a return customer. They also give you a referral bonus if your friend lets the consultant know. I had to get my ring resized and they did it for free within 4 business days. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for the bling and get the most of your money. read more

I used Whiteflash to buy my fiancee's engagement ring. I had been to jewelry stores and a few websites, but Whiteflash was definitely the best experience and that's why I ended up going through them. I bought the ring online, not locally. Firstly, their website has tons and tons of photos for their rings, and they have quite a few designs to choose from. You can spend hours browsing if you wanted, and their filtering interface was easy enough to use to help me find what I wanted quickly. This was a great no-pressure environment (like any website) but I found that learning about rings beforehand also helped. I'm sure that Whiteflash would be willing to teach you as well! The customer service was also fantastic. Every person I spoke to over the phone was helpful and easy to talk to. The biggest reason I chose WF for my ring was not just price or style, but because the people were so excited to help and willing to do whatever. One big bonus was the speed at which my ring was made: most stores wanted a four week window for the ring to be crafted, but WF made and delivered in less than two weeks which was amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about WF! They were a great company to purchase from and you will not be disappointed. read more

I guess everyone comes here for one thing - an e-ring. WF, in my opinion, stands out from all the other vendors (High Performance, Good Old Gold, Brian Gavin) because..... 1) WF offers a Lifetime trade up with no established minimum price increase. Sometimes you need to double the value of diamond at other retailers to be eligible for trade up. 2) Ease of exchanges / return policy. 30 days is great, especially when you change your mind as much as me :x! 3) Customer service - everyone works hard to earn your trust. I worked with Brittany for quite a while. She really helped me and gave me (honest) feedback throughout the entire purchasing process. It was a pleasure speaking with her as I never felt rushed on the phone and I could tell she took a genuine interest in getting exactly what I wanted with the e-ring. In the end, I got a good price compared to other online vendors for the same diamond. Tip: The prices on their website fluctuate quite a bit. Watch prices closely as the diamond I purchased dropped in price $1,000 randomly. read more

Like many of the other reviewers here, I found out about Whiteflash through the Pricescope forums where I spent hours upon hours reading and researching about diamonds. I wanted to buy a diamond and a ring from the same place, which was actually pretty difficult! Luckily, there were a few designs that only Whiteflash makes that I think my girlfriend at the time would've really liked, so I was very enthused when I found a diamond there as well that fit all of my requirements! I worked with Sheerah to buy a diamond, engagement ring, and wedding ring from there last year, and was able to negotiate the price down to fit within my budget. I had a hard and fast number set in mind and they were able to match it. I was really happy about the purchase, and to be honest, I haven't ever seen another diamond that looks as good as the super ideal ACA diamond that we bought from them! Even though I'm a guy, I still end up comparing the diamond + ring that I purchased with other people's and they just pale in comparison. :) I then contacted Whiteflash earlier this year when I wanted to purchase a wedding band for myself. I had been to several jewelry stores and kind of knew what I wanted in a ring, so I found some pics online, sent them to Whiteflash, and they were able to find some rings for me that fit the style I was looking for. Gotta say that I'm a happy customer and I highly recommend them! Oh, and like many people, I didn't set a single foot in the actual Whiteflash store. It's been 3 years ... I know I'm late, but here I am!! My husband did lots of homework for my ring searching/shopping. We even checked out some local diamond stores and jeweler. At that time, we had some horrible experiences with local stores or weren't sure who to trust. Then he read about Whiteflash on PriceScope.com. I remember the day he told me about Whiteflash (he had me participate in our ring purchase), I was skeptical. I remember myself jumping around him asking him all the questions and how I wasn't sure about it. Despite my reaction, he decided to talk more to Whiteflash about our possible purchase. Liza was extremely helpful (thank you so much!!). She personally checked the diamonds my husband was interested in and gave her honest opinions. After seeing all the communication between them back and forth and learning about ACA diamonds, I thought I might trust hubby's judgement on this one! I'm so glad we got the ring from Whiteflash. The diamond was gorgeous and the setting (Pave Caroline) was extraordinary!!! Whiteflash even ended up helping us order my matching band that was not available on their website at the time!!! Needless to say, we even let them take care of my husband's wedding band. And eventually came back and got more ACA diamonds for earrings. The post-sales customer service is outstanding too! Due to my own silliness about how to take care of my rings, I actually lost pave stone twice and each time they take care of it right away and since my ring is under warranty I just send it back and have them get the repair done!! When shopping for diamond jewelry, cut is one of the most important factors to me. And, it is oftentimes very difficult to make such an expensive purchase, sight unseen, over the internet. However, I have made two purchases with Whiteflash in the past two years and, both times, the customer service has been responsive and amazing. Not only that, I really trust the judgment of the company in terms of their own cut grading on the diamonds I am receiving (e.g., A Cut Above, Expert Selection). The diamonds have all been brilliant and stunning. I live in NYC with access to the diamond district, but I trust Whiteflash and will be returning when I am ready for my next diamond purchase! read more

I live in Orlando and was looking to upgrade the diamond in my engagement ring. I had heard about Whiteflash several years ago through the PriceScope website. I knew I wanted a super ideal cut diamond which is not easily found in the local jewelry stores. So I decided to go with Whiteflash. It was the best decision I ever made!! First, I sent an email to them with some general questions. Becca replied back to me the same day and asked to see pictures of my ring that she could share with the jeweler, Leon. He would be the one setting the diamond so I appreciated that she got his opinion right away. Becca and I traded a few more emails and chatted a couple times on the phone. By then I had narrowed down to 1 diamond I was extremely interested in and even had a backup. Both were part of their A Cut Above (ACA) line. Only the highest quality cuts make it into their ACA. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a diamond to go for the highest quality of cut you can afford. It really trumps clarity and color. Becca was great and personally inspected the diamond I was interested in and she even sent me a couple pics she took with her phone. And she verified that it was an eye clean stone. I was dropping down in clarity grade and color from my current stone so I appreciated all she did to reassure me. I purchased the diamond and then they walked me through the process of sending me a shipping label so I could send my ring to them. I admit this was a bit nerve wracking to let me ring go out in FedEx. It took about a week and half to turnaround the ring set with my new diamond and take my original diamond and set that into a pendant. Now, about the new diamond....it is amazing!!! There is so much sparkle and fire. It looks like a completely new ring. And I am in love with it. I can't stop starring at it. And really, the price couldn't be beat. No way I was going to find the level of quality locally and not spend a small fortune. And one of the best parts of Whiteflash is their upgrade policy. I can decide later to trade this diamond in and as long as I spend at least $1 more, I will get the full value paid on this diamond applied to the next diamond purchase. You can't beat that!! Many places require you to spend at least double the amount of your original purchase which means more than likely you won't do more than one upgrade. So now Whiteflash has made me a long term customer with their superior selection, service and killer upgrade policy. Go to Whiteflash! You will not regret it. read more

