A middle of the road pub, not bad but not great either. Food is available but is not of a consistently high quality which puts me off eating here, sometimes the food is obviously frozen even when the menu states it is fresh.
The staff are OK although sometimes seem too busy talking to other customers or each other to do their jobs properly.
The pub itself is nicely layed out and there is plenty of seating, it's not always clean but you can usually find a member of staff to clear and wipe a table for you even if it means them looking like they don't want to do it.
The beers and drinks are always served at the right temperature and there is a good selection of everything, which is probably why people use the White Swan as somewhere to have a drink rather than a restaurant. read more
