I wanted to go to Firestone because I knew they would be open on Sunday so I called AAA and had my car towed to this location. When I arrived the man at the counter was super nice, he had my car assessed right away, and informed me they would have my car ready that same day. Absolutely amazing! I was only planning to be in Hickory overnight so I opted to leave my car overnight for pickup Sunday morning. They called me Saturday evening to let me know all was good and my car was ready. I picked my car up Sunday morning and there was a different guy at the counter. He was super nice and even showed me the bent pulley that caused my serpentine belt to remove itself. Nobody wants their car to break down, but thanks to this Firestone it was actually a great experience. I highly recommend this shop!

When time came to pay, the disingenuous sales associate Jimmy insisted the rotation happened, which it did not. I was charged $275 (which included a 15% discount for using my Firestone card) for the oil change, and new filters, plus a tire rotation (which never happened) ?...They must be crazy!I was standing at the observation window during the service, precisely because I wanted to make sure my request was executed. Long story short, I believe Firestone is more concerned with servicing fleet vehicle it has contracts with, then servicing the local community. I will not ever go there again, and will discourage anyone I speak with about my experience, and to go elsewhere...Took my Lexus 470, which has similar oil capacity to Strickland brothers and was charged $90 (with a coupon)! that makes way more sense.

When picking up the vehicle, there was dirt & grease over the bill, the alignment results were not covered & no mention of the brake inspection. The vehicle never pulled to the right until after their "alignment". After turning around and taking it back, they worked on it again and a technician it for a test ride. while it was getting later and later, the test ride employee decided to run personal errands and was gone for 30 minutes and came back with his groceries. I was then told the car still pulled to the right and was suggested to try another Mr. Tire. The errand running technician left grease on the car and rags in the seat and forgot to give me my keys.