I just finished writing a detailed review about how great WF is, but since I'm relatively new to Yelp and had to confirm my email, it all got deleted! To make things a little shorter: 1. The service is absolutely great. We dealt with Becca as our representative and she would typically email back within minutes. She also shared a lot of useful information (available on the website) and helped find an amazing diamond in our budget. 2. The ring and diamond are even better. There is an unbelievable amount of brilliance. I went with a diamond a grade below what I originally wanted (F to G), but the quality of the cut makes it look like I went up a grade. It is absolutely stunning! 3. It's a good idea to get an idea where you're comfortable in terms of color and clarity before making a purchase from WF (if doing so online), because their pictures don't show absolutely everything in this respect. 4. It's possible to find a cheaper diamond elsewhere. But you will get the best value for your dollar at WF (see #2). 5. You can choose their in house diamonds or their "virtual selection." The in-house have a 30 day return window (as opposed to 10) and also come with a lifetime trade up. I will probably be purchasing all future diamonds from WF and encouraging everyone I know to do the same! read more

About a month ago we ordered a pair of diamond earrings from here, and they were just as stunning as we expected. We tried going the route of a local jeweler; however it was just so difficult to find one in our area that we could really trust. Somehow many jewelers just rub me the wrong way ... I can never be sure if they are using some underhanded sales tactic to sell me a POS diamond. And the return policy just isn't there like it is with Whiteflash. Just like the first time around, the level of customer service at Whiteflash is phenomenal -above and beyond. The earrings were priced right, made perfectly to spec, and shipped quickly. read more

My wife and I had originally gone with a local Austin retailer for her wedding ring purchase. Despite numerous reassurances that her requirements would be met (diamond quality, ring size, metal quality/type) the ring came in completely incorrect. The wrong size, not the style of ring we had talked about, the wrong metal type, etc. We asked for a refund from the retailer and immediately contacted Whiteflash. We were on a SERIOUS time crunch for this ring. Serious. As in, the ring from the above retailer came in incorrect a week and a half before the wedding kind of time crunch. We contacted Whiteflash with all of our requirements and they assured us that all of our specifications would be met and that we'd like the ring. They even assured us they could do all of this work within the week and a half we gave them before the wedding date. We worked with their sales reps and staff there and they kept us in the loop on each step of the process. Sure enough, a couple of days before the wedding, they e-mailed us a picture of the ring and it was exactly what we were looking for. We picked up the ring from FedEx the day before the wedding and it fit. All requirements were met. My wife was over the moon for this ring and can't stop looking at it now. We're more than pleased with our experience with Whiteflash. Their sales reps were great and the ring is amazing. read more

Wonderful company that prioritizes top diamond cut quality and stellar client service. The website makes it so easy to check all the dimensions and angles of in-house diamonds, and the instant chat feature lets you reserve diamonds as soon as you find your perfect match. I worked with Becca to complete my diamond studs purchase, and she was very professional and helpful. My studs arrived beautifully packaged -- in a cherrywood box and accompanied by AGS grading certificates and other info. Whiteflash even included a complimentary 12 month calendar full of gorgeous professional photos of their jewelry! Whiteflash may seem somewhat pricy compared to stock options such as Blue Nile and mall jewelers, but I don't mind paying a bit more for exceptional diamond quality and amazing service. Whiteflash also offers a great lifetime trade up policy, should you ever choose to upgrade your diamond purchase in the future. read more

I never thought I would leave so satisfied with everything. I was in correspondence with Michelle for a few days as she helped me pick the right stone and wedding band set. She even took side-by-side pictures of the individual stones that I was interested in and emailed them over. In addition, the Whiteflash website by far had the most complete educational information to help in the decision making process. The content was detailed and bias free. I had sent the prices from Whiteflash to a family jeweler of ours who let me know that I was getting a great price. The most important part is that the ring looks stunning and she gets compliments all the time. And for me, I can always smile and know that I got an amazing diamond at a great price. read more

I first heard of Whiteflash on Pricescope in 2004. I knew they had a great reputation then, but was finally given the opportunity (aka OK by my husband) to pick out some diamond earrings. I had one diamond from their website in mind, but had some questions. I chose the CHAT button on their website on a Sunday night and Debi, the CEO, I believe, responded right away. She answered my questions, helped me pick out a setting and told me to email with any other questions. Traci called me first thing Monday after I had emailed (with more questions) and she helped me pick out a matching diamond to complete my pair. They over-nighted my earrings once ready and I was able to pick them up on a Saturday. Absolutely beautiful, just as I had expected, even though I got a sneak peek when they sent pictures of them once they were completed. We even got a shnazzy jewelry tweezer and scope so I can check out my diamonds whenever I want. That won't be too often because these beauties are only coming out to be cleaned. Everyone at Whiteflash was awesome, very knowledgeable, courteous and kind, even though I'm sure I drove them nuts. When I convince my husband it's time for another diamond piece, Whiteflash will be who contact first. read more

Update: I've been told they now have barcode scanners to immediately determine the price of a ring in the display case and iPads available to quickly get that information to customers in the showroom. Sounds like a great new feature. ----- They have really good rings here as other yelpers have commented on. Originally, I gave Whiteflash low marks for not having pricing easily accessible at the store, but they replied with a lot of thought and they seem to be really taking this seriously to improve the customer experience. It seems like it will be taken care of so the showroom is more easily navigable like the website which is quite good. This should be a big improvement. The people here seemed very trustworthy as opposed to some other places where the salesmen did things like offer fake discounts on marked up products giving us a bad impression of the industry in general. Good for Whiteflash that they are making efforts to distinguish themselves from the other places by offering more transparency. As stated, the website is really good and the showroom was explained to me as having been opened as a way of building on the online success of the company. Unfortunately, we got our ring elsewhere but they seem to be working hard to make the showroom easily navigable and improve the experience. That will make this a really good store, in my opinion. read more

