Decent little walking trail area. On the map, it shows a triangular path area that's around 1.2 miles long. We took one of the outer paths that went under Plano Parkway and then fed into a neighborhood near a golf course. Guess that's not right. So we looped back and continued on through what ended up being the Shepton back parking lot. Ok, that's not correct either. We followed that around, went over a little bridge, and walked by an elementary school. So we made our own outer loop and ended up back on the trail. Even with these diversions, we were only at 1.5 miles walked. I'm guessing the actual triangular path area is somewhere between .6 - .8 miles. If you're looking for distance, you'll need to make several loops. Also, while it's not the park's fault, there were a ton of gnats out on this afternoon. read more
