They were fun, funny, knowledgeable, and basically one of the gang with guide authority. The owner of the company came with us on this trip. She was fun, did everything we did, never put on any airs, and I felt like she was "one of us.". All of the food, hotel, etc was taken care of. We even celebrated a birthday for one one of the hikers in the group! I am looking for more trips to go on with SUP YO and a group of us are planning to go in another trip or a weekend hike together again!!

Marshalls in Newburyport has LIG T-Shirts, water bottles, coolers, umbrellas, towels etc. They have almost everything the LIG Retail store has for much much less. Overall the store is cluttered with dated and overpriced styles even the kids don't think is "hip" anymore. Sad, but even this has come to an end...

I also bought some schwag from the shop, and the prices are very reasonable. Typical surf shops you pay a premium for brand-name gear, but they offer great sales. By the end of my lesson and day I was up on the board, and there is no better feeling. Most importantly, they know how to fix a mountain bike so it shifts and handles properly and try to do so in a short time frame. I highly recommend for the normal to advanced mountain biker/fitness biker. For reference, I ride a good deal and have three bikes for different purposes, but I see myself squarely in the intermediate rider range. Great place!

One time the staff of another local shop couldn't be bothered to look up from whatever they were doing to assist me when I was literally there to buy a bike... a nice top of the line gravel bike I wanted for a long time..that experience left me so jaded I took my business elsewhere. Long story long that was not the case with these dudes, and after helping me find the helmet and peddles I needed I learned a bunch about the owner Jake and head mechanic Ed. Both of them local to the area - their stoke and knowledge of the neighboring trail systems was wonderful and they even hooked me up w/ a shop water bottle - I've got a zillion bottles but who doesn't love free swag?? Safe to say I left shop more stoked on riding than when I walked in and fully intend to shop here again in the future.