When researching jewelers and ring designers online in late May and early June, I came across Whiteflash in a few different places as a reputable and reliable option, AND ALSO one that has a office/HQ in the general area. Upon visiting the Sugarland location, I learned from Vera (the super-nice and helpful receptionist) that the showroom is closed due to Covid, but that they would be happy to put someone in touch with me soon. Later that day, I received a phone call from one of their consultants - Liza Weazey, who very patiently and kindly spoke with me about how we might proceed to design an engagement ring. She was of tremendous help, particularly for me because this was my first time doing something like this. Over the next two weeks, she emailed back and forth with me, at first sending examples of rings and later gemstone candidates for me to weigh and consider. I had lots of questions, and I also wanted to make sure my fiancé's preferences and taste was well-realized with the design choices being made and the ring when designed and completed. Through all this, Liza was patient and detailed and responsive, and I really felt like I was in good hands. Thinking on it now, it amazes me that we ended up with a ring that my fiancé loves showing off to her family and friends, even though the local Covid situation of June 2020 precluded us from meeting Liza or anyone for that matter in person. But that we did end up with something we're this happy with, despite the complications introduced by the pandemic, is a real credit to Liza and Whiteflash. And because there are various approval checkpoints along the way, the various steps from A to Z felt like a logical and intuitive progression (that took about two months), which was important and made me feel good about the whole thing. I've visited the big time jewelers before coming to White Flash and the difference was night and day. Their showroom was intimate and Sheerah Flores made it a very comfortable experience for me. She went above and beyond to fit my budget on an engagement ring and made sure everything went smoothly. Her customer service was top notch and she had a very caring and genuine personality. I was going to give them 4 starts, just because the ring took a day longer than I expected, but they just deserve the 5 stars anyway! Why? I am extremely skeptical about buying stuff online from places I dont know, or brands that are not popular, specially if the prices are good, but I went with Whiteflash since they have a showroom in Sugar Land, so I went to visit first. The showroom is small, and they don't open weekends, just mondat thru friday 8 to 5, which is kinda tough if you want to go directly to visit them. The thing is, you don't have to go!!! Online service is great, you talk to real people and whenever you call, they answer, fast and accurately. They are as good thru email as well. I bought my first pair of diamond studs from Whiteflash and the whole process was very smooth. I requested images on multiple stones for comparison, they took great photos for me to compare, not to mention they offer ASET, H&A and IdealScrope automatically on the website already. I corresponded with a sales associate, she responded very quickly and was informative. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever at any point. My order was shipped on the promised date, I requested screw backs and that was done with no additional cost. My studs have amazing light return, they truly carry the best cuts. In return, I have shared with her that I have purchased the diamond ring in New York Diamond District given similar price and I am able to compare diamonds side by side. *Update - I spoke with Bryan at whiteflash. He recommended I see another appraiser and recommended that I not go to an appraiser in a store. Bryan sent me a link to one in my area. I visited and the ring did appraise higher. However, the appraiser is part of a jewelry store - something Bryan specifically told me not to consider. So I'm baffled by the conflicting advice. I will go to another appraiser and update this review. I am happy to give Whiteflash 4 stars if it turns out that the appraisal is close to what I paid (only 4 stars due to the horrible customer service). --------------------------------------------------------- I paid more than double what my product appraised at, despite them telling me IN WRITING that it would appraise at a specific price. I called to resolve the issue and Debi Wexler who is the owner answered my call. She said she'd have one of her experts call me because she really doesn't know about diamonds despite the fact that she owns the company. So we tried many times to call her expert named Bryan Boyne and weeks later we have yet to hear back. We also emailed a few times as we had a feeling that we were getting the run around. Weeks later, there was still no response. I decided to call Debi Wexler again and was told "she's not in". When I asked when she will be in, I was told "she's out of the country". When I asked when she will return, I was told "November". When I asked when in November, the answer that came back was "early"...all one-word responses as if I was somehow a bother. It took this Yelp review as well as a review of Debi Wexler on Linked-In before I received an email from Bryan claiming he had contacted us and received no answer from us. My husband and I were quite certain he was wrong as we're constantly plugged into our phones and emails. Still, we checked our phones and email and there was no such response from anyone at Whiteflash. I read a couple of other negative reviews on Whiteflash and each reviewer appears to have made attempts at resolving their issues. And each time, it appears Whiteflash responded to their complaints by asserting they reached out to the customer in response....just as they did with us. I am happy to change this review if Debi Wexler resolves my problem. Also I'm not terribly excited when a company plants websites that look like reviews but which are really deceptive advertising. If I'm proven wrong on this by Debi Wexler, than I am happy to change this part of my review as well. If you go to Tiffany, you will receive better quality and service. They will also give you a zero interest loan if you put down 25% (And they have other financing options depending on your situation). Also, Tiffany is known for their Integrity. Once again, if Debi Wexler is willing to resolve this issue, I'm happy to change this review. read more

I had purchased an engagement ring from another online retailer, only because I could not get the setting I wanted from WhiteFlash with in my time frame (and they were honest and up front about that and did not jerk me around). Liza, the sales associate, was so helpful that I wanted to go back to her. So the diamond wedding band that my wife now wears came from WhiteFlash. Great value, great stones, great craftsmanship. I asked Liza a lot of detailed questions about widths and sizing options. She answered all of my questions honestly so that I would get the ring that my WIFE actually wanted (and not some other ring that they were trying to get rid of). I really appreciated that aspect of working with her. I have already suggested them to another family member looking for an engagement ring. Found White Flash from a diamond discussion forum that really deals with super ideal cut diamonds. Spent a lot of time vetting them and reviewing their site. I am not new to Ideal cut diamonds but their ACA H&A Super ideal cut diamonds are the BEST you will find. I had a couple AGS 000 diamonds already and my wife's original 1ct. diamond was an AGS 1. I thought they were all great, now these were purchased 20 years ago before super ideal cut diamonds were as well known, and before the internet. So on our 20th wedding anniversary my wife chipped her wedding ring diamond pretty badly on the edge of a glass table. Thank goodness we had insurance, so the search began. I tried my local jewelers in So. CA, but nobody, I mean NOBODY had anything close to the quality of White Flash, sure they had AGS 000, but the light performance suffered. WF would have rejected these for their top tier ACA branding. I have purchased diamonds on-line, it's 100% safe when dealing with a highly reputable place like White Flash. What separates WF from everyone else is 1. The quality of the diamonds. There grading process to get an ACA grade is much higher than your normal AGS 000 or GIA XXX, folks there is a lot more to it. Spend the time to review the ton of information on their web site. 2. The level of service I received at White Flash is beyond compare. Thank you Brittany!! You are the best!! Vera and the rest of the team were just the most pleasant to work with. I worked with Brittany for a long time to find the perfect diamond and ring for my wife. It really helps to have all the photos, videos, etc they provide to ensure you get the "perfect diamond". I spent DAYS on their site and they sent me MANY photos and videos. I had been working with WF for a while via email and phone calls. When Brittany let me know they just received some diamonds that were in the range I was looking at. So since I have business out in TX, I stopped by for a visit. I live in CA. The store is so nice, I only went to the store as I had work there and was decided between 2 color grades. When I arrived Brittany had the stones out and I ended up being there for 2 hours comparing several diamonds. In the end Brittany was correct and I could have saved the trip and just went off her recommendation. However, being so OCD it was worth it. For any "normal" person out there, TRUST WF, you will not find a better Super Ideal Cut H&A diamond and pricing you will also not get anywhere else, oh and service, they wrote the book on customer service!!!! Trust me, I am about as picky as they come and I was so impressed with WF I tell everyone I know about them. Now the diamond performance? The ACA Super Ideal cut diamonds they sell BLOW AWAY my wife's other AGS 000 ideal cut diamond, and I thought there was nothing better, there is. Seeing both side by side there is an absolute difference unless you are completely blind! You do get what you pay for and if you are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST, look no further. If you are worried about an on-line purchase of a diamond, read their reviews and BBB ratings, also remember AGS laser inscriptions are on the side of the diamonds so you can match the stone to the cert but you will not to worry about that, just saying. There is zero risk, and you are getting such a better quality diamond and much better pricing. If this did not convince you to give WF a chance, review their trade up policy, it's a no brainer! Now, the only negative thing I will say about them. They have ruined every other diamond I see as the WF ACA is the standard of perfection! We ordered a semi-custom engagement ring and wedding band set from Whiteflash. We shopped around with a few jewelers before coming to Whiteflash, so had several comparison points for both the diamond and custom setting. We were beyond impressed with Whiteflash's A Cut Above diamond. The cut is amazing and not only does it bring out so much brilliance to the diamond, but it also does a fantastic job of hiding the flaws in the diamond. Even under a loop, it was a little hard to see the flaws for a SI1 because the cuts were made right above the flaws to hide them. We were able to use one of Whiteflash's in-house settings and customized it for thousands cheaper than going with a fully custom ring from another jeweler. The final products are gorgeous. Our sales associate was Michelle Adams and she is beyond knowledgeable, helpful and always prompt in responding to our many follow-up emails. We are extremely pleased with both the service and the products from Whiteflash and would highly recommend them. read more

Hi - I'd like to give this place a big thumbs up. I purchased a stunning engagement ring from here and just purchased the wedding band. I started my engagement ring hunt at the mall and also at the standard luxury jewelry stores. I came to the conclusion that I knew nothing about diamonds, the stone selection at the mall sucked and the stones themselves looked unimpressive, and I was intimidated at making such a large purchase with just a few moments of contemplation. I like to do research before I buy something major, so I went online and came across White Flash and several other online retailers. Who knew you could buy a diamon on Amazon.com? I also checked out Bluenile.com. I immediately liked shopping online in the sense that I believed a diamond was a commodity item - as long as the stone was certified, you could somewhat compare whatever stats you felt was most important. I was concerned about buying sight-unseen, but at least I would have had a much wider range of stones to pick from. As you can probably guess, my gf loved the engagement ring. I feel like I was able to get a lot of ring my what I spent - much more so than if I had gone to one of the luxury jewerly stores. White Flash offers additional discounts if you wire the money, you can save on sales tax if you don't live in TX, and they are very friendly and helpful over the phone and through email. I appreciate an e-retailer that responds promptly (like almost instantly during regular business hours) to my emails. They provide free fedex shipping, wihch makes sense. I would prefer that they send the items directly to my place since I have doormen who can sign for the package and keep it safe, but I understand their policy of sending it to a fedex depot. As far as price range, they have diamonds at all price ranges. The stones are priced very aggressively - a simliar stone is less expensive here than on Bluenile.com or the mall and certainly a place like Tiffany's. They emphasize perfectly cut stones and these seem to be priced without a crazy premium. If you are in the market and are willing to buy online, then try this place. read more

Spend the extra money and work with someone that is willing to work for you!!!! With such an expensive and important purchase, Whiteflash is quick to work with you and get your money, but soon after they could care less. I worked with Vera and Sheerah in processing my bank wire and they assured me that if received by a certain cut-off time my package would be sent out that day as I am on a very tight time crunch. I got an email later in the night from Vera that it was not possible to send out because it was passed their cut-off of 2PM CST, even though they said by 3PM CST would be fine. NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO SEND OUT MY DIAMOND!!! They sent it out the next day, which I come to find out is at 6PM CST (leaving them plenty of time to ship the day before) BUT guaranteed by 10:30 AM! I thought great, I can have the stone set before my trip and proposal. BUT of course there is a delay with shipping (I think they cheeped out on the shipping and didn't bother sending it priority overnight!, FEDEX always reported the delivery time at 3:00 PM!!!) and now I am left to propose to my girlfriend with an empty setting...they have ruined what was to be a very special weekend. read more

My review is lengthy & personal. The short version is: I was impressed beyond all expectations. Whiteflash's easy to use filters let you pick out exactly what you want to make every dollar count. You won't find a better experience shopping for fine jewelry. -If you'd like more details, please continue reading.- Whiteflash has changed the jewlery business and may have set the bar too high for the traditional jewelry stores to compete without adapting. I set out to find an engagement ring for my girlfriend without her knowing. I started by visiting websites of popular jewelers who's ads I recognized on the radio. Prices were steep for my budget. Realizing I was out of my league & having little knowledge about diamonds, I started doing research to find out exactly what I'm paying for. I read countless articles about the pros/cons of metal purity, diamond cuts, shapes, color grades & how carat weight is priced. I came across several articles written by gemologists about the games & cons played by some of the big name jewelers I'd been looking at. Things like showing certified stones next to non-certified stones without disclosing the difference, using non-standard "signature" cuts & charging quite a bit more above market value. Things I wouldn't previously have been aware of had I walked into a jewelry store & picked out a ring. 3 companies (all of them primarily online retailers) were consistently suggested by these gemologists as honest & quality jewelers. One of them was Whiteflash. I spent weeks comparing prices & products but ultimately was won over by the customization & attention to detail I experienced from the Whiteflash website. I used filters to find the specific setting I wanted. I had a specific style in mind, & was presented with a very nice selection of designer-brand rings to choose from. After picking out the right one, the website seamlessly took me to the stone selection. Once again I utilized very simple & easy to use filters to sort through the range of stones I was after. They have HQ detailed videos of the stones sparkling, PDF's of the AGA certifications & smooth projections of how the selected stone will look set in your selected ring. After using my email address to make an account, I was able to save my custom ring & modify it over the coming weeks. I was even given a $100 credit to my first purchase just for making an account. Within a day or two I was contacted via email by a Whiteflash representative named Becca Eastman. For over a month, Becca & I corresponded through email as she answered every question I had, not only about the stones but about every concern I had throughout the whole process. In 2 months, I never felt pressured or pushed by Becca to purchase anything. She was patient as can be & did everything to remove any stress from my experience. I eventually purchased my custom ring. Whiteflash even knocked a few hundred dollars off my total for wiring payment to their account. As soon as the stone was set they emailed me photos of the finished ring. I chose to have it sent directly to my door with fed-ex 2day shipping. It was very secure & safe as my package arrived on time & the delivery driver required my ID & signature before giving up the parcel. I opened the package & found the ring double boxed (the inner box being a very nice presentation box) along with a bunch of other neat items, including my diamond's AGA certificate, a ring sizing kit, a lifetime warranty card from the designer, jewelry care tips, & insurance suggestions if I wish to go that route. I opened up the presentation box to finally see what I had worked so hard for. The ring is beautiful. I wasn't able to plan a proper proposal, as my curious girlfriend came in the room, unintentionally forcing an impromptu presentation of her ring. She was stunned when she opened the box. A soft tear formed from the corner of her eye as she said "yes". My experience continued with Whiteflash as we initially thought that I had ordered a size too small. Once again I turned to Becca. I told her what happened & within hours the team at Whiteflash had a shipping label in my email along with instructions on how to safely return the ring back for resizing. However, after wearing the ring for a couple of days & playing with the sizing kit, my fiance realized that the ring fit as it should, she had just never worn a ring before & wasn't used to how it feels. I purposefully didn't shop for wedding bands as I wanted my fiance & I to do that together. We will certainly be purchasing our wedding bands from Whiteflash. At this point, I'm not sure I want to go anywhere else for Jewelry. I couldn't be happier. read more

I'd like to start by saying buying on Whiteflash has been an incredibly easy, satisfying and pleasant experience. A rare pleasure in the vast world of online shopping. So to start this story, I decided to take the plunge and buy an engagement ring. After seeing the incredibly expensive prices in my local shops, doing a bit of research and then looking online, I came across Whiteflash. I saw pretty quickly that I could purchase a very high quality (and fully certified most importantly) diamond for less than I could buy something of low quality locally. I had spoken to my fiancee about the ring and she had chosen the style and diamond size in a local jewelers. She has tiny hands and didn't want a massive stone on her finger as she's be wearing it everyday and was afraid of it getting caught in things, etc. So I had the size, looked on the website, then picked the colour and clarity I wanted along with the ring and engraving and boom I was done. Easy. As I live outside the US I emailed Whiteflash where Becca got back to me almost instantly. She explained about the wire transfer, which we don't use in Ireland so I filled that out in my local bank and it was done. I should mention that I was a tad nervous as it was quite a lot of money but there was absolutely no problems. As I was also proposing in 2 weeks Becca and her team starting making the ring for me before the funds had been received to make sure I had it on time. It was an incredibly nice gesture as they took a risk, granted they hadn't sent any merchandise so it's not like they were gonna lose out but they could have just as easily told me they would need to wait however many days till the funds cleared as is their right. This meant my ring arrived in plenty of time. So about 2 weeks ago I decided to purchase my Fiancee's wedding ring. My first thought was naturally Whiteflash, we had looked locally but I couldn't see myself not pairing the ring from them. Went online again, and as soon as I had placed my order Becca responded with a personal email thanking me for the repeat business and that it was glad it worked out. I know this was a bit of a read but if your like me and your nervous, or indecisive then I hope reading a personal experience will help. I spent a lot of time researching different companies and reviewing. I had actually seen Whiteflash before but had come across some cheaper online retailers (not that much cheaper either, I was just inexperienced with regards to jewelery). Looking online at these cheaper stores and reading reviews of most of them, they say that they are great for taking your money and then there is zero after sale care. That doesn't work as anyone buying an engagement ring means that they have invested a large chunk of money towards something that is incredibly important to them, maybe the most important thing in their lives up to that. Not knowing where your ring is, when it will arrive etc is stress I know I could live without. There is no fear of that from the team at Whiteflash. They really are brilliant, the care and service is superb and the quality of the jeweler they make is exceptional. I have been looking for the perfect brilliant cut diamond ring for a LONG time. (That is because I need to save up money to get the perfect ring which gives me plenty of time to look at diamonds). After comparing many different online diamond websites, and brick and mortar stores, the A CUT ABOVE collection from Whiteflash carries the BEST quality and cut diamonds hands down. Their diamond quality is better than BlueNiles, and JamesAllen. Brian Gavin has very limited (2 to be exact) diamonds listed under their BLACK collection. Cartier and Tiffany's diamond quality and light performance is actually the worst among all the other places. None of them fits my calculated perfect cut proportion for a round diamond. The only place that carries diamond that is similar to the A CUT ABOVE diamonds from Whiteflash is Harry Winston. HW quote me 110K USD for a lesser color and clarity diamond while Whiteflash list only 43K USD for a 2.128 carat, E, VVS2, A CUT ABOVE DIAMOND. (and that is the diamond I got for my wife). The HCA score of the diamond is exactly 1. Not only Whiteflash is NOT ripping me off, they provided the best service ever. I live in a remote town in Canada; they have no problem shipping the ring to a friend that lives in Calgary so I can pick up from him. Whiteflash uses Fedex Express and they took care all of the import custom paperwork. Fedex with Whiteflash forms the real DREAM TEAM, IMPECCABLE, SEAMLESS SERVICE!!! Each step in the ordering process, Whiteflash make it as simple and as easy as possible. The team keeps me updated on the production of the ring, and there were plenty of pictures taken by their professional photographer, Evan. My wife's first reaction when she saw the ring was not "Wow", or "Thank you honey," It was...."You need to start saving up again, because I NEED another one...." It is THAT STUNNING. Good thing Whiteflash has an industry leading upgrade policy....Most places (Bluenile in particular) requires you to spend at least twice as much as the current worth of the ring ...(For me, I will have to buy an 80K USD ring or else I can't upgrade?!?! Honestly, I really doubt they have the quality of diamond that I think is worth 80K USD). Whiteflash has none of this non-sense when it comes to upgrade and IF they do, I can easily drop over 80K USD and knowing the diamond I will be getting is WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!! I was so excited when I learned recently that I could create the three-stone diamond ring I have always coveted. I wanted it to be spectacular; I wanted super ideal diamonds (real ones, not in marketing but in actual cut, with the AGS grading report, ASET images, and idealscope images to back it up); I wanted it to be easy. I can spend years searching for just the right stone and just the right setting (I have belonged to an online jewelry forum for over a decade) and sometimes it's fun, sometimes it's exhausting. I am also prone to regret after making a purchase because despite my years of collecting information and knowledge, I can still get it wrong. Enter Whiteflash. I didn't want to spend weeks, months, years searching numerous diamonds, pouring over the information about their cuts, ordering in various stones and comparing them.... Whiteflash offers up superior diamonds with their ACA line, so all I had to do was search their inventory and choose. That was the easy I was looking for with this project. I had the rough budget and a rough idea of the center stone size and side stone sizes. It did not take long to find three diamonds that had me jumping out of my seat. I sometimes have hesitation and a bit of nausea when making such a large unnecessary purchase. I didn't with this one. It just all came together. There was a slight hiccup after I ordered (verification-related, not diamond-related) and Whiteflash was on it with communication and a resolution. They were great! I had prepared myself to be disappointed when I saw them as I tend to have high expectations that are not often met. Nope. I was blown away. On the forum people talk about how the edge-to-edge brilliance and sparkle of ideal cut diamonds makes them appear larger. It's no joke. I was pretty shocked with how large the center stone looked. I went a bit smaller in size than I had originally considered in favor of higher color, and that turned out to be the right decision. I cannot imagine wanting to change anything about these stones. I am still kind of amazed at finding exactly what I wanted *that* easily - size, color, clarity, and even nearly-matching cut proportions within the already tight allowance of ACAs. However, I love that if I ever get an itch for a change (such as higher or lower color, or larger sizes), the upgrade policy is amazing and I will be able to do so easily. I cannot leave this review without a shout-out to Vera. I spoke to her a couple of times and she is just delightful. She represents Whiteflash well with her warm and genuine personality. My diamonds are currently being set and I cannot wait to have them on my hand, sparkling away. The Good: After reading good reviews of Whiteflash I connected with them several times online with many questions about buying a diamond engagement ring. Magen Roccaforte helped me through all my questions at different times across several days, both through online chat and prompt follow-up emails from her. She said customer service reps don't work on commission, and she was tremendously patient with more-than-average questions from this worry wort. Especially important, she also worked with me on my tight timeframe, and assured me that she checked and double-checked estimated production and ship dates and that I should get my ring on time, which I did! The ring itself is beautiful, exactly as I ordered it. Very happy with it. The Bad: Virtually nothing. Even the little things were great, like tone of voice in an email and volunteering more info than I requested because they knew it would help me. Amazing! The one thing I can think of: they could consider extending/enhancing their one year service warranty to cover a longer period of time. But their other policies (returns, buy back, trade-up, etc. are great) Tips for customers: 1. Keep researching to compare companies, especially their policies. Whiteflash rates on par or better than most, as far as 30-day no-questions return policy, lifetime trade-up, one year buy-back, etc. (Note these don't apply to their Virtual Selection of wholesale diamonds.) Also, their response to issues of exploitation in the diamond trade overseas did not just seem like compulsory lip service. 2. You should see the exact individual diamond up close before you buy it--not a sample picture. Whiteflash is one of the few companies that offer photos, a video, and light performance images (very important!) for every individual diamond they sell, right there online. With some companies you can make a request for these but it takes time to get. Other companies only offer sample images. If you want your diamond to actually sparkle (she will notice!) you should see actual images before you buy it--don't rely only on the grading report. 3. Small kindnesses go a long way with me. I got many first impressions from many online and also brick-and-mortar jewelers, and you can tell when people genuinely want to help you vs. just make a sale. In spite of great policies and available imaging for individual diamonds, I would not have gone with Whiteflash if the customer service didn't feel genuine. I want to give a major thumbs-up to Magen Roccaforte (and several other Whiteflash reps) for making the whole process feel like something I can be proud of, relaxed, and confident. Thank you! We chose Whiteflash for a diamond upgrade based on reviews online and pricescope. We were not specifically looking for a super ideal (A Cut Above, ACA) diamond, however when 3 diamonds were available that met our budget and ideal C's we inquired. Becca was fabulous to work with, she answered all questions promptly and throughly, provide honest and detailed feedback regarding each diamond (the three we were comparing), provided amazing pictures, and gave great suggestions on the simple solitaire setting desired (and she prefers 4 over 6 prongs also;) ). The customer service team that supported Becca via the online chat feature is amazing, I inquired over the weekend about sizing and notes were left for Becca so that she could take over where they left off seamlessly (no need to explain multiple times your question). Sizing guides were sent promptly and are easy to use, my ring fits perfect. My setting needed to be modified a bit to fit a larger diamond. I was given an expected ship date of 9 days after payment and my finished ring was shipped as anticipated. Marcela took stunning photos of the ring prior to shipping, which was further reassurance that my ring was going to be stunning. There were others involved in this transaction from accounting and shipping that made sure communications were clear such as when my wired funds were pending/cleared and providing tracking info when my ring shipped. Upon receipt of the ring, my husband and I were speechless when we opened the ring box. The diamond is magnificent, a rare beauty that I feel so blessed to own. I have many other diamonds, however nothing compares to the sparkle of my ACA diamond. This diamond is always on fire and speaking to me with bursts of color. Simply put there is nothing that compares to an ACA diamond. You will not regret the purchase of one. I chose the broadway solitaire setting in platinum. The band is extremely comfortable, and the prong work is fabulous. The prongs just disappear, so you only see diamond. Buying diamonds is tricky there is all kinds of advice about the 4c's and what the "measurements" should be, light performance etc. It's overwhelming! Whiteflash helps a lay person make sense of all this so you don't need to become a diamond expert in order to get the diamond you desire. Their online diamond resources are very helpful and provide all the info you should need to make a decision. We purchased a substantially priced diamond and I had complete trust in the service and diamond that Whiteflash would and did provide. Unsurpassed sums up our experience nicely. I purchased a 1.407 ct round "A Cut Above" in March 2016. I had many concerns about purchasing a diamond through the internet. It's a substantial purchase to be made both sight unseen and with no knowledge of the business' reputation. First, I spent an inordinate amount of time educating myself on diamonds. I thought I had a pretty good understanding but boy was I wrong. I suspect everyone wants to purchase the largest diamond they possibly can and I'm no different in that regard. I knew color and clarity were important as well. Cut was the last thing I had previously considered; after all, I'm buying a round diamond. My priorities were completely reversed! I read a lot of Paul Gian's articles as well as numerous others. Cut, cut, cut! I've tag named the fifth "C" as cost as I did have a monetary pain threshold. I spent a lot of time reviewing internet diamond merchants and found WhiteFlash to have far superior data available to prospective buyers. Based on my research, Aset and IdealScope images were extremely important in my purchase decision. These two images are scientifically telling of a diamonds true fire and scintillation. No matter the diamond, it had to have either an AGS or GIA grading report. WhiteFlash provides online 4 different images of the actual gem as well as a grading report. The amount of information available to the buyer was second to none. I narrowed my list to 3 gems and phoned Bob Hoskins for his opinion. He was extremely helpful (and comforting) in making my final decision. Thanks Bob, job well done! I was a little concerned about wiring money to a company I've never done business with and to people I don't know. The company is highly rated by its' customers and the BBB. I took the leap of faith and I could not be happier with the diamond I received! I intended to have the stone set in a band my fiancé had picked out. Well, she could never settle on "just one" so she put it in my hands. I had some ideas of what she liked. After hours and hours of browsing bands, I finally found one that was "close". I turned to WhiteFlash for a custom setting. I sent a few pictures to Leon Rocha along with instructions and modifications for a custom band. Leon and WhiteFlash hit it out of the park! My fiancé will wear an incredible diamond in an outstanding one of a kind custom setting, both from WhiteFlash. I have no idea how much money I've wasted on inferior diamonds in the past; I try not to think about it. I know I won't make the same mistakes in the future as I will be coming back to WhiteFlash. My fiancée and I started looking at engagement rings during the summer of 2023. We first looked in stores, but decided to go the online route due to the large markups, pushy/confrontational salesmen, and lack of detailed diamond data/information. We weren't sure where to start our online search. There are lots of places to buy engagement rings online. Some are more trustworthy than others. This trust is just one of the aspects that set Whiteflash apart. They are transparent with their diamonds; they have the data (ASET, Hearts and Arrows, and Idealscope images) to actually know what you're buying. Diamonds are a beautiful part of nature, but it is important to remember there is a science behind them. I HIGHLY recommend you start your diamond/engagement ring search by learning about it. Of course there are the 4 C's, but there is a lot more nuance to them than just a single sentence on each one. The Whiteflash site is a great place to start your learning. Of course, you're not going to be a pro in it. This is where the customer service at Whiteflash comes in. We worked with Becca and she was fantastic! Initially, my fiancée and I thought we'd do a custom ring. After working with Becca we decided it wasn't best for us since custom rings aren't returnable (this is the policy everywhere) and we were already stepping into unknown territory buying a ring online. Given this, we appreciated Whiteflash's 30-day return policy (thankfully we didn't need to use it). Over the course of months, I talked/emailed with Becca to learn more about everything (the diamonds, the rings, the Whiteflash process). She patiently answered all my questions and never pressured a sale. And she was quick to respond. The first time I asked her a question about a diamond, she sent me a detailed explanation/response with annotated images. This was within a day. Another time, she sent me extra videos (on the website they have both images and videos) of the diamonds. Again, this was within a day. With her responsiveness, it felt like we were just shopping in a store. Whiteflash is trustworthy. Whiteflash is customer-oriented. What about Whiteflash's quality? The quality of Whiteflash is superb. A diamond's cut is the most important aspect. That's what gives it shine, fire, brilliance, and sparkle. First of all, I am an affiliate with WhiteFlash and I am based in Malaysia in South East Asia. I became their affiliate after my first diamond purchase. I will try my best to out my experience with them as objective as possible. So, this is my second purchase from WhiteFlash. I was curious what kind of quality will their Benchmark rings be. Have some tiny doubts because the price is relatively affordable in comparison to other brands. But once I received the ring, and what can I say? Fantastic people selling fantastic items at a fantastic price. I understand that buying online may be an intimidating process. This is especially true for people like me who stay in the other part of this world. But once I have dealed with them via online chat, I felt their responsiveness, helpfulness, and friendliness. And to my plesant surprise, the first customer service personnel I dealed with was WhiteFlash's CEO, Debi. Yup, she will be manning of the stations to serve customers. You will also be able to talk to other wonderful people like Becca, Jennifer, etc. All are helpful. In fact, those who find buying from brick-and-mortar stores intimidating may find WhiteFlash to be a very very viable option. If you don't find some jewellery that meets your requirements, all you have to do is ask. For my case, I was looking for a quotation for 18k white gold for some particular ring design that only shows 14k white gold online. They are accommodating and able to revert back to me as soon as possible. As for their diamonds, one of the best in the world I supposed? Strict vetting process together with performance images provides an impeccable online diamond buying experience. And in an unfortunate event that you don't like it, just return it within 30 days. Please take note that this is based on my own opinion as a customer, not as an affiliate. One piece of advice I think I will give is try to go to their site and talk to them, let them know what you are looking for. Ask about delivery, insurance, packaging, etc. Anything that you have doubts with. Then, make a judgement yourself and see if buying online is the experience you are comfortable with. I always encourage people to go with what they feel most comfortable with. There is really no right or wrong, it's just all about you. A CUT ABOVE the competition. Like many other I started my journey for the perfect engagement ring in jewelry stores and through various online retailers. I even had consultations with "Custom Jewelry Makers" in my city and watched hours on youtube and read as many articles and reviews online filtering through the BS and trying to decide where to commit my purchase. It became an obsession. I quickly realized that the Customer Jewelers purchased their diamonds from online vendors so I decided to skip the middle man and go straight to the source. I was close to buying from another online vendor when I stumbled upon WhiteFlash and its as if I had a revelation. I was set on a triple excellent, D-G color, .9-1.1ct, VVS2-VVS1 on a simple solitaire in white gold/platinum. I thought this was the best of the best until I realized there is a diamond cut greater than the standard Ideal/Excellent Cut. Introduce the "A CUT ABOVE" diamond by whiteflash. You can do your own research and watch the videos of how these diamonds compare to other "Ideal/Excellent" cut diamonds. Sure there are other Super Ideals or similar 1%-er diamonds, out there, but this is where WhiteFlash service and pricing kicked in to break the tie. So eventually I call into WhiteFlash and was assigned a diamond consultant. Sheerah was the X-Factor. Quick responses, honest answers and was extremely respectful of my budget and my requirements. A breath of fresh air in a competitve sales industry. Went over and above my expectations, and made the experience one to remember. It was like I had a good friend that just so happened to be a diamond expert on my speed dial answering all my questions and give me trustworthy direction. Fast forward a few weeks later and overnight shipping, my now fiance has the ring and can't take it off. We are often stopped and people ask where we got it and how it can be seen from across the mall. We even went into some jewelry stores and those rings can't even compare. I am just your average Joe that was looking to buy his girlfriend the biggest, brightest, clearest, and most colorless diamond that fell within my budget. Luckily, after getting fed up with the inferior quality and over priced diamonds that were available at the mall and other local jewelers, I discovered Whiteflash through a very useful diamond forum called Pricescope (www.pricescope.com). I was absolutely amazed at the size and quality of diamonds that Whiteflash offered for far less than the prices that I saw at the mall and other local jewelers. Whiteflash was able to provide me with EXACTLY the diamond that I was looking for without having to increase my budget by 1 cent! I have to admit that originally I was little weary of buying my girlfriend's engagement ring online (I live in Philadelphia), but those worries were quickly erased by Whiteflash's exceptional customer service staff and return policy. Whiteflash quickly answered any and all questions that I had via email and telephone and were also more than happy to send me multiple images of the diamond along with ASETs, Ideal Scopes, Sarin Reports, and etc. Sheerah Koloroutis was the Whiteflash Diamond Consultant that "held my hand" through the process. She was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend asking for her to assist you in your diamond search. (We decided on one of their settings and had them set the diamond too) It's a shame that Yelp.com only offers a 5 star rating system, because my Whiteflash experience falls somewhere between 8 and 10! This review is in regards to my experience with Whiteflash during the months of May 2017 to July 2017 where I was making an engagement ring purchase for my now wife. I felt like the overall experience was great! I was pretty lost at the store, only knowing which designer my wife had hinted at liking. I had picked two Veragio rings from the vendor's website to look at in Whiteflash. Unfortunately they were not in stock at the moment. Liza H. helped me to look at other options within Veragio's lines. I told her I was kind of in a hurry to pick out a ring because I was going to propose to my wife in Puerto Rico in a few weeks and didn't want to make a hasty decision for such a big purchase. Liza's solution was to pick out the diamond first, take it to PR on a temporary setting, propose, and then come back to purchase the setting after thinking about which one I really wanted during vacation. She proceeded to show me diamonds in the store and also sent me a list of suggested diamonds (with detailed 3D images) through the Whiteflash website. That facilitated my selection in picking a diamond with the best lab rating and least imperfections at my price point. After much deliberation on choosing a setting, my wife is very satisfied with the ring that I picked out for her. Having plenty of time to think during vacation really helped! I would say that Whiteflash did everything they could to ensure customer satisfaction. They were very patient and in constant communication with me the entire way. Even when there was a glitch in the process, they gave me updates via email. In regards to the process hiccup, they mentioned a delay of another month because the setting the vendor had casted did not pass specifications. Hi Guys, My ring arrived on Friday morning (26th Feb - 3 days from half-way across the world!), thanks for the quick, on-time delivery. Your email system with the Fedex tracking attachment is fantastic and it was great to see my ring travelling half-way across the world! My fiancee to be loves the ring, as do I. The ring looks amazing and it is exactly what we wanted. I love the finish of it and the ACA (A Cut Above) centre stone is incredible and I love the way the setting lets you see the centre stone in all its glory The sidestones look fantastic too and are a great match. It has been a fantastic experience and your great service has been the key reason for getting the ring completed with you. The service levels were maintained after committing to use your services which again is a great thing as others sometimes let their game slip once they know you are buying from them. I had originally intended to just get the loose diamond and have it set by a local jeweller, however the service I received was nowhere near as good as Whiteflash and meant that I was happy to abandon the local jewellers and use your services to create my custom ring Customer service can never be underestimated, especially for a purchase such as this. Let me start by saying the Whiteflash team (Becca Eastman!!) are the best in the business. I read so many great reviews about Whiteflash from reddit and price scope, so I wanted to give them a try for my anniversary ring. From the very first phone call with Becca (I do not live in Texas) I knew immediately she is the real deal in terms of diamond expertise and would give me the type of guidance (hand holding) I needed. Becca was extremely patient with me: I went from a round diamond with a pave band to a bezel to an oval diamond with a bezel...I was very indecisive. Becca was quick on her feet and pivoted with me without making me feel bad about my indecision; instead she gently guided me and helped me come to a decision with clarity and confidence. We found an oval on Whiteflash's site and she assured me it was gorgeous with photos/videos/aset images/etc. She went a step further and overnighted the oval to me so I could see it in person. I immediately fell in love. The only way to describe the diamond is to say it looks like a tiny galaxy inside...breathtakingly beautiful. We then finalized the custom setting (cable ring with bezel). One thing to note is the craftsmanship of Whiteflash's custom work. They have beautiful settings on their site ready to order but their custom work is amazing. I wanted a tweak on the cable band without knowing how they would accomplish it or if it was even possible. The designers were up for the challenge and came up with the perfect solution, one I've not seen on any ring before. When my ring finally came and I opened the package, I completely fell in love. The quality of the diamond, the craftsmanship of the ring, everything was beyond what I could have hoped. I never thought I would buy jewelry online, especially a diamond engagement ring. I can say that it can be nerve racking and tough to make such a decision. However, I can absolutely say that the people with Whiteflash were with me all the way. I'm sure those that have diamond shopped before will tell you that there's a lot of data that you probably should be looking at before making a purchase. With Whiteflash, this is one of their biggest features. I was surprised at how much info they provided to me upfront so I could make an informed decision. True, some sites provide Idealscope images, but Whiteflash even provides a picture of the ASET scope view and a Hearts and Arrows view. Secondly, their customer service is by far top notch. The first experience I had where I knew this was the case was when I asked on two separate occasions to see a live comparison photo of three diamonds I was interested in. They presented these to me in a nice side by side view and on the hand. I highly doubt any other diamond merchant would have even taken the time to do that at my request. Further, their level of service does not stop there. I interacted with every member of their staff including the Vice President and Owner of Whiteflash whenever I had a question about a diamond or if I needed assistance after I made my purchase. Moreover, they were nothing but upstanding in their patience, professionalism, and sincerity in helping me make sure my fiancée was happy; especially after I botched the ring size. Honestly, I could go on and on about Whiteflash. I'm ecstatic that this first time experience went so well. I had purchased an engagement ring from Whiteflash so that I can propose to my girlfriend. When the engagement ring arrived, all I could think to myself was "wow." It looked absolutely stunning. I immediately looked at it under different types of lights and the diamond always looked awesome. It's no wonder there are so many rave reviews about Whiteflash on the internet. This is a top-notch quality diamond for sure. But the best thing about Whiteflash is its customer service. I had been in contact primarily with Becca during my shopping experience. She was very helpful and pleasant to do business with and she was always trying to meet my needs. Based on my past experiences, many other jewelry stores are not like that. Many other jewelry stores have salespeople who only care about themselves and making a sale. They don't really care about what you want or what would suit you best. They want to try and push you towards what they want to sell you. It was never like that with Becca and the Whiteflash team. She was very thoughtful and always placed the needs of the customer above anything else. Actually, I had to return the setting that I had purchased. The diamond was awesome, but my fiance said that the setting felt a little uncomfortable. So I contacted Becca and explained the situation. She listened to my concern and helped me to pick out a new setting that would suit my fiance better. The return and exchange process for the new setting happened very quickly and seamlessly. Now, the new setting fits my fiance perfectly and compliments the diamond even better than before. It's been a wild but fantastic rollercoaster ride searching for a diamond. A great big thank you to Liza who helped finalise it all before 2023! During our first day of ring shopping together, we stumbled across a ring design that blew my fiancee away. She initially thought she wanted a solitaire princess cut diamond but changed her mind as soon as the ring was put on. The whole experience was magical for her, the shop assistant and food that followed afterwards. It seemed like no other ring would be able to top that memorable experience as well as the ring itself. We visited Hutton Garden's afterwards but there would be no real comparison. To cut the story shorter, after spending many weeks reading and searching on various diamond websites, I ultimately came to Whiteflash as a company repeatedly recommended by many. Liza was extremely patient with me while I asked lots of questions. She allowed me to compare multiple diamonds in video and gave me fantastic advice on which diamond she felt would offer the most fire/brilliance etc depending on the cut and size. The whole experience has been so fantastic that I have enjoyed sharing whiteflash to friends, family and even strangers at an airport (much to the amusement of my fiancee). It's safe to say that whiteflash was able to blow away both of our previous expectations. My fiancee loves how much the ring sparkles and knowing how much effort has been put into the researching process. She loves wearing it and being reminded of our special trip in the mountains. I had the same good experience as the previous poster, who happens to have the same initials as me :-) I researched how to buy an engagement ring for over a month. After deciding not to buy from brick & mortar stores (over priced, have to deal with pushy sales people), I narrowed down my on-line retailers to a few. I chose WF because they examine your diamond for you (and they provide you with images of your stone) and you get to speak with them on the phone and go over any questions. If you are happy with it, then they will ship the diamond to you. Once you receive it, you still have between 10-30 days to return it.. depends on which category of their stone you choose. I bought an ACA stone, so I was given 30 days. The other reason I chose WF is because of their setting... their Tiffany knife edge replica setting (6 prong) is absolutely beautiful. It looks almost identical to the real Tiffany setting. If you are looking for this setting, you would be hard pressed to find a better replica. I went with platinum setting. I got my ring appraised from an independent appraiser and as expected the ring was appraised much higher than what I paid for. This is true for most of the stones purchased from on-line so it was not a big deal for me. Do your research, and once you decide to buy on-line, I would recommend WF. I always do tons of research when I purchase anything, and I am happy my engagement ring research ended with WF.
